The recipe in the jade talisman was originally seen by Chu Fengmian in an ancient book, nad the Jade Dew Life-breaking Pill, which is specifically used for martial artists to break through the Life and Death Realm.
Just one Jade Dew Life-breaking Pill is enough to allow a martial artist at the peak of the Life and Death Realm to easily surpass life and death, breaking into the Fragnted Destiny Realm.
However, this is only true for ordinary martial artists. For Chu Fengmian, by his own estimation, refining this Jade Dew Life-breaking Pill would only increase his chances of breakthrough by about thirty to forty percent.
