The Flying Thunder God Technique was a jutsu created by Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage.
It was also classified as one of the most difficult techniques to learn—one of the most mysterious space-ti ninjutsu ever created.
Among the countless high-level techniques recorded within Konoha's archives, many were considered so advanced that even among jōnin, only a tiny handful could truly master them.
Still, even if they could not learn such techniques themselves, Konoha's jōnin were required to recognize and identify these jutsu in order to avoid fatal misunderstandings during special circumstances.
And because of that, Might Guy recognized the Flying Thunder God Technique.
Moreover, the Fourth Hokage had once been the teacher of Guy's eternal rival, Kakashi Hatake.
The Yellow Flash's legendary reputation throughout the Great Ninja War had been built almost entirely upon the Flying Thunder God Technique.
So the mont Guy carefully observed Naruto for the second ti, he realized exactly what the boy had used.
He did not know Naruto was the Fourth Hokage's son.
Or rather—even if he did know, it would not have changed his current thoughts.
Because Naruto was still far too young.
Most of Konoha's sealing scrolls containing forbidden high-level ninjutsu could only be unlocked by jōnin-level authorization thods.
So even if Naruto sohow obtained a sealed scroll, he should have had absolutely no way to break the seals and learn the techniques within.
Guy instinctively suspected that soone was secretly attempting to manipulate the Nine-Tails inside the jinchūriki.
And that person had taught Naruto the Flying Thunder God Technique from the Scroll of Seals.
But no matter how hard Guy thought about it, he simply could not understand one thing—
How exactly would teaching Naruto this technique help soone control the Nine-Tails?
And this matter was not sothing he could casually discuss with others either.
Although Guy usually behaved like a loudmouthed fool, anyone capable of becoming a jōnin was far from stupid.
He understood very clearly that inside Konoha, the higher-ups and ordinary villagers were not united as one.
Whether it was the Root organization or the various great clans, not all of them necessarily stood on the sa side as the Hokage.
Back then, the Hokage's orders regarding the Nine-Tails jinchūriki had been extrely simple and absolutely unquestionable:
Avoid all unnecessary contact.
Treat him like a stranger.
Originally, Guy had intended to do exactly that.
When he first encountered Naruto earlier, his main goal had simply been to observe why mbers of the Hyuga Clan were associating with the Nine-Tails jinchūriki.
But Naruto's actions made Guy realize sothing was wrong.
Logically speaking, Naruto Uzumaki—as the Nine-Tails jinchūriki—should have had absolutely no access to shinobi capable of teaching him ninjutsu.
And even if soone did secretly help him, it should only have been an ignorant genin or ordinary civilian unaware of Naruto's true identity.
Any contact between Naruto and a chūnin or higher-ranking shinobi would imdiately attract the Anbu's attention.
If that was the case, how could Naruto still freely wander around the village so peacefully?
Following his own train of thought, Guy arrived at a terrifying conclusion.
If ordinary Konoha shinobi could not approach Naruto…
Then who exactly could teach such a young child a ninjutsu as absurdly advanced as the Flying Thunder God Technique?
The appearance of the Hyūga clan gave rise to an extrely dangerous suspicion.
The great clans of Konoha possessed countless powerful experts rivaling chūnin and jōnin in strength.
Their networks and influence reached deep throughout the village.
If one of those clans had secretly colluded with the Anbu and established contact with the Nine-Tails jinchūriki…
Recalling the Nine-Tails Disaster years ago—and how the Uchiha Clan still remained under suspicion—
Guy suddenly felt like he had uncovered a terrifying conspiracy.
If mishandled, Konoha could fall into an unimaginable catastrophe.
That was why he intentionally dragged Naruto away while even shaking off the Anbu pursuing them.
At this mont, there was only one person in the entire village whom Guy truly trusted.
Unfortunately, he did not realize that his own actions were also incredibly dangerous.
anwhile—
Inside the Hokage's Office.
"Guy kidnapped Naruto Uzumaki?"
Hiruzen Sarutobi, already overwheld by official duties and the ongoing crisis surrounding Shisui Uchiha's disappearance, froze montarily after hearing the Anbu report.
Then he instinctively asked:
"You an that Might Guy?"
"Yes."
"One mont he was shouting that Naruto Uzumaki possessed an extrely powerful Body Flicker Technique…"
"And the next he grabbed the child and disappeared."
"The Anbu are currently pursuing him."
"An extrely powerful Body Flicker Technique? Naruto?"
Hiruzen beca even more confused.
But after a mont, he shook his head.
"I understand."
"However, I know Guy well. Naruto probably isn't in any real danger—"
"HIRUZEN!"
Before he could finish, two elderly figures barged into the office aggressively.
It was Konoha's advisors—
Homura Mitokado and Koharu Utatane.
"I heard soone has abducted the Nine-Tails jinchūriki!"
"This is not sothing you can handle casually!"
"Mobilize all Anbu forces imdiately!"
"Find the jinchūriki and arrest that Might Guy at once!"
"Homura… Koharu…"
Hiruzen looked up at the two fellow forr mbers of the Second Hokage's guard squad.
"Your information network is impressively fast."
"The Anbu only reported this to monts ago, yet both of you are already here."
"T-That…"
Koharu montarily faltered.
Naturally, she could not admit that the information had co from mbers of Root.
After all, Hiruzen had previously issued strict orders forbidding Danzo Shimura and Root from approaching the Nine-Tails jinchūriki again.
"That isn't important right now!"
Homura imdiately took over with a stern expression.
"The important issue is the whereabouts of the Nine-Tails!"
"Konoha cannot survive another Nine-Tails Disaster!"
"And with what happened to Shisui Uchiha earlier…"
"What if the Uchiha have finally lost patience?!"
"We should dispatch Anbu to the Uchiha district imdiately!"
"This matter probably has nothing to do with the Uchiha clan!"
Hiruzen suddenly raised his voice.
"I know Guy's character."
"He likely just beca overly excited after seeing talent."
"Do not overreact!"
"This is not overreacting, Hiruzen!"
Homura looked increasingly dissatisfied.
"You still don't understand—"
BANG!
Heavy footsteps suddenly echoed through the office.
Without concealing his presence whatsoever, the completely green-clad Might Guy burst into the Hokage's Office while shouting loudly:
"Lord Hokage! I have urgent intelligence—"
Then he froze.
"…Eh?"
"Guy?"
Hiruzen stared at him in surprise.
But after noticing Guy had arrived alone, his expression instantly turned serious.
"Where is Naruto?"
