It wasn't surprising at all. Seii supercharged this C-rank Ninjutsu with 300 units of chakra when this technique only needed 70-80 units of chakra to be unleashed.
The scorching fireball quickly traveled toward the Rock Golem, ready to incinerate it completely.

More than 20 sharp, nearly half-ter-long lightning needles ca out of his hand and blitzed toward the golem.

The rotational force of this spiraling Ninjutsu destroyed the half-ford Rock Fist and the arms of the Rock golem before hitting it squarely at its chest.
The violent spiraling chakra of the Rasengan caused the golem's passive protective skill, Tough Skin, to break, causing several deep cracks to appear on the beast's chest.
Rasengan's turbulent chakra entered the golem's body through the crack, wreaking havoc on its internal chakra pathways.
Even its Golem Core wasn't spared.
Although the Golem Core wasn't completely obliterated, fine cracks still appeared on its surface, causing the Rock Golem to feel a deep sense of crisis.

The golem roared with anger and fear.

Seeing this, the Rock Golem couldn't make any sound.
The light of its eyes dimd.
Spider-like cracks spread all around the golem's body, and the once imposing Rock Golem crumbled into pieces of rocks at the very next mont.
Once the golem's body crumbled, Seii's figure could be seen, holding the fragnts of the yellow-brown sphere, which was clearly the Golem Core.
Seii looked at the Chakra Beast he had just eliminated and then looked toward his right.
From that direction, another Seii showed up.
The newly arrived Seii gave a ninja pouch to the Seii who was holding the pieces of Golem core and said, "Good job!"
The other Seii took the pouch, put the Golem Core fragnts inside it, handed it back, and replied, "You too, real body."
Saying this, the Seii who eliminated the Rock Golem disappeared with a puff of smoke.
Clearly, the Seii who used the Chidori and dealt the final blow to the Rock Golem was a Shadow Clone.
