The car stopped at Luke Land’s villa in Eastern City, and one couldn’t help but marvel at the grandeur of the Land Family. It seed that no matter which country or city they were in, there would always be a place for them.
Eva Miller looked up, this luxurious and massive villa was in no way inferior to Asher Land and Sophie Smith’s ho.
"Oh, Second Young Master, is this the Young Madam?" A butler-like figure ca out, appearing quite amiable.
Luke Land just uttered an ’um’ before walking inside.
Eva felt that at the mont, Luke Land didn’t seem to be in a very good mood.
Indeed, it would be strange if he were happy facing her ’unreasonable requests’.
The butler led her into the house, but Luke Land was nowhere to be seen. A room full of maids watched her, making her feel sowhat awkward.

Luke Land chuckled softly. Would he really let her sleep on the sofa?
The two of them sat in the room for quite a while. After ’negotiating’, they finally went out.
From now on, Luke Land would sleep on the sofa, Eva on the bed. The thought of it was really quite indescribably awkward.
The butler had been waiting at the door. Seeing the two co out, he imdiately approached them.
"Please familiarize the Young Madam with the environnt first. I have so business to attend to at the company, so I’ll head out now."
"Second Young Master, will you be returning for dinner tonight?" The butler asked because Luke Land did not often return to this place.
Luke Land glanced at Eva, then nodded.
"Very well, I’ll instruct the servants to prepare dinner."
The butler watched as Luke Land left, then approached Eva.
"Young Madam, what would you like for dinner? I’ll go and inform them shortly."
"Oh, anything is fine." After a thought, Eva added, "I’m pregnant, so just avoid any forbidden foods."
Pregnant?
The butler’s eyes widened. No wonder she married into the Land Family so suddenly; it turned out she was with child.
Ignoring the butler’s surprised look, Eva turned and went up the stairs to her room. She needed to catch up on so much-needed sleep.
