Itachi, seeing the attacks coming, smiled bitterly. Only three Paths had attacked, and now he felt that he was fighting multiple Kage-level ninjas. In his previous life he had read many fanfics which described the other Paths of Pain, other than Deva Path, as Jonin level, but now just seeing the surface, Itachi could conclude that they had at least quasi-Kage to Kage-level strength. As for how Konohamaru could destroy Naraka Path, well, he is the grandson of the Strongest Hokage.

The mont Itachi disappeared, Deva Path destroyed all the now hardened hands and then used Universal Pull to pull the Mirror Itachi. Asura Path also opened his head and pointed his now chanical head towards Mirror Itachi and fired a beam of light towards him.

Mirror Itachi covered his entire body with thunder, protecting his body from the energy attack, and then threw the thunder spear with a kunai as the center towards Deva Path.

Preta Path : Chakra Absorption Technique

Having Preta Path blocking Itachi's attack, Deva Path uninterruptedly took out a Yin-Yang chakra rod and pierced towards the incoming Itachi.

Flying Thunder God

Mirror Itachi then appeared in front of Human Path and smashed the newly ford Rasengan towards it. The Human Path had the ability to take the soul out of a person's body, and to Itachi it was the most dangerous after Deva Path. Ofcourse he has to take it out first.

But, unfortunately, the next mont, before Mirror Itachi could complete his attack, a huge ox slamd into his body. Mirror Itachi, who was slamd, felt like he was about to reincarnate again.

With a bang, Itachi exploded into a cloud of smoke. It turned out Mirror Itachi had replaced positions with one of the multiple Shadow Clones he used when Pain was busy with his Fireball Jutsu. As for why Pain didn't find them, it was because all of them used Ninja Turtle Seal, making them movable seals for Flying Thunder God.

The next mont, Mirror Itachi appeared above the still moving ox and slamd his palms on top of its head. Then.... then nothing happened. The ox returned to its dinsion.

Deva Path, seeing Itachi able to use Fūinjutsu, found it troubleso. Although Preta Path had the ability to absorb ninjutsu, it couldn't absorb Fūinjutsu.

The next mont, Itachi sealed all the summoning beasts except the hidden Chaleon without giving them much ti to react with the help of Shadow clones. Then Mirror Itachi once again ran towards Human Path with a Chidori Spear.

Previously, Nagato had thought Itachi could defeat Jiraiya so quickly because of his Mangekyo ability, and now it seed it was indeed true. According to the strength Itachi had shown till now, Nagato could say Itachi could beat most of the current Kage, but it was not enough to beat him.

" It's indeed ti we step up the ga. Pain, I hope you won't disappoint . "

Then the cent swelled up and massive twenty to thirty story buildings ford on the cent lake, which hardened imdiately, and within seconds a huge three-dinsional city ford in the Land of Rain. The next second, huge barriers ford which separated the city into six city blocks, and each block had a Path of Pain trapped in it.

After that, a huge circular sealing pattern covered the ground of the entire city, and in the next mont gravity in the city increased many tis, and Nagato lost the ability to fly easily, requiring full concentration, which nullified his ability in battle.

Pain seeing the size of the justu understood that he still underestimated Itachi but he is Pain— a GOD. No mortal can win against him.

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure whether I will be able to write the fight between Pain and Itachi very well, but I will explain my situation a bit. The main problem is that there are six Paths of Pain, and this ti I don't want to give importance to only the Deva Path or Yahiko's Pain. I want to give at least one or two proper monts to each Path of Pain.

When I actually started writing the battle between Pain and Itachi, I understood the limitations of the current Itachi. Right now, Itachi does not have Susanoo or Mangekyo Sharingan abilities, which is a major drawback in my opinion. Because with normal jutsu, it is almost impossible to defeat Pain. As you saw in the chapter, one of the Paths can absorb all ninjutsu. One path is for defense, one for control, one for attack, one for long-range support — you can basically say Pain Six Paths is a complete team, while Itachi is fighting alone.

But because of this, although writing the fight beca more challenging, it also beca more interesting to plan and write.

So, I would like to hear your review about the fight and the chapter.

As for the Mangekyo Sharingan, after thinking for almost a month, I have decided that I will make Itachi awaken his Mangekyo Sharingan as a reward next year in the story tiline. So unfortunately, for the next 20–30 chapters, Itachi still won't have the Mangekyo Sharingan.

Also, sorry for the delay in chapters. My brother's wedding is next month, so I had to go shopping with him for clothes and other necessities, which took quite a bit of ti.
