There leads to another abandoned office hall, where Chen Moting died during the day, and now the Ghost is very likely hiding there.

A series of dull noises ca from the corridor outside, sounding like a chunk of rotten flesh being repeatedly slamd onto the ground, and the sound went from near to far, intruding into the safety passage, heading downstairs.
Yang Xiao instantly felt a lot more relaxed inside; he knew that the Ghost had left because he had previously "tricked" it into revealing so words, "knowing" the whereabouts of another teammate, Zhou Mingxiao, and now the Ghost was going downstairs to find Zhou Mingxiao.
If it could find him, that would be a real ghost, because Yang Xiao rely made it up to deceive it.
Yang Xiao didn’t have ti to dawdle with it; after ensuring temporary safety, he imdiately turned around and went back to the office to find that old red telephone.
After connecting the line, he dialed up to reach teammate Zhou Mingxiao upstairs, rembering Zhou Mingxiao’s phone was on silent, a basic move for seasoned players.
But after trying, he found it wouldn’t work, the phone seed to have been interfered with and could not connect at all.
No choice, he could only adopt the second plan, he wanted to call one of the teammates and have that person send a ssage to Zhou Mingxiao about the Waist-breaking Ghost.
But this involved a problem, whom should the call go to.
The entire team had three phones; one with teammate Zhou Mingxiao, one with Munan, and the last one with Jiang Qingluan.
Calling Zhou Mingxiao was now impossible, he wasn’t familiar with Munan, let alone trust him, the person definitely wouldn’t answer his call, would just take him for a Ghost.
The only possible one was Jiang Qingluan, Yang Xiao placed all his bets on her, searched through his mories, and recalled the number, with a heart full of excitent, trembling hands dialed the number, then it was all about waiting.
The phone rang just twice before it was answered; even Yang Xiao was startled by the speed.
For a mont, he didn’t know what to say, and the person on the other side didn’t speak either, leaving the scene in a stalemate, for Yang Xiao wasn’t sure whether the other side was human or ghost in this eerie place where anything could happen.
"It’s , I’m Yang Xiao," finally, unable to hold back, Yang Xiao broke the silence.
"Hmm," a woman’s soft hum ca from the other side, undoubtedly Jiang Qingluan’s voice, one which Yang Xiao was very familiar with.
"Don’t speak, just listen to . You must imdiately text Zhou Mingxiao, telling him there’s a Waist-breaking Ghost heading his way. From afar, it looks like it has only two legs, but it’s complete, half its body is broken behind it. They need to avoid being seen by it; its eyes have issues; usual hiding spots are useless. I reckon unless you can find an empty room to completely cover yourself, or you must crawl on the ground to lower your height, that’s the only chance for survival." With urgency at hand, Yang Xiao spoke quickly.
"After sending the ssage, call back, but rember, I won’t answer."
"Alright, that’s it, I’m fine, don’t worry," Yang Xiao reassured the other side.
"Hmm."
The next second, the other side hung up, which was very much in line with Yang Xiao’s impression of Jiang Qingluan; she was a very decisive woman.
Having done all this, Yang Xiao leaned against the wall for a mont to catch his breath, knowing he had done everything he could. As for whether Zhou Mingxiao could survive, it would just have to depend on his fate.
By now, quite so ti had passed since Yang Xiao discovered the Waist-breaking Ghost, during which anything could have happened, maybe even Zhou Mingxiao was already dead at the hands of the Waist-breaking Ghost.
The reason for having Jiang Qingluan send a ssage instead of calling directly, Yang Xiao had considered this layer, he couldn’t draw danger onto Jiang Qingluan.
If he had to save one between Jiang Qingluan and Zhou Mingxiao, there’s no doubt it would be Jiang Qingluan, as the two were mutually trustworthy teammates.
Only about two minutes had passed when suddenly, the telephone on the table rang with a "ring-ring-ring", showcasing a call from Jiang Qingluan, at this mont Yang Xiao breathed a sigh of relief.
The phone rang only three tis before it stopped, clean and neat, enough for a reminder without creating unnecessary trouble for him, and Yang Xiao was quite satisfied.
Resting against the wall for a while, Yang Xiao had more tasks to handle, that was Wu Zhuo’s death, after all, Yang Xiao hadn’t found his corpse yet.

An unpowered computer evidently wouldn’t scare soone, unless considering paranormal events.
Instinctively, Yang Xiao recalled a well-known Japanese horror film from his childhood, where a female ghost crawled and crawled from a well, eventually erging from a TV screen, a scene that had left an enormous impact on him during his younger years.
Thinking of this, Yang Xiao couldn’t stay still, he moved the computer away, placing it on the ground next to the wall, then turned the screen towards the wall. Once completed, he felt a bit more at ease.
