Then, Grey walked forward toward the stone pillar, and the crowd instinctively parted to make way for him.
But before he could take another step, a broad arm suddenly stretched out in front of him, blocking his path.
Grey stopped and looked to his left. The arm belonged to none other than Kane. The beastly energy around him still lingered faintly, giving off an oppressive pressure that made the air feel heavy.
The onlooking evolvers held their breath, while Alex, on the other hand, looked at this scene with a faint look of interest on his face.
"Hold it right there," Kane spoke with a cold grin, his voice filled with arrogance.
Grey raised an eyebrow at him. "What do you want?"
Kane folded his arms and spoke. "You’re not planning to just walk up and try right after , are you?"
He inquired, his tone dripping with mockery. "You think you can top my score or sothing? Is that why you decided to go after ?"
"I won’t let you," he added with a sneer. "Since you dare to offend the Interwire Company, you must have so strength. How about this, if you can take a strike from , then you can participate in the trial. Otherwise, you’ll have to leave."
There were plenty of other stone pillars here, yet this guy had walked toward the sa one Kane had completely dominated. In Kane’s eyes, that wasn’t a coincidence, he believed it was plain disrespect toward him.
It hurt his pride deeply.
Kane wanted to remind everyone that in this place, he was the strongest one present.

Grey’s expression turned strange. He looked at Kane as if he was looking at so bizarre clown in a circus.
What’s wrong with this guy?
Did he seriously just block him to say this?
Grey was conflicted—should he break this guy’s bones or his little brother?
It was clear to him that this guy was causing trouble for no reason, and more importantly, he couldn’t believe how blatantly immature the guy was acting.
Could it be that every evolver had sothing wrong with their heads?
Then, without warning, Kane swung his fist toward Grey.
"Take this!" he shouted with an arrogant grin on his face.
The onlooking evolvers held their breaths at the sight.
They knew one thing, a punch from Kane was packed with the power of the Ironhide Polar Bear. His body was extrely strong and tough. There was no way a slim-looking guy like Grey could take that attack head-on.
However, what they expected didn’t happen.
Boom!
As the guy inched closer, Grey stretched his arm out casually and waved it slightly.
But that wave just so happened to land perfectly on Kane’s face. Before he could even react to what happened, a terrifying sonic boom burst out, and he was sent flying through the air.
Crk! Crk!
As his body ascended, blood poured profusely out of him, and the sound of bones breaking rang out.
"Huh?!" The evolvers witnessing this scene were utterly stunned.
They couldn’t believe their eyes.
"Hey guys, isn’t that Young Master Kane in the air?" one of the evolvers said with a dumbfounded expression.
"Yeah..."
Alex, who stood by the side observing, was equally stunned by what he saw. His body trembled slightly as he witnessed the sight.
In all of Ashspire City, if Kane claid he was second for having the strongest body, then nobody in the younger generation would dare to say they were first.
Kane’s body crashed to the ground, forming a small crater. Inside it, he crawled up with a pained look on his face.
He opened his mouth, which now had a few teeth missing, and shouted, "It hurts!" His face trembled in pain.
He had realized the bones near his neck were cracked, and a powerful force had entered his body during the strike, wreaking havoc inside and shattering his bones.
He stared deeply at Grey, who stood there with a casual look on his face, as if he wasn’t the one who had caused all of this.
Then he imdiately passed out.
"Young Master!" From the crowd, countless shouts ca at the sa ti.
They were evolvers from the Wynters family, and they quickly rushed forward with enraged looks on their faces.
"You’ll pay for this!"
"Attack him!"
"He beat up our Young Master!"
Then they all charged at Grey, unleashing their powers.
All of them appeared to be at the 12th level of the 1st Rank, and there were three of them in total.
However, Grey stood there in place, his lips twitching involuntarily.
He honestly wondered if these people had dirt in their heads instead of brain cells. So far, after entering the secret realm, he hadn’t encountered a single intelligent human being.
He was honestly getting tired of this.
He even began wondering if he had sohow beco a protagonist.
Only protagonists encountered people like this who had negative IQ.
Sighing, he raised his arms.
Smack! Smack!
The crisp sound of slapping resounded throughout the trial ground.
"Ahh, it hurts!"
"Help ! Mommy!"
The evolvers of the Wynters family fell to the ground, screaming in pain. There was a bright red mark on their faces, and one even passed out from the slap.
The slap was infused with Heavenly Tribulation energy. He had directly used it to wreak havoc inside their bodies and break their bones all in one shot.
It was very effective.
The evolvers who were watching this scene fell silent, utterly speechless.
This guy had just co in and started beating up everyone!
They began sweating slightly. Would he beat them up too?
Then, amidst the gazes of everyone, Grey casually walked up to the stone pillar and threw a casual punch.
Boom!
The stone pillar shook violently the instant his punch connected, and imdiately after, cracks began forming across its surface. In the next instant, it burst into pieces.
"..."
Everyone’s eyes bulged like saucers as they stared at the scene with their jaws wide open.
"What the hell?"
The stone pillar, which had only shaken lightly from Kane’s attack, was now broken into pieces.
The next mont, a light shot out from the shattered pillar, and a jade slip appeared in Grey’s hand. At the sa ti, the stone pillar that had been destroyed began rebuilding itself, and within a matter of seconds, it was back in its original shape.
Grey slowly nodded at this. He believed it was the hidden array governing the trial at work here.
But with this, the first stage of the trial was complete!
