Naruto : Reincarnated as Itachi Uchiha—Rise of the Uchiha Nation Chapter 73: AUTHOR'S NOTE
Hello everyone,
In the next few chapters, we'll be moving into a major fight — the Fourth Raikage and the Third Tsuchikage versus Itachi and Shisui, along with two additional Akatsuki mbers.
While planning and writing this battle, I ran into a bit of a problem. Logically speaking, the outco of this fight feels like it would be decided very quickly. The skill sets on both sides are extrely different — two Kage-level opponents on one side, and on the other, Shisui with his Mangekyo Sharingan and instant body technique and mirror clone, along with Itachi, who has multiple forbidden jutsu and sealing techniques and mirror clone, Orochimaru with his unique techniques and Kakuzu with one Hashirama Cell heart. If I write this fight strictly based on logic without stretching anything, it could realistically end within two chapters, with both Kage potentially dying.
However, I want this fight to feel more engaging and aningful, and at the sa ti, I don't want to kill off the two Kage yet since I still have plans for them in the future.
So I started thinking about how to keep the fight interesting while also preserving the internal logic of the story. One idea I had was to introduce interference from Mount Myoboku. This could be due to their grudge over Jiraiya and the fallen toads, or perhaps because of a prophecy where they foresee sothing dangerous related to Itachi. Their involvent could shift the battle dynamics and make things more complex.
So what do you all think? Should I go in that direction, or do you have a better idea to handle this situation?
