With that said, he shifted his gaze back to the tree. While he was experiencing the vision, he also absorbed so subtle information related to the object. This was the Jade Tree of the Jade Emperor. It possessed the miraculous effects of fate and ti. The reason the others had managed to reach the seventh rank was due to this precious effect. These leaves were, in essence, an artifact that allowed one to alter ti itself.
Depending on how much a leaf had matured, it could allow even a first ranker to reach the seventh rank directly, or perhaps higher. That was because it skipped ti directly to that future state. But, of course, the person had to be destined to definitely reach the seventh rank in their future. If they had no such future, and would only reach the fourth rank in their lifeti, then they would only gain the powers of a fourth rank evolver.
If this were any other evolutionary path, they would have obtained the full breadth of its power. This held true even if it was an unreleased stage of the path. But for his specific path, it did not work like that. They could only tap into the raw prowess, not the actual abilities.
The seventh rank power they possessed was just pure aether energy transcending to the seventh rank, with no specific abilities attached to it. Yet, through the influence of fate and ti, they could draw out their maximum potential.
As for the reason why his path did not work like the others, it was entirely due to his Fateless One physique. He, and everything related to him, was fateless. He was a being existing completely above fate. Hence, his path’s trajectory could not be predicted by even this ultimate treasure.
Even with a ten thousand year aged leaf, which would have an even more amplified effect, it would not work.
"Still. This thing is impressive," Grey smiled.
If one leaf was given to Jasmine, who was a modern mage, then she could directly reach a much higher state of power.
Unfortunately, there were no more leaves left, and he would have to wait a thousand years for the next harvest.
"Such a powerful artifact fell into my universe. Is it rely a coincidence?" Grey did not think so.
He rembered the solemn words of the Chaos Emperor from the vision he saw just a few monts ago.
"The summit will soon shine with his light. That will be the mont the wheels of fate truly begin to turn."
If he was not mistaken, the Chaos Emperor was explicitly referencing the summit of Nexus, and what he said was not wrong.
Ever since he ascended, he had been eting more people related to Earth, the gods, and the Paragons, continuously obtaining more information related to them. The wheel of fate had truly begun turning and was actively closing in on Grey, even though he was a Fateless One.
It was not him attracting them; rather, they were being drawn to him by the threads of fate.
Sotis he truly wondered. Was he really the Fateless One?
Most of these events felt like so preordained script. Especially considering the hidden being that had granted the breathing technique to Alissa. He had started questioning reality more and more.
"How does this actually work? I need answers. Should I contact Tian Yuan or Azathoth?"
He felt genuinely spooked. The wheel of fate should not have anything to do with him, nor should he have anything to do with it.
He had to discuss this with his fellow Fateless Ones for an answer. That was the first thing he was going to do after going back.
With that said, this tree should simply be left here in this universe.

"You have arrived, Master." The voice belonged to a small girl with a completely indifferent look on her face. "I have been waiting for you for so long."
Grey’s lips twitched upon seeing the Origin Will.
"To think you would gain consciousness in such a short amount of ti. Not bad. You even managed to obtain a World Breaking Source Power core."
"Un." The Origin Will nodded dumbly.
She reminded him quite a bit of Little Hong right after she had just awakened.
"How fast is your World Breaking Source Power recovery efficiency?"
"I can recover it fully in a few months. Sotis three, or sotis four."
"I open passages to other planes for the people of our planet to conquer, assimilate, and advance us as a proper plane of existence."
"Good job," Grey said with a small smile as he gently patted the Origin Will’s head.
"It also seems like you have established the fundantal laws of a reality on your own."
"Un." The Origin Will nodded again. "I stole them from the other Origin Wills I devoured."
Grey’s lips twitched. Yeah, who was he kidding? There was no way this young Origin Will could do that entirely on her own.
But with the fundantal laws now present, this world was much more complete. Most importantly, Grey keenly noticed a profound shift.
He had total control over the origin of this world.
He fused his own frequential power with it, and instantly, he was able to see and absorb all information from every single part of the universe.
But he quickly severed the connection. There was simply way too much raw data coming at him from all sides. His current mind was not capable of storing every minute shift in the space-ti continuum of an entire world.
He was even receiving simultaneous information about molecular changes across galaxies.
Anyone would go completely crazy if they received such an overwhelming influx of information all at once.
"How do you keep up with the sheer volu of information from the entire universe?" Grey could not help but ask.
To this, the Origin Will simply pointed at her own small head.
"We Origin Wills have an innate ability to process it."
"Oh?" Grey’s interest was imdiately piqued.
"Tell more about it."
