"Alright Hong. Can you tell how I can take that seal away?" Grey inquired carefully, he was silently prepared for battle.
He didn’t know when the girl would have mood swings, so he had to be prepared. What if she decided to attack him for asking the wrong questions?
Hearing his question, Hong had a thoughtful expression.
"You just need to refine the seal." Hong pointed at the heart with a nod. "Hong will co with you after that."
"You will co with ?" Grey’s lips twitched. "Is there a way to take the seal without bringing you along?"
Hearing this, Hong had a confused look on her face, then imdiately a sad look appeared on her face as if she had just finished registering what Grey had said.
"Father doesn’t want Hong coming along?" Hong asked in a sad tone, she looked one second away from crying. Energy fluctuated uncontrollably around her.
"I was joking! I naturally won’t leave you behind." Grey said hurriedly as he massaged his temple.
He honestly didn’t know what he was going to do with Hong, but he definitely couldn’t leave without the seal either.
"How do I refine the seal?" Grey asked Hong who had now cald down.
"You just need to use your energy father." Hong replied as she once again pointed at the heart.
"What if it rejects ?" It was a fair question, th seal split in the first place because it got angry and decided to curse everyone on Blue Star.
Grey also believed it had sothing to do with Hong, maybe she was the one who cursed the people of Blue Star?
"The seal won’t reject father." Hong nodded. "No energy can reject father."
"Oh."
Grey gave it a try.
Nexus energy erupted out from his body and shot towards the heart.
The silver purple energy shiftily travelled down into the heart and reached the seal.
Imdiately, a dense amount of purple energy erupted, the seal began to struggle as it clashed directly with the nexus energy, however, the resistance didn’t last long. Nexus energy overpowered the realmheart energy created by the seal completely and it shot into the seal.
Buzz!
A terrifying shockwave spread out from the seal, the spatial distortions trembling at the power of it.
Hong watched cautiously from the side, she was a being trapped inside the seal, hence she knew that the seal was now being refined by her father.
Buzz!
The instant Grey’s energy entered the seal, Grey felt a mysterious power. The power was unlike anything he had seen before, like sothing that didn’t originate from this world at all.
As soon as it found him, the mysterious power tried to attack him, however, the instant nexus energy appeared it directly vanished as if it had t its natural bane.
Soon after, the psionic energy in Grey’s mind palace was triggered and a wisp of consciousness travelled through the psionic energy into the nexus energy.
Buzz!
Grey’s mind palace shook and imdiately a miniature fragnt of the chaos seal appeared within his mind. A connection imdiately ford with the fragnt.
Boom!
The refining was complete.
The entire secret realm stirred at the response of the refinent.
The evolvers outside the subspace where the chaos seal was kept all stared at the sky, there they saw mysterious symbols flashing across the sky and the ground begin to shake.
"What is happening?"
"Ahh, wait. My body is floating!"
One of the evolvers exclaid as he abruptly flew into the sky.
Everyone in the vicinity was stunned. Could it be that this guy had reached 2nd rank?
However, the next mont they all fell silent. Amidst their gazes, space distorted around the guy and he was flung out of the secret realm.
He wasn’t the only one, one by one, they all flew up.
"What the hell?"
"Am I going to die?"
However, no matter how much they struggled, the power was too powerful to resist, they all got flung into spatial distortions one by one.
And by the end, no one was inside the secret realm.
As soon as they left, a figure appeared above the skies of the secret realm.
"Interesting." Grey’s voice bood across the entire secret realm, the instant it did, mutated beasts shivered in fright.
Seeing this, Grey brought his hands down, imdiately a hand made of energy condensed and shot towards the group of mutated beasts that were close to the trial mountains.
Boom!
The mutated beasts were directly crushed to death.
"I didn’t expect this." Grey had a strange look on his face.
"My consciousness fused with the realmheart." Grey spoke slowly, but the way he spoke sent chills down the mutated beasts’ spines.
"That ans I’m effectively the consciousness of this realm now." Grey couldn’t help but be stunned.
Every change, every mont inside the secret realm could be sensed by him now.
"And I have complete control over this realm." Grey’s smile widened.
He could now use the power of this realm, aning he could get in and out of it anyti he wanted and it existed within the seal fragnt inside his mind palace.
"If I can trap a late stage 2nd ranker then I can definitely take them out with the power of the realm." Grey grinned.
Of course, doing so would have its side effects, like running out of the realm’s energy, which would affect it massively. Grey would only use this if he definitely needed to use it.
He could use it on the Varyn guy, but doing so would easily deplete the natural energy of this realm, he didn’t want that. He had other plans for this.
He glanced into the sub dinsion where his body floated and Hong was standing not too far from him.
She was staring at the sky, right at his consciousness which had rged with the secret realm to be exact.
"Father owns the secret realm now." Hong nodded.
"That seems to be the case." Grey nodded.
Then he shifted his gaze towards the treasury, the location was within the subspace of the inheritance ground, not too far from the lotus platform. He swiftly swept his gaze and imdiately all the things inside were transferred into his spatial ring.
"I ran out of space." He realized that his spatial ring was full now.
However, on the other hand, why should he even put them in the spatial ring in the first place?
Didn’t he own this realm?
He could retrieve the things just like how he could from the spatial ring.
"That works." Grey descended back into his real body and turned to Hong.
He now felt a connection to the kid, and her power utterly terrified him.
She was at the peak stage of 2nd rank.
Grey didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
Sighing, he spoke to Hong. "You will be called Little Hong from now."
The connection with the seal was already made, now Hong would be soone connected to him.
He simply couldn’t leave her here.
Even if he did, he would see her once he got back to the secret realm.
And having a peak stage 2nd ranker with him was definitely a good thing.
As long as grey acted as her father that is.
"Un. I’m Little Hong!" Hong nodded with a blank stare.
