Reenacting the scene was indeed an effective approach.

In this area, Lin Moyu lacked experience, so following Antares’s guidance was undoubtedly the correct choice.

Lin Moyu divided his focus. One portion of his soul force rged into the Demon Extermination Tower, entering the space where the Kunlun Snow Grass King was planted.

Compared to ordinary sight, the soul possessed far sharper perception, capable of discerning even the finest details.

Under his soul’s observation, the Kunlun Snow Grass King appeared in exquisite clarity.

Lin Moyu watched as it absorbed the lightning elent and underwent a miraculous internal transformation. The lightning elent gradually converted into vibrant life force, rging into its body and giving rise to tender new leaves.

Every subtle change resembled a magnificent feast for the senses, dazzling and profound.

Lin Moyu observed with rapt attention, slowly becoming completely imrsed in the process.

At the sa ti, the other part of his soul began comprehending the Soul-Splitting Art.

As Antares explained, the most fundantal function of this technique was to separate a strand of the soul.

Before reaching level 96, attempting to wield law would trigger a law backlash.

This separated strand of the soul could act as a substitute, bearing the law backlash in place of the soul-form.

Even if the strand were destroyed, it would only cause minor damage to the soul-form. As long as one did not split off too many strands, the impact remained negligible.

That said, mastering the Soul-Splitting Art was far from easy. Its most critical requirent was the ability to focus on two things at once.

After splitting the soul, one effectively had to control two souls at once—an endeavor that demanded extraordinary precision and mastery over one’s soul.

This was precisely why Antares insisted that Lin Moyu divide his focus: one part to perceive law through scene reenactnt, the other to attempt to grasp the Soul-Splitting Art.

Doing so greatly accelerated his progress in grasping the technique.

Seeing Lin Moyu successfully divide his focus, Antares withdrew from his soul world, a peculiar light flickering in his eyes.

A person’s soul world was their most vital domain; Lin Moyu’s willingness to open it and allow Antares inside was a sign of absolute trust.

Because of this, Antares felt genuine joy.

Their relationship had advanced once again, changing from re friends into the closest of companions.

Even life-and-death comrades could hardly surpass this.

On the Dinsional Battlefield, thousands of kiloters away from Fortress No. 9.

Green flas flickered within the darkness, eerie and nacing. Abyssal aura surged violently, forming a massive vortex at the center of the void where countless flas spiraled endlessly.

From ti to ti, roars echoed from the darkness, terrifying enough to leave the faint-hearted paralyzed with fear.

This was an Abyssal Gate, a connection between the Dinsional Battlefield and the Abyssal World.

Passing through it ant entering the Abyss itself.

A vast number of Abyssal Demons road nearby the Abyssal Gate.

Occasionally, so charged toward the Dinsional Battlefield and then vanished within the battlefield.

Others burst forth from the Abyssal Gate.

Suddenly, several streaks of light cut through the darkness.

ng Anwen and several God-level powerhouses arrived at the Abyssal Gate, their presence overwhelming.

Wherever they passed, imnse power swept across the land.

The Shenxia Tower rotated slightly, runes blazing across its surface as it unleashed countless beams of light.

Each beam struck like a sharp sword, instantly piercing through the Demons.

Amid shrill screams, the Demons disintegrated and died.

The remaining Demons shrieked in terror and fled in different directions. In re monts, the area around the Abyssal Gate was completely cleared.

ng Anwen made a forceful entrance, with Feng Tianzong at his side.

Feng Tianzong spoke, “Two days ago, a palace appeared here.”

“It was filled with the light elent, white as jade. Upon its appearance, it slaughtered countless Demons.”

“Later, however, the Demon Emperor intervened and forcibly dragged the palace into the Abyssal World.”

“Reports indicate that the palace resisted, but it was ultimately no match for the Demon Emperor.”

“Old Bai happened to be at Fortress No. 8 at the ti. After hearing the news, he and Old Yan rushed over together. Since the palace might be connected to the Light God, they couldn’t ignore it.”

