The soul-echo resounded between heaven and earth.

Any Dragonkind capable of hearing it was at least level 85. In that instant, they all realized sothing terrible was coming.

The Dragon Emperor’s expression darkened. A chilling thought struck him: had he made a grave mistake?

At that mont, the entire emperor city was sealed within a formation.

Inside it, everyone except him struggled to move. Their speed slowed by hundreds of tis. They were effectively paralyzed.

“No… he’s just trying to scare .”

“As long as I kill him or even force him to retreat, everything will be fine.”

“Yes… just like before. Drive him away, and the danger disappears.”

Countless thoughts flashed through the Dragon Emperor’s mind in an instant.

Though Lin Moyu’s soul-echo had shaken him briefly, his resolve quickly hardened.

He was the Dragon Emperor, a half-step Transcendent God. His will would not waver so easily.

Raising his greataxe, he prepared to strike.

At that exact mont, Undead Gaze activated. Its first target was the Dragon Emperor himself.

A muffled groan escaped his mouth. It felt as though a needle had pierced his soul. The sharp pain disrupted his movents.

“A soul attack!”

Terror surged through him. His soul trembled as if it might leap from his body. That colossal eye in the sky—it was a soul-based assault.

And if it was wide-range… if every target suffered the sa intensity… the kind that could make even him feel pain…

Cold sweat drenched his body.

He looked down. The emperor city had fallen silent.

The Dragonkind who had been shouting monts ago, now collapsed one after another, eyes empty.

Their bodies were unhard, but their souls had been completely annihilated.

The Undead Eye had already swept across the outer city and was now turning inward.

The formation’s spatial lockdown ant nothing to it.

Under that gaze, countless Dragonkind died soundlessly.

The Dragon Emperor’s heart sank, “How… how can a skill be this powerful?”

Then a realization struck him: it had to be a law art, perhaps even a star-grade law art.

Only sothing of that level could wield such terrifying power.

At that mont, two choices lay before him. The first was to kill Lin Moyu. If he died, the law art would naturally end.

The second was to target the law art itself. Lin Moyu was currently restrained by the formation, so he shouldn’t be able to cast it a second ti.

Furthermore, a law art of this magnitude had to co with a heavy cost. Like a Mage’s forbidden spell, it must require preparation.

There was no ti to hesitate.

If Lin Moyu had dared to co here, he must have a trump card, sothing that made him difficult to kill.

Even a brief delay would allow that eye to slaughter countless Dragonkind.

The Dragon Emperor made his decision: destroy the law art first, then deal with Lin Moyu.

With a furious roar, he charged at the Undead Eye, swinging his greataxe with all his might.

Power nearing Transcendent God-level tore through space, forming a massive pillar of light infused with the law of stone, slamming into the eye.

It trembled violently, on the verge of collapse.

Roaring again, the Dragon Emperor struck twice more with all his might.

At last, the Undead Eye shattered.

The Dragon Emperor exhaled, “Finally… it’s over.”

But when he turned back to Lin Moyu, a chill crept through him.

Lin Moyu’s finger moved ever so slightly.

The sky darkened once more, and the undeath world descended again.

On the opposite side of the emperor city, another Undead Eye appeared.

The mont it manifested, another wave of Dragonkind perished.

The formation trapped them. There was nowhere to run.

Only now did the Dragon Emperor understand Lin Moyu’s words. He had dood the Dragonkind.

Without the formation, they could have fled.

Lin Moyu could never have been able to hunt them all down.

But now… there was no escape. Only death.

Like a madman, the Dragon Emperor rushed forward and destroyed the second eye.

Yet the sky remained dark.

A third Undead Eye appeared—on yet another side of the emperor city.

Again, Dragonkind fell in swathes.

Unless Lin Moyu died, the Undead Eye would never cease.

Driven to the brink of madness, the Dragon Emperor charged at him.

The law of stone erupted as he unleashed the most powerful strike of his life, an attack infinitely close to the Transcendent God-level.

Even the Demon Emperor would be gravely wounded… perhaps killed outright.

Lin Moyu should have dodged. He had, every ti before.

But this ti he didn’t move. He took the blow head-on.

The law of stone erupted, grinding against his body. Space itself tore apart like fragile cloth.

And yet Lin Moyu stood there motionless, completely unhard.

In his eyes, the Dragon Emperor saw only mockery… and cold indifference.

His heart sank.

In just that brief mont, thousands more had died.

Refusing to accept it, the Dragon Emperor swung his greataxe twice more.

Lin Moyu still did not move.

[Elental Resistance (100% fusion rate): passive law art. The user and their summons are immune to all elental attacks, and damage from elental laws is reduced onefold.]

With Lin Moyu’s Comprehensive Amplification talent, his resistance to elental laws increased ninetyfold.

Combined with his Damage Transfer passive skill—also enhanced by the talent—incoming damage was reduced by another ninetyfold.

Together, these effects diminished damage from elental laws by a staggering 8,100 tis.

Even a true Transcendent God-level attack could no longer harm him.

The Dragon Emperor’s three strikes had already cost over ten thousand Dragonkind their lives.

His scales trembled with fury, but he knew he could not delay—thousands were dying every second.

Regaining a trace of composure, he deactivated the formation and roared, “Run! Escape now!”

The order stunned the Dragonkind. Had they heard correctly? The Dragon Emperor was telling them to flee?

Many within the city didn’t even understand what was happening.

Lin Moyu showed no intention of stopping.

His undead army surged forward, including the Fire Lich, the Lightning Lich, and the tal Lich.

Three radiant rings flared beneath the feet of the undead troops, each radiating law aura.

Empowered by the law of tal, the undead army charged at full speed and struck the city’s formation.

The formation shattered almost instantly.

With the formation gone, the true horror of the rings of light was unleashed.

Flas roared. Lightning crashed. Both carried the force of elental law.

Any Dragonkind below God-level was annihilated on the spot. Even those at God-level were left seriously injured.

The rings engulfing the entire emperor city. Even Lin Moyu himself did not know how far their range could reach.

Fire swept through the streets, reducing countless Dragonkind to ash.

Lightning erupted from the void, striking down entire groups where they stood.

In re monts, the death toll surpassed even that caused by the Undead Eye.

The Dragon Emperor watched in horror, his eyes wide with disbelief.

By removing the formation, he had unleashed a nightmare.

Before his very eyes, a level 91 Dragon King was consud by fire and lightning, erased without resistance.

Despair swallowed the Dragonkind emperor city.
