Naruto, The Perfect Shinobi Chapter 68 68: CH.66 The 'Treaty' between Suna and Kiri Part

As ti passed by, Ryuu prepared to abandon his position at a mont's notice while keeping his senses focused on what was going on inside the Mizukage building. He had previously observed so people being escorted to the Mizukage building, which he assud to be council mbers.

Just after the sun set, Ryuu sensed sothing happening inside the Mizukage tower. He felt Pakura's signature rushing towards the exit of the tower with multiple other signatures right on her heel. He could also feel so chakra Signatures disappearing, aning they got killed.

As Ryuu tried to make out what was going on, a wall on the outside of the tower exploded, followed by Pakura erging through the smoke and dust before dashing towards the outside of Kiri. She was followed by multiple Kiri Shinobi and Anbu pouring out of the Mizukage tower and rushing after her.

"After her"

"Don't let her escape."

"Kill the Suna whore."

These were so of the shouts that Ryuu heard from the Kiri Shinobi as they rushed to catch up with the fleeing Pakura.

'What the hell is happening? Isn't this supposed to be a treaty?' Ryuu thought to himself as he looked around.

His eyes narrowed behind his mask as he sensed the situation around him.

Pakura's sudden and explosive departure has put all of Kiri on high alert. It is like a hornet's nest got poked with how many chakra signatures Ryuu could sense moving.

'I need to move and move fast. I can't stay here any longer, and I need to follow Pakura to find out what is happening.' Ryuu thought to himself.

After thinking for a second, Ryuu used the transformation jutsu to transform into the Kiri Anbu he had previously killed. Before leaving the genjutsu parater and blend in with the shadows. He then rushed after the other Kiri Shinobi who were pursuing Pakura, without arousing suspicion and successfully leaving Kiri safely. He just hopes the rest of his team will be as lucky.

Ryuu had left the Genjutsu barrier up as he couldn't remove the blood stains effectively. And let's just say that the next Kiri shinobi who gets to the top of the building and enters the barrier will be in for a surprise. A highly explosive surprise.

Using his senses, Ryuu found the location where Pakura was and rushed there while keeping his disguise.

Nearing the spot where Pakura is, Ryuu climbed up a tall tree and hid in the shadows of its highest branches as he looked where Pakura is, as she is currently surrounded and fighting for her life.

Seeing the nurous jutsu being used, Ryuu's Sharingan appeared in his eyes as he looked at the fight in front of him. So Jutsu he already knew, but so others were new. But what surprised him was the Scorch release jutsu that Pakura used. It seed to be quite different from regular fire release, a lot hotter and more destructive. It also seed to evaporate the water from the bodies of the shinobi that got hit by it, while also needing a lot more water to stop it in comparison with a regular fire release.

Looking at Pakura's jutsu, Ryuu knew he couldn't copy it. But deep in his mind, he could sense sothing telling him that he could; he just needed to push more Chakra into his eyes. Ryuu pushed more chakra into his eyes, following his instincts. Ryuu's eyes change to a shape that hasn't been seen on his eyes in two years. Two overlapping Shuriken in each eye.

As soon as the eyes finished forming, Ryuu only felt slightly uncomfortable, unlike the piercing pain from two years ago. He also felt a na appear in his mind.

'Zenchi Zenno no ' (all-knowing eye or all-seeing eye)

His vision seed to be even clearer than regular Sharingan, with much more detail entering his mind.

Looking at Pakura's jutsu now, Naruto was able to copy it and have a deep understanding of the concept behind it.

Ryuu blinked in surprise before closing his Sharingan and looking at his hand. In his open palm, he made a small amount of wind Chakra along with a small amount of fire chakra before rging them.

Under his astonished eye, he ford a small sphere of Scorch release. It stabilized for a second before dissipating.

It was no way near the power of Pakura's jutsu; understanding a jutsu and implenting it are different. But that isn't the point right now. He had just copied an elental bloodline.

(A/N: He will be able to copy elental bloodlines, but he wouldn't be able to copy bloodlines that depend on body parts like the Byakugan. He can copy so other things, but you will have to wait and see. Also, Naruto's Scorch release isn't at Pakura's level because his individual fire and wind release aren't at her level yet. To have good mastery of an elental bloodline, he needs to have strong mastery of its core releases.)

'Your eyes are sothing else, Kit.' A female voice ca from within Ryuu's mindscape.

'Not now, Kurumi. We can talk about it later. I also need to process this, but I am in the middle of a mission right now.' Ryuu replied

Ryuu then reactivated his Sharingan and looked toward Pakura and her pursuers. He found out that his regular Sharingan can now copy Pakura jutsu. Seems like his regular Sharingan can copy elental bloodlines jutsu if his Mangekyo ability copied the core concepts of the elental bloodline.

But that thought is for another ti, as he continued to observe what is happening, changing positions if necessary.

After hours of observation, Ryuu could feel that Pakura was on her last leg. She has been fighting waves of Kiri shinobi and Anbu for hours, and she is starting to get exhausted. Even though she is an S-ranked Shinobi, the number of her opponents and the ti she kept fighting was too much. She even has sustained so injuries.

Pakura panted heavily with exhaustion as she looked around her. Even though the number of her pursuers has thinned out greatly due to her killing many of them, she is too exhausted to deal with all the few remaining. Even if by so way she was able to defeat them all, where can she go?

The land of water consists of large islands, with her being on the largest one. For her to find a safe space to heal and regain her energy, she had to at least reach the land of noodles, which is about two to three days' travel by sea. Her situation is absolutely grim with no way out.

Pakura continued fighting for as long as she could, but her exhausted body could do so much.

Now, nearing dawn, she lay face first on the damp ground, Kunai and Shuriken scattered around her and all over her back, her breathing becoming shallower and shallower as blood seeped from her wounds and mouth.

'There were only three remaining,' she thought bitterly to herself. Her body gave up before she could escape her pursuers.

"Damn you, Rasa, Suna." She muttered weakly, loathing filled her tone as her vision began to darken.

Before her vision faded, she got a glimpse of a mask that didn't belong to Kiri appearing from the shadows, then darkness.
