Grey slowly turned his head toward Lia.
"What do you plan to do next, Lia?" Grey asked with a small smile on his face.
Lia slowly stood up and stretched her arms. She looked at him with a joyful expression. "I will return to the Secret Realm of the gods. I want to continue being stronger. I am already approaching the Seventh Rank, so I need to focus entirely on my cultivation."
As she said that, she came forward and gave him a soft kiss.
Grey was not surprised by this answer. He simply nodded his head in agreement. "Alright. Take care of yourself. I’ll be going out for a while."
"You too," she replied softly.
After Lia left, Grey decided to go find Alissa. He walked out of the training hall and strolled through the quiet outdoor courtyards. He eventually found her in a large, private garden.
The atmosphere in the garden was incredibly peaceful.
Bright sunlight shined down from the clear blue sky, lighting up the colorful blooming flowers.
A gentle breeze blew through the area, rustling the green leaves and carrying the smell of nature.
Alissa was quietly bending over, carefully watering a beautiful patch of bright blue roses with a small watering can.
In a world of evolution, this was most definitely a rare sight.
Grey silently walked over to her. He made sure his footsteps made no sound against the soft grass.
He stepped right behind her and wrapped his arms around her slim curvaceous waist.
Alissa immediately flinched in surprise when she felt the arms.
Her shoulders tensed up, and she almost dropped the watering can as she prepared to defend herself.
But the exact moment she smelled his familiar, forting scent and felt the solid warmth of his chest pressed against her back, her entire body relaxed pletely.
Grey leaned forward, resting his chin right near her shoulder.
"How are you, wifey?" He asked with a grin forming on his face.
Before Alissa could even turn her head to answer his question, Grey gently spun her body around to face him. He leaned down and pressed his lips against hers.
He held her close by the waist, feeling her soft lips part slightly under his gentle pressure. The sweet, warm taste of the moment lingered in the air. He kissed her deeply for several long seconds with their tongue intertwining, letting all his affection pour into the physical contact as she slowly melted into his arms.
When he finally pulled back, Alissa was breathing a little heavily.
A bright red blush painted her soft cheeks. She looked down at the ground acting incredibly shy after the kiss.
"Y-You surprised me. Bad Guy." she plained as she pushed his chest with both of her hands while turning her face to the side.
However, the reason she turned her face was because could a small smile was hiding on her lips.
"I just wanted to greet my beautiful girlfriend," Grey teased, chuckling at her cute, flustered reaction.
Alissa looked up at him with a slight pout. "You were gone for an entire month."
Grey smiled warmly hearing this. He reached out and gently brushed a stray strand of silver hair behind her ear. "Did you miss me?"
Alissa immediately became deeply embarrassed by the direct question.
She hesitated for a long moment.
Then, she spoke out. "I... I did miss you."
Grey laughed brightly. He loved seeing her act like this. He continued to playfully tease her for a few more minutes.
He made Alissa repeatedly bee flustered before she slowly recovered her calm attitude.
After spending a long time just enjoying each other’s quiet pany, Grey finally brought up his future plans.
"Do you want to e with me?" he asked directly..
Alissa tilted her head in pure confusion. "e where?"
Grey explained his next goal to her. "I plan to search the endless reality for the remaining pieces of the Chaos Source Codex or rather the remainings of the Chaos emperor. I need to leave this universe to find them."
Without much hesitation, Alissa nodded her head and agreed. "I will e with you."
Then, with an embarrassed look, she added. "I-I did promise to protect you and all..."
Grey smiled warmly at her dedication. He leaned down again, cupping her smooth cheek with one hand, and gave her another deep, affectionate kiss on the lips.
He savored her sweet taste again before pulling away with a highly satisfied grin.
Alissa touched her lips and looked at him with a red face.
"Why do you keep kissing me so much today?"
"Stop that!" She said with a flustered look
Grey answered her question without any hesitation. "Because you are my cute girlfriend. Is it not normal to show affection to someone you love?"
Alissa immediately fired back at his logic. "You do not do that to Sister Lia or Valeria."
Although she tried her best to sound calm and collected, a small blush formed on her face.
She was secretly very happy hearing those words and that Grey showed her special attention.
Grey just smiled at her cute reaction.
The reason he showed her more affection was simple.
It was simply because she was usually the least busy out of all the girls.
Valeria and Lia were busy with their evolution, or handling other responsibilities like Lia managing the gods.
Alissa, on the other hand, had a lot more free time on her hands. Naturally, he ended up spending more time with her than anyone else.
He smartly kept this as an internal thought, knowing it would pletely ruin the romantic mood if he actually said it out loud.
Afterward, Grey kissed her forehead one last time and headed off to find Alan.
He found Alan in his room, writing something.
"It is finally time to search for the remaining traces of the Chaos Emperor," Grey told his disciple.
Alan immediately agreed without a second thought. "Understood, Master. I will begin preparing the Reality Ship right away. It will be ready shortly."
"Good. We won’t be back for a while. So be prepared."