“After that… both of them vanished.”

ng Anwen nodded slightly as he listened. The Shenxia Tower radiated brilliant light, illuminating everything within a 100-kiloter radius.

He used the Shenxia Tower to carefully sense every lingering aura, not missing even the smallest trace.

ng Anwen said, “If this truly is the Light God’s Palace, we absolutely cannot allow it to fall into the hands of the Abyss”

“According to our limited records, the Light God was once an ally of the human race. When the Abyssal Demons first descended, the Light God showed humanity kindness.”

Many high-level class users were aware of fragnts of this history. A debt of gratitude owed to a God was not sothing they could ignore.

Monts later, the Shenxia Tower completed its scan.

ng Anwen said, “There are still remnants of Old Bai’s and Old Yan’s auras. Judging from the traces, they’ve entered the Abyss.”

Feng Tianzong’s expression darkened. Entering the Abyssal World was easy; returning was not.

Given the circumstances, Bai Yiyuan and Yan Kuangsheng had had no choice but to go in. Even if Feng Tianzong himself had been present, he likely would have done the sa.

After a brief silence, he asked, “So… what do we do now?”

ng Anwen fell into thought, “The appearance of the Light God’s Palace is strange.”

“It vanished nearly 1,000 years ago, so why would it surface now? And why here?”

“And the Demon Emperor’s reaction was far too fast… He acted almost imdiately.”

“There’s sothing wrong with this.”

Feng Tianzong trusted ng Anwen’s judgnt. The more he thought about it, the more unnatural everything felt.

From the mont the Light God’s Palace appeared to Bai Yiyuan’s arrival, barely an hour had passed.

And just as Bai Yiyuan arrived, he happened to witness the Demon Emperor dragging the palace into the Abyss.

It was as though everything had been carefully arranged, ant for Bai Yiyuan to witness that exact scene, to sense the Light God’s Palace’s aura at that precise mont.

The entire sequence felt deliberately orchestrated.

ng Anwen continued, “As things stand, I can only enter the Abyss myself and see what’s truly happening.”

Feng Tianzong’s expression changed, “The Abyss is far too dangerous.”

ng Anwen shook his head, “I have the Shenxia Tower. I’m the only one who can bring Old Bai and Old Yan back.”

“You need to prepare the military. If this is an Abyssal Demon plot, a great battle may be coming.”

Feng Tianzong stiffened, then nodded, “Understood. Fortress No. 7 and Fortress No. 8 are already under martial law.”

ng Anwen shook his head, “That’s not enough. Notify all fortresses. If anything goes wrong, activate the Eternal Great Wall imdiately.”

Feng Tianzong sucked in a sharp breath, “The Eternal Great Wall? Is it really that serious?”

ng Anwen replied, “I hope I’m overthinking it. But I’ve received reports of a conflict between the Abyssal Demons and the Dragokind.”

“Now the Dragonkind have vanished. Moreover, I detected a trace of Dragonkind aura here—faint, but unmistakable.”

“Finding any Dragonkind presence in this place is unsettling. Use your judgnt. I’m simply giving you a warning.”

Feng Tianzong said solemnly, “I understand. I’ll remain on high alert.”

With that, ng Anwen recalled the Shenxia Tower and plunged into the Abyssal Gate.

Feng Tianzong did not delay. Activating a Teleportation Stone, he returned to the fortress and imdiately relayed ng Anwen’s orders.

As a godly general on active duty, his orders were absolute.

One by one, reports returned from every fortress: all had entered full combat readiness.

The teleportation formation flared again, and Ye Hao appeared alone.

Ye Hao asked, “Tianzong, what happened?”

Feng Tianzong was surprised by Ye Hao’s appearance. He quickly composed himself and answered, “Serene God suspects the Dragonkind may be making a move. He ordered us to prepare.”

“Where’s Anwen?”

“He entered the Abyss.”

“What?!” Ye Hao’s eyes widened in shock.

Before Feng Tianzong could say more, a shrill alarm tore through the air.

The Demon Watcher Eye erupted in blinding red light—enemy invasion detected.
