Grey looked at King Valen. His expression changed from confusion back to normal.

"No," Grey said clearly. "We are here to find the remains of the Chaos Emperor, not the Cyber Chaos Evolutionary Path."

King Valen looked confused hearing Grey’s words. "The Chaos Emperor? What is a Chaos Emperor? Is that someone you know, Senior?"

Grey immediately frowned. "You do not know what a Chaos Emperor is?"

King Valen shook his head.

Grey thought about it for a moment.

It actually made sense. The Chaos Emperor himself never came to this universe. Only his remains did.

If the remains arrived without the original owner, there was no reason for the people of this universe to know who the Chaos Emperor was.

Grey decided to change the question.

He looked directly at the king and asked, "Then how did the Cyber Chaos Evolutionary Path e into existence? Who gave birth to that in this universe? It must have some sort of origin, right?"

King Valen froze hearing his question.

"The Cyber Chaos Evolutionary Path..." King Valen muttered slowly. "How did it e into existence...?"

He slowly furrowed his brows. Instead of answering, he kept repeating the same sentence. It looked exactly like he was trying to remember something.

The atmosphere slowly became unsettling.

The other ministers and royal guards in the hall also began reacting the same way. One after another, they started repeating the exact same words.

"How did it e into existence..."

"How did it e into existence..."

Alan immediately noticed something was fundamentally wrong. He secretly contacted Grey through their mental link.

"Master... What is happening? I feel lie something is happening."

Grey quietly replied. "I do not know either."

As he said that, he turned to Alissa.

He immediately told Alissa to stay close to him.

Without hesitation, she walked over and stood right beside him. She held his hand tightly as she looked around cautiously.

She had a bad feeling about this as well.

The others inside the palace continued repeating the same sentence over and over again.

Nobody answered Grey when he tried to talk to them anymore.

Their voices began overlapping into a strange, robotic sequence.

Like they have stopped functioning.

Then, the world itself began glitching.

Reality became highly unstable. The grand crystal palace flickered like a broken screen. The air violently distorted. Colors gradually began disappearing from the surroundings. Everything slowly lost its color, turning pletely gray.

The atmosphere rapidly became dangerous.

Alan immediately urged Grey to leave. "Master. We should get out of here."

Before anyone could even react, Finality’s voice suddenly echoed inside Grey’s mind.

"Grey. Run. It is dangerous."

The moment those words fell, reality pletely collapsed.

Space and time began disintegrating before Grey’s eyes. The massive palace shattered into countless fragments of light. Everything vibrated violently.

Then, Grey’s eyes suddenly widened as reality shifted around him.

He found himself standing inside the mand bridge of the Reality Ship again.

Alan’s familiar voice immediately reached him.

"What a strange universe. The galaxies are cube-shaped."

Grey slowly turned toward the viewing window. The exact same cube-shaped galaxies appeared outside. It was the exact same sight they saw when they first entered this universe.

Grey immediately realized what had just happened.

Everything was slowly making sense to him.

There was no mistake here.

Time had reset!

The temporal aura here flowed normally as before. But everything in front of him was not an illusion.

This was the result of a temporal reset. What was even more shocking was that there was not a single trace of it happening.

Even with his Pseudo Tenth Rank power, he could not sense a single flaw in the timeline.

Just like before, a loud warning alarm suddenly echoed throughout the Reality Ship.

Red warning lights illuminated the bridge. Hundreds of warships emerged from the cube-shaped galaxies, warping into existence in perfect unison.

Before Alan could open the munication channel to speak, Grey suddenly stopped him.

"Stay here."

Without waiting for anyone’s response, Grey immediately left the Reality Ship and stepped directly into the void.

He released his terrifying aura from the very beginning. The overwhelming pressure of a Dao Generation Realm expert instantly spread across space, crushing down on the enemy fleet before they could even charge their weapons.

The fleet immediately reacted differently from the previous timeline.

