"Sophie, wake up!"
He shouted her na a few tis, but she didn’t respond. He picked her up and walked outside.
Her body had already beco stiff from the cold, and she was completely unconscious. This sight terrified him.
"Young master,..." Nanny Garcia was also stunned and led a group of people following behind Asher Land.
"Co help examine her!" he said to Doctor Lewis.
Doctor Lewis responded and followed him to the master bedroom.
He laid her on the bed, and just as Doctor Lewis was about to check her, he stopped him.

"Yes, yes, Mr. Land." Doctor Lewis seed to be frightened by his glare, his hand shook and the thermoter dropped to the ground.
He quickly took out a new one.
However, would putting the thermoter under Sophie’s armpit count as touching what shouldn’t be touched?
"President Land, please, could you put the thermoter on her for ..."
Asher Land naturally took the thermoter from his hand, reached inside her clothes, and placed it properly.
After a while, Doctor Lewis took out the thermoter and saw that it was 39 degrees, a high fever.
"Mr. Land, please step aside; Miss Smith has a high fever and I need to set up a few IV drips for her."
After listening to Doctor Lewis, Asher Land obediently stepped aside.
"Just a fever? There’s no other condition?" He was still a bit worried.
"Yes. That’s all I’ve detected." The dical equipnt he brought was incomplete, so he naturally couldn’t detect that Sophie was pregnant.
Doctor Lewis set up the IV for Sophie, then turned to look at Asher Land.
"Mr. Land, your IV needs to continue as well."
"Mm." This ti, Asher Land said nothing, lifted the blanket, and lay down beside her.
So on both sides of the bed, hung two bottles of dicine, and the two of them coordinated in receiving their IVs.
He let her head rest on his lap, and his big hand tucked her hair behind her ear.

Only then did she notice that both of his hands were injured, his right hand with a needle and his left hand wrapped in bandages...
How did he end up like this?
"Asher..." she softly called his na, unable to guess his current mood.
"You, what do you want to do with ?"
What to do with her?
Heh, what could he do? Hurting her was hurting himself; even if he tortured her till she was covered in wounds, in the end, wouldn’t it still be him who was in pain?
"Even though I’m letting you stay in my bed right now, it doesn’t an I’ll forgive you." There was a hint of disappointnt in his eyes, "Sophie, I won’t forgive your betrayal."
