He, too, was presented with two choices.
But unlike Madara, Raikage A hesitated.
Despite all his loud bravado in the chat...
All he really had was a so-called "100% Accuracy Thousand Years of Death."
He could make Madara "wish he were dead" with it—
But a true duel?
He knew very well...
He wasn't Madara's match.
But if he chose "No" now—
Wouldn't that just make all his earlier taunts a complete joke?
He'd be slapping himself in the face in front of everyone!
So the Fourth Raikage hesitated...
Everyone else in the chat group was silently waiting.
After all, this was a duel—not just any duel!
It was one everyone wanted to see.
On one side, the legendary God of Shinobi, Uchiha Madara.
On the other, the extrely arrogant Fourth Raikage A, now wielding a move said to never miss: the 100% Accuracy Thousand Years of Death.
Since receiving that technique, Raikage A had been strutting around like he owned the place.
But no one had actually seen what this mysterious move looked like.
Could this be the mont?
Everyone was holding their breath, eager to finally see:

And how would the legendary Madara react to it?
Only one person wasn't quietly observing—

Uchiha Izuna: Nii-san! Nii-san! Tell us more—I want to know how it works too!
Madara: I got a prompt saying it detected serious fight behavior between and Raikage A. It asked if I wanted to start a duel and gave two options. I clicked 'Yes' without hesitation.
Izuna: I see! So since the duel hasn't started yet, does that an the Fourth Raikage chose "No"?
Second Hokage Tobirama: Fool. The announcent is still active, and the visual broadcast about Ōnoki was paused. That ans Raikage A hasn't chosen "No"—he just hasn't made his decision yet.
Madara @Raikage A: What's wrong? Chickening out? You were trash-talking just a minute ago. Now you're gonna slap yourself in the face that quickly? If you're gonna get humiliated, at least let do it personally. It's no fun watching you do it yourself.
Izuna @Raikage A: Hurry up and click 'Yes'! My Nii-san's been waiting!
Hashirama @Madara: Madara! Be careful! He has the 100% Accuracy Thousand Years of Death. I bet the reason he's stalling is because he's customizing your spiked club as we speak.
Tobirama: Makes sense. Didn't they just talk about making one that can spin? He's probably finalizing the design right now.
Madara @Raikage A: Is that it? Are you really making a spinning spiked club for ? Fine. I'll wait a bit longer for you to finish.
Back in the Hidden Cloud Village:
The Fourth Raikage was sweating bullets.
Beside him, Mabui anxiously said:
"Lord Raikage! You absolutely must NOT accept the duel!"
Raikage A: "Mabui, tell the truth—if I've got a 100% hit-rate Thousand Years of Death... do I stand a chance against Madara?"
Mabui panicked.
Was Raikage A really considering going through with it?
"Lord Raikage! Please, for the sake of the village—don't be impulsive!"
Raikage A: "So what you're saying is... I've got zero chance. Is that it?"
Mabui: "That's not what I ant! It's just that... our village really needs you."
Raikage A: "Got it. As the Raikage, I must put the village first."
With that—
The Fourth Raikage chose "No."
Then, everyone in the chat received the system ssage:
[System Announcent]: Uchiha Madara chose "Yes"; Fourth Raikage A chose "No." The duel arrangent is canceled.
The crowd didn't even have ti to roast Raikage A.
Because—
Ōtsutsuki Kaguya and Madara were already feeling disappointed.
Kaguya: So... even if the system arranges a duel, both parties must agree.
Madara: Tch. All that hype for nothing. What a coward.
Suddenly—
Another announcent appeared.
[System Announcent]: Due to Fourth Raikage A's serious instigation of a fight, followed by refusal to accept a duel, he will now receive a RANDOM PUNISHNT. The punishnt will be drawn by Uchiha Madara.

A spinning punishnt wheel appeared in front of Uchiha Madara.

Madara's grin widened.

Everyone in the chat received another announcent:
[System Announcent]: Uchiha Madara has completed the draw. In 3 minutes, Fourth Raikage A will receive his punishnt in front of everyone!