Pure shock filled every single warship.

"It is a Dao Generation Realm expert!"

"Stay down!"

Elder Kaelor, the fleet mander, immediately left his flagship. He hurried out into space and bowed deeply.

He looked terrified.

"My apologies, Senior," Elder Kaelor said respectfully. "We only came to wele you after sensing your magnificent power. We hope we have not offended you."

Grey quietly watched him. He remembered how these exact ships fired upon them just an hour ago in the previous timeline.

Grey then chuckled. "...Are you sure you did not e here to bombard us with energy cannons?"

Elder Kaelor immediately broke into a cold sweat hearing this. He repeatedly shook his head.

"We would not dare," the elder stammered. "We truly would not dare."

Grey did not pursue the matter. "Whatever. I do not care. Take me to Planet Aloha."

Elder Kaelor’s eyes widened in plete shock. "You already know about Planet Aloha, Senior?"

Grey casually shrugged his shoulders. "I am a Dao Generation Realm expert. My Divine Sense can naturally reach a long distance."

Elder Kaelor immediately accepted the explanation. Someone of that level possessed unimaginable abilities, hence it made sense.

Soon afterward, the fleet turned around. They respectfully escorted the Reality Ship toward Planet Aloha, exactly like before.

During the journey, Grey quietly returned to the mand room.

He stood there and stared at Alan and Alissa for a long moment.

Both of them noticed something very unusual about him. His expression was far too serious.

Finally, Grey slowly spoke.

"There is something I need to tell both of you."

"What is it, Master?" Alan asked with a confused look on his face.

Just then, Finality’s voice came through Grey’s mind once more.

"I do not think you should mention this to others," it spoke. "The situation at hand is way too bizarre."

"The reason you still retain your memories and have not been affected is due to you being the Fateless One. The power that was used just now could not override the Crown of Finality. That power and I had a clash. It is incredibly strong. It can put these two in danger," Finality added with a grim tone.

"Is that so?" Grey frowned.

If that was the case, then it was better not to mention anything to them.

"Nevermind," Grey shook his head. "I was thinking about something, but it is not useful."

"Oh." Alan nodded, not thinking too much of it.

But Alissa was naturally more observant.

She saw how different Grey just looked.

It seemed like he wanted to say something and was stopped.

At the same time, somewhere far away, a certain Infinity Dragon was flying around when it noticed something.

"A temporal reset? And on the scale of the endless reality too?" Ouroboros was amused. "Where are you, my daughter? I sense that guy’s power around you."

"Have you encountered the remains of the Chaos Emperor?"

"Do not worry. I am ing for you. Stay there."

Soon, the Reality Ship reached Planet Aloha.

It was the same as before. There was no change whatsoever.

"Finality. What exactly was that power? Can you tell me in more detail?" Grey asked in his head.

"I am not too sure," Finality replied. "But I do believe it is a State Power."

"State Power?" Grey frowned.

For someone or something to use State Power, the said thing must be present and whole. Did that mean there was something or someone hidden in the shadows?

"I think we should try to get out of this universe and then destroy it," Finality gave a suggestion.

"What? Why?" Grey was taken aback hearing this.

"I do not know. Something about this world spells trouble. The temporal aura here and the spatial waves are way too perfect to be true. It is like it has been forged by someone else."

"I mean, it is possible this was formed by the Chaos Emperor. Right?" Grey countered.

"It is possible," Finality said. "But what I said is worth a try. Is it not?"

"If anything, you can just reverse time. If something goes wrong, you can use World Breaking Source Power to escape."

Grey considered it.

But in the end, he was not going to be hasty with his decision.

He will first speak with the king again. He wanted to try to understand their history better and see if he could gain any clues first before destroying the entire universe.

Soon, the mander took them to see the king once again.

The setting was same as before, the same royal guards, the same king.

The only difference was that their encounter was slightly more earlier than usual because Grey stepped in just in time.
