For any summoner, there was a set of problems in forming the contracts with the Elental Spirits. They are:

Therefore, almost all the Elental Spirits in the Elental Spirit World would prepare so trials or tasks for the summoners to complete.

While watching the summoners during the trial, the elental spirits could conclude with the summoners before deciding whether to form a contract or not with them.
