"It is too late to fundantally alter the early stages of the path now. However, I can engineer it so that every strider automatically forms a fighting spirit using a synthesized law of spirit. That way, the mont they attempt to breach the sixth rank, it will seamlessly evolve into the primordial spirit."

"No problem," the tree replied cheerfully. "I can easily arrange that."
"Then, please begin."
Grey anchored himself fully into the Creator Space, and monts later, a vast, ancient power carrying the pure essence of the World Tree descended.
"I also added in a small automated reward," the World Tree noted. "When one successfully forms a primordial spirit through your path, they will automatically be granted minor comprehension in the law of spirit. That way, it will be much easier for them to cleanly control their new state."
"Damn..." Grey muttered, genuinely surprised.
How was it that, out of every ancient entity he had encountered so far, the World Tree was by far the most generous? He felt slightly conflicted about it. It consistently handed him incredibly valuable freebies, like granting him the Soul Nourishing Jade, boosting his law cultivation to advanced succession in the bamboo forest, and now directly upgrading his evolutionary path.
Still, it was undeniably helpful.

As he spoke, his comprehensive mind began compiling a brand new technique. When activated, it naturally generated data energy, the fundantal power required to seamlessly access the information layer. He also carefully coded in a safety protocol, allowing the user to securely anchor their consciousness within the layer to prevent getting lost.

But before he handed it off, Grey issued a strict warning. "This technique must not reach another person’s hands. No matter what. Understood?"
"Yes. I am ready to die to protect this technique!" Alan said earnestly as he eagerly accepted the small, glowing mind crystal Grey had just synthesized.
Mind crystals were specialized data-storage diums designed to directly beam complex information into the recipient’s brain. Using his reality bending, crafting a clean, flawless crystal was a trivial matter.
Soon, Alan was able to successfully produce pure data energy by following the internal patterns mapped within the technique.
On the surface, it functioned similarly to a standard breathing technique. However, as Alan was an energy being, Grey had engineered the technique to completely bypass traditional biological respiration.
