Now reading: Chapter 58 Hee Xuan from Nine Nether Heavenly Emperor, a Eastern novel by Awesome.

Hee Xuan, seeing that everyone knew their place, wore a look of disdain with an even colder smile on his lips.

He walked proudly, with his head held high and chest out, like soone superior, towards the little servant at Qingfeng Building holding the crystal ball.

As he approached the servant and was about to press his hand on the crystal ball, a voice that was neither warm nor cold suddenly rang out from behind, "Wait a mont, it’s not your turn yet."

Instantly, the gaze of several hundred people in the room all converged on the source of that voice.

"Has this young man grown tired of living? He’s actually telling Hee Xuan to wait," so whispered among themselves, "This guy looks unfamiliar, must be from out of town, right?"

"Definitely from out of town. Look at him, he clearly has no idea how terrifying the Demon Wolf rcenary Group is. He’s in big trouble now."

"Poor boy, he’s young but he’s probably going to die young. And before that, I guess he’ll suffer tortures beyond our imagination."

The one who had just spoken out to Hee Xuan, of course, was Shi Feng.

Hee Xuan turned around and saw a young man slowly walking towards him. He asked coldly, "Are you talking to ?"

"That’s right!" Shi Feng nodded, "It’s not your turn yet. Follow the rules and go back in line."

Right after Shi Feng finished speaking, the ten n from the Demon Wolf rcenary Group shouted in unison, "Insolence!" Then, the sound of drawing swords and unsheathing blades followed, and a deadly aura suddenly spread throughout the place.

"If that kid had just bowed and admitted his mistake, maybe he could have saved his own life, but looking at it now, nobody can save him."

"Alas, is this kid an idiot? He’s clearly seen the strength of the Demon Wolf rcenary Group, and Hee Xuan hasn’t hidden his Martial Spirit Realm Cultivation Level. Yet, he still dares to be so clueless."

"I’m guessing he’s so young master from a family out for experience. He’s probably been used to having his way within his own territory, a frog in a well, unaware of the dangers of the outside world."

"Now there’ll be a good show."

"Rules?" Hearing about rules, Hee Xuan seed to have heard the funniest joke in the world and burst out laughing, "You’re actually talking to about rules?"

After saying that, Hee Xuan let out an invisible aura, pressing down towards Shi Feng.

In Hee Xuan’s eyes, the kid before him was nothing more than a Little Martial Practitioner with One-star Martial Master Cultivation Level, completely powerless to resist him. His aura as a Three-star Martial Spirit should be enough to make him collapse, tremble, and gasp for air.

Not only Hee Xuan, but everyone present also held the sa belief because, in their eyes, Shi Feng only demonstrated the Cultivation Level of a One-star Martial Master.

"Stop!" Just then, Yuel Wushuang, with a cold and clear face, suddenly spoke up to intervene.

"Oh?" Hee Xuan retracted his projected aura when he heard Yuel Wushuang’s voice and turned his head to look at her. He spoke, "Could it be that the Moon Fairy wishes to protect this person?"

"Since it is I who am recruiting Martial Artists here, naturally there are my rules in place. This man is right, if you want to apply, you must follow the rules I have set," Yuel Wushuang said. Suddenly, her cold face slightly winced, revealing a look of disgust. She had unintentionally caught a glimpse of the three books that Shi Feng was holding in his hand just now.

The book on top bore the title: "The Pursuit Strategy for the Moon Fairy."

"I’m sweating!" Shi Feng, of course, also noticed the change in Yuel Wushuang’s expression. He had been holding the three books all along and forgot to dispose of them, causing yet another blunder.

With a flip of his right hand, Shi Feng quickly tossed the three books into his Storage Ring and then looked indifferently toward Hee Xuan in front, as if nothing had happened just now.

"Since it is the Moon Fairy who has established the rules, I naturally shall abide by them," Hee Xuan said. Suddenly, he changed the subject and added, "However, this little one has broken the rules of the Demon Wolf rcenary Group just now. If he cuts out his tongue and apologizes, I might spare his life."

Hee Xuan was speaking to Yuel Wushuang the whole ti, completely disregarding Shi Feng. To him, a One-star Martial Master was nothing more; his life was completely in Hee Xuan’s hands, and killing him would be as easy as crushing an ant.

"The rules of the Demon Wolf rcenary Group? What are those rules?" So people, not understanding Hee Xuan’s words, quietly asked their companions.

"Are you an idiot?" Their companions replied quietly, "What ’rules of the Demon Wolf rcenary Group’? It’s just that if you offend Hee Xuan, no matter the issue, as long as it pisses him off, then it’s breaking the rules of his Demon Wolf rcenary Group, breaking Hee Xuan’s rules."

"rit forgiveness when you can!" Yuel Wushuang spoke, "Why must Young Master Hee bother with such a trivial figure? Right now is a crucial ti for Wushuang to recruit. I ask Young Master Hee, for my sake, to please spare him. Alright?"

"Hahaha! The Moon Fairy indeed has a compassionate heart. Fine then! For today, I’ll spare this little one for the sake of the Moon Fairy until the end of this expedition to the Demon Beast Mountain Range is over," Hee Xuan said.

After hearing Hee Xuan’s words, Yuel Wushuang gently nodded. With this outco, she had done all she could. There was no need to create unpleasantness with Hee Xuan, the local authority, over a re Martial Master, and besides Hee Xuan himself, the ten n he brought were all Martial Arts experts, seasoned from years traversing the Demon Beast Mountain Range, familiar with the terrain, and knowledgeable of the habitats of demon beasts, all of whom were currently the most valuable assets she needed.

Yuel Wushuang had been recruiting for most of the day and she noticed that although many Martial Masters had been recruited, Hee Xuan was the only Martial Spirit within the recruits so far.

Hee Xuan turned his head to look at the servant holding the Crystal Ball but saw that the ungrateful brat hadn’t left and had taken the opportunity, while Hee Xuan was looking at Yuel Wushuang, to place his hand on the Crystal Ball. Imdiately, a faint orange glow lit up from the Crystal Ball, indicating that soone had infused Martial Master Realm Primordial Power into it.

"Crack crack!" Just as Shi Feng removed his hand from the Crystal Ball, the sound of clenched fists, bones cracking "crack crack," suddenly ca from behind.

"Idiot!"

Shi Feng snorted with disdain. The sound was not loud, but it clearly reached Hee Xuan’s ears.

"You! You’re seeking death!" Hee Xuan bellowed in rage. The anger he had just suppressed burst out like a volcanic eruption, unleashing it all in one go, as he threw a punch toward Shi Feng’s back, with the intention of making a hole right through him.

"What’s going on? Why did Hee Xuan suddenly attack again?"

"That kid is just too ignorant. Hee Xuan had already spared him, yet he didn’t retreat but instead tested his Cultivation Level before Hee Xuan. Soone like that deserves to die."

The mont Hee Xuan made his move, Shi Feng also began to...
