Tenseigan—activate.
Almost instantly, Seii's perception heightened. His ocean-blue Tenseigan granted him a true 360° view, allowing him to sense and see everything around him with zero blind spot.
Thanks to that, he could easily see that a wooden shuriken was coming at him from the 7 o'clock direction (Basically, the shuriken was coming at him from the direction of the left side of his back).
He didn't bother moving his neck and moved to his left to let the shuriken pass by the side of his right arm.
At that very instant, one second was over, and one of the contraptions in the front launched a senbon in the direction he had just moved a mont ago.
It was as if the machines could sense his movent and adjust the direction they launched the ninja throwing tools in real-ti.

Seii kept talking to himself like he was in a trance, all while dodging a flurry of shurikens, senbon, and kunai with ease.
Level 2 was still too easy for him.
He didn't even need to bring out his kunai or sword to deflect the incoming projectiles.
Instead, he dodged them all with absolute ease!
No sweat at all.
"But this Level 2…"
"This isn't even enough for a little warm-up."
"I doubt Level 3 would be any challenge either."
"I will jump straight to Level 4 once this practice session ends."
He muttered as he kept dodging ninja throwing tools.
Soon, 5 minutes were up, and the chanical contraptions stopped, marking the end of the current evasion training session.
Seeing this, Seii walked toward the control area and set the difficulty to Level 4.
"Not only will the timing of ninja throwing tools be erratic, but the speed at which the tools are hurled at will fluctuate as well."
"This will make dodging them or even predicting each tool's speed and trajectory difficult."
"But not for ."
"I don't even need to activate my Three-tomoe Sharingan."

"Do I fear the radical Otsutsuki clan mbers? I do."
"Am I willing to protect my father, my uncle, my little sister Tsunade, and my family even if it ans death?"
"...I probably am."
Seii was silent for a while before letting out a dry, helpless chuckle.
"Hehe! Did my fear of death diminish a bit after dying once?"
"I don't think so."
"But I don't want to lose them."
"Although they are not my real family, I can't deny the love they gave . I can't deny that I fear losing even one of them."
"Would I go berserk like Uchiha Obito if I lose what matters the most to ?"
"I probably won't. But…"
Sigh!!!
Seii took a deep breath and tried to relax his nerves.

Seii closed his eyes and opened them again. His Tenseigan was glowing with an otherworldly royal blue radiance.
The flower petals-like white patterns in his ocean blue irises, rotated with even more ferocity.
"I don't know."
"But I certainly won't stop trying."
Next, he lowered his head and saw his right hand still hovering around the "Start" button.
Enough with the stray thoughts!
If I want to attain that kind of strength, I must train and hone my skills.
Let's begin the second round of training.
With that, he decisively pressed the "Start" button and moved to the center of the training room once again.
The countdown of 10 began.
Seii activated his Tenseigan and held his Ninjato (Straight-bladed Katana) in his right hand, ready to dodge and deflect any incoming projectile.
