The Bone Armor materialized instantly at Lin Moyu’s command.

He tried to lock onto the opponent with his soul, but the formation’s interference disrupted the attempt.

The fact that the enemy could lock onto him proved it was possible. His own soul simply wasn’t strong enough yet.

“In that case… I’ll let the law art do the locking.”

Three-star law art: Bone Armor.

Through law art linkage, the mont he was attacked, two additional law arts would automatically activate and lock onto the attacker.

The Law of Stone struck again, instantly shattering the Bone Armor.

Without the 8,100-fold damage reduction, it could at best withstand attacks up to level 95.

Against a Transcendent God-level strike, it stood no chance.

But defense wasn’t Lin Moyu’s goal. He wanted the automatic counterattack granted by the three-star linkage.

The instant the Bone Armor broke, his spirit force plumted.

At level 84, his entire reserve of 3.7 million points was drained in a heartbeat.

Yet in less than 0.1 seconds, it was completely restored.

With Comprehensive Link active, the spirit force of the entire undead army had beco his personal reservoir, free to draw upon at will.

Feeling the drain of spirit force, Lin Moyu knew the three-star law art’s counterattack had triggered.

A thread of law pierced through the void from his body, tracing the formation’s projection to its source.

The formation’s projection suddenly flared.

On the other end, the Stone Elental Dragon let out a startled cry.

There was no need to guess. The three-star law art’s linkage had landed.

Bone Prison and Bone Fangs had crossed space to strike their target.

It wasn’t enough to injure the Stone Elental Dragon, but it was more than enough to irritate him.

As Bone Prison and Bone Fangs were triggered, a fresh layer of Bone Armor ford around Lin Moyu and shattered instantly.

His spirit force drained and refilled in a continuous cycle. Armor ford, broke, reford, and broke again in rapid succession.

The three-star law art’s linkage had created a loop.

As long as the opponent continued attacking and his spirit force held, the three-star law art would never stop.

Lin Moyu didn’t need to lift a finger. Everything operated automatically.

At that mont, he realized he had truly beco like a hedgehog.

Antares had been absolutely right.

His attacks might not harm the opponent, but they were more than enough to beco a total nuisance.

And indeed, the projection of the Stone Elent Dragon looked furious. His expression twisted as if he had swallowed sothing vile.

“A multiple-star law art…”

His insight far surpassed that of the Dragon Emperor. He imdiately understood what he was facing.

Without a multiple-star law art, Lin Moyu could never have touched him.

As his voice rang out, his attacks finally stopped.

With no incoming strikes, the Bone Armor ceased triggering counterattacks.

The Dragon Emperor, unfamiliar with multiple-star law arts, was completely baffled.

To him, it simply looked like his superior had stopped attacking for no reason.

“Sir!” He cried, anxiety burning in his chest as more Dragonkind fell.

“Silence!” The Stone Elental Dragon barked.

The sheer weight of his voice froze the Dragon Emperor in place.

At that mont, the formation projection suddenly expanded severalfold, as if sothing inside it was trying to break free.

Lin Moyu’s eyes narrowed, “Is he trying to co over?”

A massive claw suddenly erged from the formation.

The instant it broke through, space shattered with a thunderous crack, revealing a dark void swirling with chaotic energy.

The Stone Elental Dragon’s power was too great for this fragnt world to contain.

Even a single claw caused space to collapse. If his true body entered, the entire fragnt world would likely disintegrate.

Fortunately, the Stone Elental Dragon seed aware of this. He kept his true body back, extending only one claw.

Lin Moyu felt himself being locked onto. A sense of danger surged within him.

This claw could kill him.

He trusted his instincts completely.

Behind him, the Deathwings fluttered, ready to sever the soul lock at any mont.

At that mont, a roar suddenly echoed, “Get back!”

Antares’s voice, filled with majestic authority, descended from the heavens and pierced through space.

The giant claw that had just appeared trembled violently and withdrew at an astonishing speed.

It looked like a thief caught red-handed, retreating as fast as possible.

“Sir!” The Dragon Emperor was stunned, unable to comprehend what had just happened.

He recognized the voice. It belonged to the most mysterious existence within the Immorial Battlefield.

But he had never imagined that this mysterious being would be so overwhelmingly powerful.

Weren’t they both Dragons?

In his understanding, Antares was also a Dragon. No matter how strong he was, how much power could he truly wield while confined to this world?

The Dragon Emperor had estimated Antares to be at most at Transcendent God-level; certainly no match for his side’s higher-tier Dragon.

But now, it was clear that was not the case at all.

The Stone Elental Dragon reappeared within the formation projection, his eyes filled with dread, “Sir… is this your world?”

He seed uncertain, seeking confirmation.

Antares’s voice rang out again: “You are not qualified to know.”

At that mont, Antares’s aura grew even heavier, surrounding the formation like rolling thunder.

The Stone Elental Dragon beca even more terrified, his entire body trembling. This was suppression at the level of bloodline, an irresistible pressure from a higher-tier Dragon.

The gap between their levels and strength was simply too vast.

The Stone Elental Dragon responded shakily, “Yes!”

The formation vanished, and the Dragon Greataxe beca completely dim.

The Dragon Emperor stood frozen in place, lost and bewildered.

He gripped the Dragon Greataxe blankly, his whole body trembling.

Even a fool could now see one thing clearly: the invasion had been dood to fail from the very beginning.

With Antares present, it didn’t matter how weak the humans were. The final outco would never change.

He didn’t know why Antares was here.

Antares seed to have been here for a long ti.

Even when the Dragon Emperor had first ascended to his throne, he had received a warning from him.

Only then did he realize there existed a being in this world he could never oppose.

Back then, Antares had told him that as long as he did not personally enter the Human World, he would not interfere.

Looking back, he should have understood: Antares had been protecting the humans, waiting for them to grow strong enough to eventually destroy him.

He had always been nothing more than a stepping stone for humanity. And not just him, but the entire Dragonkind and this fragnt world as well.

How could he have been so foolish? Why didn’t he realize this sooner?

But regret was useless now.

The Dragon Emperor stared blankly at the sky, “Sir, is there any other path I can take?”

He directed these words toward Antares, knowing he could hear him.

He wanted to live.

The extinction of the Dragonkind was already inevitable, and this fragnt world could not escape being devoured.

The Dragonkind had beco a stepping stone for Lin Moyu.

So at the final mont, he abandoned the Dragonkind, seeking only a sliver of survival for himself.

After several seconds, Antares’s voice finally sounded: “I will give you one chance.”

“Go into the deep layer and find sothing for . If you can bring it back, I will spare your life and send you into the greater world.”

A ray of light descended from the sky and entered the Dragon Emperor’s forehead.

Instantly, he understood what he needed to find.

He had ventured into the deep layer many tis before. Though it was dangerous, there was always a chance of survival.

Staying here, however, ant certain death.

To survive, the Dragon Emperor finally chose to take the risk in the deep layer, “Sir, I will go.”

After speaking, he turned and left, his figure appearing desolate.
