Using external cultivation resources like the Rule Awakening Stones and the Rule Awakening Potions, awakening special and rare Divine Rules was very hard.
Back when he was using the Rule Awakening Stones, Ajax blad Heavens for not wanting him to have 10 Divine Rules.
It was a reasonable conclusion for why he was able to awaken so many Rare and Special Divine Rules.
However, Ajax had not only awakened four Special and Rare Divine Rules but all of them were new when using the Rule Awakening Potions.

Therefore, whenever he awakened a New Divine Rule, instead of awakening another Divine Rule, Ajax would upgrade it to an awakening percentage of 80.
But, in general, Ajax only needed three Rule Awakening Lotuses but he used nearly 25.
'Forget it. Even if I waste 100 Rule Awakening Lotuses, it's not a big deal as I have thousands of them in my possession.'
Other than the ones in his possession, if he wanted, Ajax could get more than 10,000 Rule Awakening Lotuses within a single month.

Looking at the long list of Divine Rules, Ajax was happy and when he looked at their awakening percentages, he was excited.
'When I get the next batch of the Rule Awakening Cultivation Resources from the Special Notice Commission Service, I might not awaken any new Divine Rules but I can increase the awakening percentage of my existing Divine Rules.'
With such a long list of Divine Rules, Ajax thought he would be awakening his existing Divine Rules the next ti.
'Or, I will not expect anything and receive whatever the Heavens will give .'
However, when he thought of the bizarre thing he experienced while using the Rule Awakening Potions and the Rule Awakening Stones, he decided not to plan or expect anything.
No matter what the outco was, both are beneficial for Ajax. So, he didn't care much about it and focused on the next step of his plan.

Ajax had already undergone the body tempering with a few Sentient Flas and now, with these tokens, he could complete the body tempering with all the Sentient Flas in the universe.

Back then, Mostror had said that there were only 20 known Sentient Flas in the entire universe, 10 belonging to the Human Race and another 10 beloning to the Dragon Region.
But, now, Ajax has got 20 Sentient Fla Tokens other than the one he had undergone his Body Tempering with.
'Adding together, there must be 28 Sentient Flas in the universe and if the Special Notice Commisin Service brings any new Sentient Fla Tokens, the number will further increase.'
Ajax was surprised at the number of Sentient Flas in the universe.
'Most cultivators won't reveal their Sentient Flas because once others know about it, it would be stolen from them.'
Ajax knew why most people can't reveal their ownership of the Sentient Fla because he was just like that until a few months back.
'Although they would be missing on a huge inco generated by the Fla Chamber belonging to the Sentient Flas, there was nothing they could do about it.'
Without enough strength, having such rare treasures would be quite dangerous.
'As long as I use all these Sentient Fla Tokens and finish the body tempering with all the Sentient Flas, it will be completing 35 percent of my goal regarding the Sentient Flas.'
Since Ajax planned to undergo the body tempering with 100 Sentient Flas, he was quite excited to see that he could achieve a completion rate of 35 percent within the next few days.
'Let's begin the body tempering with the Sentient Flas now.'
Without wasting any ti, Ajax picked the Dawnfire Token, 'I wonder how much my Divine Fire Rule will increase by the ti I finish the body temperings with all the Sentient Flas.'
