And there is the fourth Hokage, Minato. Well compared to Hiruzen and Tobirama, he is far better than them, but he is also like Hashirama a bit too sloppy and isn’t ambitious enough. His mind is brainwashed by Hiruzen’s Will of Fire that he didn’t even realize how treacherous Hiruzen is.
If Minato had half the ambition as Danzo, then he would have been the perfect Hokage. He was ruthless when necessary and had a good enough personality and charisma that made everyone follow him.
But unfortunately, he lost his life too early and couldn’t do much for the village.
So with all the Hokage like this, Izanami was curious how Itachi is compared to them. In the original tiline Itachi was lonely and was deeply arrogant after he awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan. He gave up on his clan mbers too easily and was a bit like Tobirama.
Hmm, looking back, why did it feel like Itachi have the shadow of Tobirama on him? His ruthlessness is the sa as Tobirama and both of them were very narrow-minded and arrogant and matured very early due to wars.
Could it be that Itachi is Tobirama’s reincarnation? No, to be precise, Itachi inherited Tobirama’s soul that went through reincarnation. After all, in the pure land, one’s soul may get split and go to the cycle of reincarnation.

‘ Damn you Kiyomi can’t let enjoy my pasti hobby, ‘ She thought as she blad her stupid niece for ruining her fun ti.
“Well since you have no idea, let tell you why I showed you all this. Itachi ,I want you to start the root. But this ti instead of turning the root into a person’s criminal army I want you to make the root the nesis of all the spies inside Konoha. “ Izanami said as she looked at Itachi.
“ But the Anbu are already doing this “ Itachi asked puzzeled. The Anbu had been doing this job for ages so there is no need for Root to do anything.
“ Itachi, you and I both know how short-staffed Anbu are. And in addition, the Anbu’s thods are frankly too outdated. I an, take the Konoha main barrier for example. How many years has this barrier been here, and when was the last ti the barrier was replaced?

She really couldn’t understand ninjas. They all want to plunder and conquer, but after they get sothing, they don’t put the stuff into good use.
