Chu He stood atop a vast hill on the border, his gaze sweeping across the boundless land toward the distant horizon.

The sound of hoofbeats shattered the silence.

A squad of more than ten fully ard Martial Artists galloped over at great speed, their figures gradually becoming clear amidst a cloud of dust.

The squad leader at the head, clad in Silver Armor and holding a long spear, scanned Chu He with a sharp gaze. His tone was scrutinizing as he asked, "Are you Chu He?"

Chu He nodded slightly, his voice calm and firm. "I am."

The squad leader nodded, as if he had known Chu He’s identity all along. He continued, "Our Patriarch is aware of your arrival and has given special instructions. Should we encounter you, we are to invite you to a banquet the family has prepared for you."

His tone held no trace of humility, let alone any reverence for Chu He.

On the contrary, it was filled with a condescending arrogance.

"Do you know what your family did to mine?" Chu He asked lightly.

The squad leader shook his head, a look of conviction on his face. "What did we do? I’m not sure.

But I can tell you that everything the family does is based on sound reasoning and is fully justified."

Chu He smiled faintly, but his smile held a touch of ridicule. "’Fully justified,’ you say? A good choice of words. I’ve always upheld that sa principle myself."

He shot the squad leader an appreciative glance, but deep within his eyes lay an endless, icy cold.

Just then, a Martial Artist behind the squad leader suddenly spoke up, his voice filled with contempt. "I know our family recently dispatched a group of Death Warriors. Their mission was to either kidnap or kill Chu He’s family.

But according to the latest report, that group failed their mission.

However, our objective has been achieved, because Chu He is now standing on the Ruan Family’s territory."

As he spoke, he pointed to the Ruan Family insignia on his chest, a smug smile on his face. "You killed our Ruan Family’s young master, so you and your family deserve to die.

The honor of the Ruan Family is not sothing you can touch, let alone trample upon.

Even if you were once the National Guardian War God of the Great Jing Empire, or the so-called strongest on Blue Star, before the Ruan Family, you are nothing but an ant."

Chu He looked up, his voice devoid of any emotion. "I am the one you have a grievance with. If you want revenge, you should co for ."

Seeing this, the squad leader made an inviting gesture. "Chu He, we know we are no match for you.

But I still hope you will follow the family’s instructions and attend this banquet.

Otherwise..."

His words trailed off, but the threat was self-evident.

"Since you claim everything you do is fully justified, then my actions today will follow that very sa logic."

His voice calm and cold, Chu He gently extended a hand. He spread his fingers, aiming them at the fully ard squad of Martial Artists ahead.

A sense of foreboding instantly gripped the hearts of the squad mbers. They spun around almost simultaneously, drawing the heavy longswords from their backs.

Before they could even react, Chu He’s fingers clenched into a fist.

An indescribably imnse pressure, like a flash flood, suddenly crushed in on the squad of Martial Artists from all sides.

The pressure was so powerful that the Martial Artists’ bodies were instantly squeezed into a blood mist, their flesh and armor mingling together into a grueso swirl of red and white.

But astonishingly, the pressure seed to be exquisitely controlled by Chu He, leaving the innocent horses completely unhard.

All that could be seen were their longswords, falling forlornly to the ground.

The blades were coated in beads of blood condensed from the mist, like blooming red flowers.

"This is what I call ’fully justified.’"

Chu He smiled faintly, looking with satisfaction at his handiwork.

He strode forward, his steps light and easy.

Each step seed to transcend ti and space; in the span of a single breath, he was already a hundred ters away.

A sharp, ear-piercing alarm shrieked, echoing across the boundless land.

Chu He knew that the mbers of the Martial Artist squad were all equipped with life-monitoring devices. Even if they couldn’t send a distress signal in ti, a ssage would automatically be sent to their headquarters upon death.

Therefore, he wasn’t worried about his movents remaining hidden for long.

Chu He didn’t bother to disable the life-monitoring devices. Instead, he deliberately let the alarms sound.

He had no intention of slowly hunting for his targets in this vast, boundless region. Instead, he would draw everyone to one place and finish them all at once.

If revenge was delayed overnight, the rage in his heart would be difficult to quell. Chu He knew this well.

So, he strode without hesitation toward the resplendent, palace-like building.

By the ti he stood before the building, a dense formation of fully ard Martial Artist Guards had already gathered.

Like a barrier of steel, they surrounded Chu He completely.

Finally, the crowd parted, and two middle-aged n in cloaks slowly walked out,

flanking an elderly man.

Although his hair was graying, his eyes shone with a light sharper than that of any young man.

"One is missing," Chu He said, breaking the silence.

The gray-haired old man was none other than the Patriarch of the Ruan Family, Ruan Shugu.

The two cloaked, middle-aged n behind him were his two sons, Ruan Zaichao and Ruan Yingfu, both of whom were great generals of the Great Xia Empire.

Hearing Chu He’s words, Ruan Shugu understood his aning at once. "It seems Her Majesty the Queen has told you everything she knows about our Ruan Family.

My daughter is not at ho. Although she holds the rank of a great general, she has always been a loner, focused on her pursuit of Martial Arts."

Chu He shook his head slightly and sighed. "What a sha. If she were here, I could have cleaned out your entire Ruan Family at once and saved myself a lot of trouble."

Though his words carried a note of suppressed anger, Ruan Shugu’s expression remained unruffled. "I had originally prepared a grand feast for you, thinking you should eat your fill before you set off on your journey. It seems now you don’t even wish to enjoy this Last Supper."

Chu He wasted no more words. He drew his sword, its blade flashing with a golden light.

He swung upward, unleashing a wave of Sword Qi. The golden Sword Qi shot forth like a teor streaking across the sky, arriving before Ruan Shugu in an instant.

The fierce Sword Qi threatened to slice him in two.

Ruan Shugu’s expression changed slightly, but he did not retreat. His body shifted, as if he intended to dodge the blow.

But the golden Sword Qi, as if it had eyes of its own, pierced directly into his forehead.

A crack instantly appeared on his forehead.

The crack began to spread down his nose and chin, threatening to split his entire head apart.

"Father!"

Ruan Zaichao and Ruan Yingfu turned pale with shock at the sight.

They had never imagined Chu He would strike so decisively, and without any warning.

All they could do was watch helplessly as their father suffered a grievous blow.

The eight great generals of the Great Xia Empire were all heroes, fad for their exceptional strength, wisdom, and courage.

Their father, Ruan Shugu, had once been one of these generals, and after stepping down, his power had not diminished but grown, becoming even more unfathomable.

And yet now, they watched as their father was rendered completely powerless by a single strike from Chu He’s sword.

Just as Chu He thought Ruan Shugu was about to die on the spot, the spreading crack suddenly halted.

Imdiately after, the crack began to rapidly recede, as if ti itself were reversing.

In a mont, the crack vanished completely, and Ruan Shugu’s face returned to its calm state.

Chu He couldn’t help but let out a soft sound of surprise. He clearly hadn’t expected this twist.

’This defies all logic!’

Chu He was inwardly stunned.

’The power of that strike was imnse; even a King-level expert would have struggled to withstand it.

Yet Ruan Shugu recovered completely in an instant?!’
