anwhile, the Bloodthirsty Sword in Shi Feng’s hand also erupted with fierce crimson flas, thrusting toward the oncoming green halberd. At the sa ti, Shi Feng extended his left hand, deploying it on the nearby suspended Full Moon Scimitar, and once again injected massive amounts of Nine Nether Power into it.

The white tiger beneath him howled in agony as the paw originally swiping at Shi Feng, now under the Black Mist Sword, not only had its wild wind power corroded but the entire paw itself was severely corrupted by the black mist, with the Power of Corrosion spreading rapidly.
"How... how can this be..." Ling Gao’s eyes widened in disbelief, touching his throat in shock, saring his palm with bright red blood.
Then, almost imdiately, blood gushed forth from Ling Gao’s lacerated throat as if from a ruptured reservoir, and he watched, eyes wide open, as the blood spraying out was being absorbed by the palm of the ’ant’ before him.
A particularly unbearable sensation spread throughout Ling Gao’s entire body, as if all his blood was boiling and reversing flow toward the sliced-open neck.
"No!" Full of unwillingness, Ling Gao let out a thunderous roar, but then, a shroud of darkness instantly engulfed his entire consciousness.
A Seven-star Martial Venerable of the Ling Family, the Green-armored War General Ling Gao, had fallen! And as Shi Feng devoured his blood, Ling Gao’s body quickly withered away, turning into a dried-up mummy that fell from the back of the white tiger and tumbled into the ruins below.
Right afterward, as Shi Feng absorbed the Power of Death, Soul Power, and blood of a Seven-star Martial Venerable like Ling Gao, a white light flickered a few tis around him, and he was promoted to the Four-star Martial Venerable Realm!
