Previously, Ajax got one Special Higher World Tree Seed from the Celestial Pillar and another from Theron, the Celestial Dawn Sect Leader.
One of these two Special Higher World Tree Seeds was given to Siora, who had already planted it in the Divine Inner World.
Ajax had another Special Higher World Tree Seed left in his possession, and he wanted to use it to exchange Divine Rule Potions from Sylvan, the Greater Forest Dragon Emperor.
"What? You have a Special Higher World Tree Seed?"
Sylvan was shocked and so were the two dragon brothers.
"I thought you won't give any more shocks and I guess, I am wrong."
Even Draven was surprised by Ajax's proposal as he didn't expect Ajax to have a Special Higher World Seed.
"Uncle Sylvan, what do you say?"
Ajax smiled in response to their shocked expressions as he asked the Greater Forest Dragon for his agreent.
"I only want a Special Higher World Tree Seed. Since you want to give it to , I can give you a Divine Rule Potion."
Sylvan didn't have any reason to reject his proposal as he only cared about the Special Higher World Tree Seed and it didn't matter where he got it from.
"Brother Draven, I want a Divine Rule Potion as my gift."
After agreeing with Ajax, Sylvan inford Draven, who nodded his head and went out for so ti before returning back to the hall to have a chat with his brothers and Ajax.
"Uncle Sylvan, here is the Special Higher World Tree Seed."
While chatting, Ajax took out a jade box and offered it to Sylvan.
"Ajax, what are you doing?"
Sylvan didn't take the jade box containing the World Tree Seed; instead, he said, "I will take it when I offer you the Divine Rule Potion."
"It's alright, Uncle Sylvan. I believe Uncle and Aunt would ascend to the Heavenly Realm without any issues."
The proposal is good if the Jade Dragon Couple could ascend to the Heavenly Realm. However, if they can't ascend, there won't be any gifts from the Heavenly Dragon Ancestor.
Although they are all confident in Draven and his wife's ascension to the Heavenly Realm, there is also a small chance of failure.
If Sylvan takes the Special Higher World Tree Seed and in case, Draven and his wife fail the ascendance, he has to give it back to Ajax, which is much painful for Sylvan to do.
Thus, he didn't take Ajax's seed and said that he could take it after the Jade Dragon Couple's ascension to the Heavenly Realm.
Ti continued to pass and in a flash, one day passed as pitch-black clouds started above the Greater Jade Dragon World.

As Ajax stared into the horizon, a dark, roiling mass of clouds began to gather in the sky, their edges crackling with arcs of silver lightning. The air around him grew heavy, charged with an oppressive energy that seed to press against his very soul.
'Rumble'
The cloud rumbled as though it was asking Draven and his wife to co and stand below it to receive the lightning strikes it was going to release soon.
"Looks like it is ti for to start my ascension."
Draven, along with his wife, looked at their son with emotional eyes before flying into the sky.
"Father, Mother."
Even Jade Dragonling who usually acts all mature and tough, could not help but cry while shouting at their parents, "You have to ascend to the Heavenly Realm at any cost. I will co and et you soon."
"Everything is going to be alright, Jaed."
Ajax and others consoled the Jade Dragonling as they looked at the two silhouettes flying into the sky.
"It is starting….the Ascension Tribulation is starting."
Sylvan shouted all out, attracting everyone's attention to the pitch-black cloud in the sky.

Draven and his wife stood side by side beneath the darkening skies as the Ascension Tribulation began, their towering forms exuding an aura of unshakable determination.
With the appearance of the Ascension Tribulation Cloud, it drew the attention of the other Dragon Emperors. One by one, they tore through the skies, their majestic forms converging on the Greater Jade Dragon World to witness this montous occasion.
Ascension Tribulation is a rare once-in-a-lifeti event that no cultivator in the Earth Realm wants to miss. So, of course, they have arrived.

Soon, the Ascension Tribulation Cloud released two Lightning Strikes that looked the sa and contained the sa power.

However, before their first lightning strikes could land on them, Draven and his wife held their hands and activated the formation of the Greater Jade Dragon World.
During the Ascension Tribulation, there is no such rule that the cultivators have to endure the Lightning Strikes with their bodies. They can use formations, defensive weapons and other items.
'Boom'
The two Lightning Strikes landed on a transparent jade barrier and there was a huge explosion, causing everyone watching from outside the Greater Jade Dragon World to move quite far.
As for the ones inside the Greater Jade Dragon World, there were no energy fluctuations, thanks to the barrier.
'The first lightning strike was successful.'
Just like that, the first lightning strikes of Draven and his wife were both taken care of easily.

The tribulation clouds roared with violent energy, preparing two new Lightning Strikes before releasing them at the couple.
However, the couple activated the barrier at the right ti to block the two incoming Lightning Strikes.

Similarly, the third batch of Lightning Strikes was taken care of the barrier; however, this ti, the barrier was completely damaged, making it useless.
"Three Lightning Strikes are down and six more to go."
Although they lost the barrier, it had already stopped three lightning strikes which was a lot better than anyone could expect.

The rumbling sounds from the Ascension Cloud increased to the next level as though it was angry at Draven and his wife for not being able to injure them with its first three Lightning Strikes.
