Almost instantly, a shadow appeared behind the glass door. As Munan rushed to the door, soone pulled it open, and she dashed inside before seeing anyone. The next second, the glass door was closed again, followed by the sound of a lock.
At the last mont, Munan didn’t slow down and rushed directly into the office, crashing into a desk, scattering the items on it all over the floor.
When Munan turned around, she saw Chen Nang standing behind the door, wearing just a half-sleeve shirt, looking at her with aningful eyes.
"Thank you... thank you." Munan, out of breath from running, was leaning against the wall, gasping for air.
Chen Nang nodded slightly without saying a word. Instead, he pointed to the other side of the corridor. Munan followed the direction of his finger and saw a piece of clothing thrown on the ground, along with a small amount of blood.
Seeing the blood, Munan shivered, knowing that staying would not end well. It seed Zhang Jianjun was also done for.
She still had so good feelings for this heavily-accented guy. After all, they lived together. Zhang Jianjun was not stupid, but he had no ill intentions, making him a qualified teammate.
Following the blood trail, she found a slightly ajar door. Munan pushed it open and froze for a mont. Zhang Jianjun was tied up like a dumpling, a rag stuffed in his mouth, with blood on his face but no visible injury, only a bloody nose.
When Zhang Jianjun saw Munan, he was extrely agitated, making muffled sounds as he said sothing, desperately winking at Munan. But before Munan could react, it felt like sothing hit her on the back of the head, everything went black, and she collapsed with a thud.
After who knows how long, Munan woke up in a daze, realizing that her hands and feet were also tied, and she was sitting in a corner. There was a whining sound beside her, and turning her head, she saw Zhang Jianjun.
Unlike Munan, Zhang Jianjun, also bound, looked at her with an expression full of frustration and bla, clearly indicating, "I warned you, but you still got hit on the head."
But unlike Zhang Jianjun, Munan wasn’t bleeding from her nostrils, nor was her mouth gagged.
"Chen Nang, what the hell do you an?" Munan glared at Chen Nang, who was sitting not far in front of them, as the DV cara fell into his hands and was placed on the table in front of him.
"One of you two is a ghost, I have to be cautious." Chen Nang said in a deep voice, his face more serious than ever.
Munan’s heart skipped a beat, and she quickly turned to Zhang Jianjun, who stared back at her with fear. They both inched apart.
Zhang Jianjun, his mouth gagged, lost the ability to defend himself. After confirming she was safe, Munan turned to Chen Nang and asked urgently, "First, I’m not a ghost. Also, how do you know one of us is a ghost?"
"I have my thods. First, where’s Yang Yan?" Chen Nang asked seriously.
"Dead, killed by a newly appeared Door-knocking Ghost."
"Why didn’t you retrieve that film?"
"I didn’t find it. No, it wasn’t on that wall at all. I suspect the film is very special, and they hid the original." Munan replied.
"Hmm, that aligns with what I know. It seems the problem lies with you." Chen Nang grabbed the broken chair leg and approached Zhang Jianjun.
Seeing Chen Nang’s murderous intent, Zhang Jianjun shook his head repeatedly, almost bursting into tears. He twisted his body and knelt before Chen Nang, starting to kowtow.
"That won’t work. One hit and we’ll know if it’s you." Chen Nang, showing no rcy, slowly raised the chair leg.
"It’s a pity about Yang Yan. If she hadn’t borrowed my jacket, perhaps she wouldn’t have died," Chen Nang said coldly.
Hearing this, Munan shivered instantly and looked up at Chen Nang. However, she didn’t expect that Chen Nang was also staring at her, and judging by the position of his hand, the blow was likely aid at her head.
Munan, being clever, understood imdiately what was happening. Chen Nang seed to be testing Zhang Jianjun, but in fact, he was testing her. If she didn’t react to his words, that blow would hit her.
After all, according to common logic, she must have seen the Waist-breaking Ghost, and with her abilities, she would have noticed the jacket tied around its neck, which was Chen Nang’s.
Chen Nang’s words seed directed at the deceased Yang Yan, but they were actually a hint to her. If she failed to catch that hint, she was dood.
Sure enough, Munan’s reaction pleased Chen Nang. Munan quickly recounted what she had seen, especially about the jacket on the Waist-breaking Ghost.
Upon hearing this, Chen Nang finally breathed a sigh of relief. He signaled to Zhang Jianjun, who imdiately broke free of his ropes and removed the gag from his mouth.

A mont later, Munan, having processed the situation, grew a little angry, "You... you guys were acting for ?"
