After a few seconds had passed, Haneda tilted his head and asked, "Were these patrolling ninjas here all the ti?"
Seii nodded, "Yes."
"In fact, we are still being followed by two more patrolling ninjas."
"They are here to prevent casualties or crippling injuries among the participants, as well as monitor our every action."
Haneda interjected, "Right. That gatekeeper uncle also said the sa thing."
"But how did you notice them? I spread my sensory field around many tis. However, their camouflage technique is so good that I couldn't even detect their movent."
Seii glanced at him and responded, "Well, I'm from the Senju clan."
"We have good sensing capabilities!"
"It's not that difficult to sense their presence."
"Train a bit more and master a few more precise sensing techniques. You should be able to do the sa within 4-5 years."

Of course, according to my father, many Shinobi clans in Konoha had developed various techniques to fool the chakra field of sensor-type ninjas.
For example, the Abura clan's chakra-eating insects, the Uzumaki clan's Sealing Techniques, or techniques that could help ninjas hide their chakra.
These techniques could allow the Shinobi to hide from the most common sensory techniques.
However, special or secret sensing techniques can still find many hidden Shinobi.
And if you have a useful Dojutsu like Byakugan, most anti-sensory techniques beco completely useless in front of you.

Seii nodded, and then, both of them flickered away, heading toward the central tower using the routes with the least number of obstacles.

While Seii and Haneda were heading toward the central tower, their teammate, Uchiha Touma, ran into a Wind-type Dire Wolf—a Chakra Beast with a C danger rating.
"Out of all kinds of wolf beasts, I just had to encounter a Wind-type Chakra Beast."
"Damn it!"
"How can my luck be this shitty?"
The mont Touma saw the Wind-type Dire Wolf, he cursed his own luck vehently.
Why?
Because most of his Ninjutsu could be countered by this Wind-type chakra beast.
He was born with innate Fire, Lightning, and Yin affinities.
Naturally, he focused on developing these chakra natures as much as possible and learned various Ninjutsu and Genjutsu that utilized them.
After all, he was only 9 years old this year.
There was no way he would waste ti developing a completely new Nature affinity before developing his innate affinities.
Although Fire Release was stronger than Wind Release, it would be foolish to expect an agile, Wind-type Dire Wolf to stand in one place and try to et his Fire Release Ninjutsu head-on with its Wind-type innate skills.
That was ridiculous!
It would dodge even before his Fire Release Ninjutsu could reach it.
Then it would counterattack using razor-sharp wind blades that moved so fast you would find them difficult to dodge.
As for using Lightning Release Ninjutsu…
That's even more ridiculous!
Wind suppresses lightning.
Plus, his Lightning affinity wasn't as developed as his Fire and Yin affinities.
And this Chakra Beast here moves at an extrely fast speed.
Would it give him a chance to form hand seals leisurely and supercharge his Ninjutsu?
Of course, it wouldn't.
Thankfully, he had Sharingan to track and predict its movent.
Other than that, he was completely outmatched. It was like he found his natural nesis!
He really hit the iron pot this ti.
Utterly outclassed!
While questioning his luck, he rembered the data of the Dire Wolf.

Wind Blade: A horizontal blade of wind that moves extrely fast and can cut through most objects. Its effects are similar to a weakened B-rank Ninjutsu, Wind Cutter Technique.
Wind Orb: The beast charges a glowing green orb of wind in front of its mouth before launching it. It's slower than the Wind Blade, but will detonate on contact, releasing an exploding shockwave and less lethal tiny blades of wind.
A direct hit can result in fractures, blunt damage, and severe lacerations.
Chakra Claw Slash: The beast focuses chakra on its claws before slashing toward its enemy with devastating force.
Wind Shroud: It can cover its body with a protective shroud made of turbulent Wind Release chakra. Grants immunity against low rank Lightning Release and Wind Release Ninjutsu.
Remark: No one below the Chunin level should even think about facing it head-on.]
The more he thought about it, the more troubleso it seed.
But he was a Uchiha. He would never back down. Even if it ant death, he would fight.
"Besides, it's not like I'm fast enough to run away from this nace."
As Touma was talking to himself, the Chakra Beast finally lost patience and lunged toward him.
"Growl~"
Touma, who had already activated his One-tomoe Sharingan, swiftly predicted the wolf's movent and retreated quickly using the Body Flicker Technique.
The mont his feet landed on the ground again, he imdiately ford a few hand seals and gathered a large amount of Fire Release chakra in his mouth.
Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson
He breathed a large orb of Fire Release chakra that floated in front of him, and threw ten shurikens at it in the blink of an eye.
The shurikens absorbed the searing hot fire, turned red, and a coat of burning fire shrouded them.
These burning hot flaming shurikens quickly traveled toward the Dire Wolf, ready to pierce its flesh and burn its insides.
Seeing this, the Dire Wolf let out a howl, quickly ford a football-sized green orb of Wind Release chakra, and launched it toward the shurikens.
This was, undoubtedly, one of its powerful innate skills, Wind Orb.
The Wind Orb t the incoming fiery shurikens mid-flight and instantly detonated.
Boom~
The resulting shockwave and the intense wind halted the progression of the flaming shurikens and scattered them in different directions.
And before the aftereffects of the explosion could even subside, the Chakra Beast ford a Wind Blade in front of it and hurled it toward Uchiha Touma.
This blade of wind was fast and sharp enough to bisect or severely injure any unsuspecting ninja.
However, Uchiha Touma was no such Shinobi.
His alertness and active Sharingan saw the Dire Wolf launch the Wind Blade at him, and he imdiately jumped into the air to avoid it.
The blade of wind passed below him as he jumped high into the air, and he simultaneously threw three kunai with explosive tags at the Chakra Beast.
And the Dire Wolf, who just launched an innate skill, had no ti to form another Wind Orb to disrupt the incoming kunai, and could only dodge sideways to avoid them.
Boom~ Boom~ Boom~
The three exploding tags detonated quickly, causing a powerful shockwave along with searing crimson flas to erupt.
Although the beast retreated quickly, the Dire Wolf was still hit by the aftershock of the explosion that carried the scorching heat of the explosive tags' Fire Release chakra.
It landed on the ground and growled at Uchiha Touma, clearly displaying its anger toward him.
It did not like the tricks its prey was playing on it.
anwhile, seeing the Dire Wolf standing and growling relatively unhard, Touma, who had just landed on the ground, clicked his tongue.
"Tsk!"
"This sly beast must have used Wind Shroud to minimize the effects of the shockwave and the heat of the explosion."
"It's going to be a hassle."
Uchiha Touma, clearly irritated, muttered inwardly as he was preparing to make his next move.
