After blow-drying Nolan Davis’s hair, Sophie Smith stood obediently to the side, waiting for his next ’instructions’.
She was determined to make Nolan Davis satisfied today.
"Could you, tonight... stay with ?" Nolan Davis tentatively began.
Stay?
Sophie thought for a mont, cautiously raised her head, "Apart from that kind of staying, everything else is fine..."
"Except for staying over? Right?" Nolan Davis straightforwardly spoke.
Sophie bit her lip and nodded.
"I won’t touch you." Nolan Davis’s lips curved into a faint helpless smile as he lay down on her bed.
"Co here." He spoke tenderly to her.
Sophie hesitated but still walked over to stand before him.
"I know I can never truly have you, but just for today, could you pretend to be my woman, alright?" Always proud, his tone was unexpectedly humble.
"Just for one day?"
His request repeated again and again, Sophie lowered her head, remaining silent.
His lips curved into a mocking smile; begging like this really wasn’t his style.
"I can assure you, I won’t do anything to wrong you. I only need you to quietly lie beside and talk to ."
She seed to gather a lot of courage before finally sitting down by the bed.
Nolan Davis saw her finally make a move, and the tight line of his lips relaxed slightly.
He lay on the bed, pointed to the space within his broad arm, gesturing for her to co closer.
"Mr. Davis, you,..." Sophie stamred, unable to form a complete sentence for a long ti.
"Don’t worry, I keep my word." He knew what she was worried about.
Sophie knew Nolan Davis’s request wasn’t excessive. Back then, he spent the equivalent of two priceless casinos to take her away from Nathan Land, cared for her, and cared for Alexander. She had never given him anything in return. Maybe, if staying with him tonight could be seen as repaynt...
She couldn’t understand her own feelings.
Nolan Davis’s arm remained open, just waiting for her to obediently co into his embrace.
Sophie also lay down on the bed, her head resting on his firm arm.
Nolan Davis’s smile spread; at this mont, his feelings were indescribable.
His hand remained ’proper’, occasionally entwining her soft strands of hair, letting them slip through his fingers, playing lightly.
To Nolan Davis, sharing a bed with her was a truly wonderful thing.
In this undisturbed estate, he montarily felt as if they were really a pair of lovers deeply in love.
anwhile, a longing brewed within his heart, wishing he could continue with her like this forever.

Sophie hadn’t expected to fall asleep in Nolan Davis’s arms. Initially, she was highly vigilant, keeping her eyes open, not daring to sleep. Gradually, she adapted to Nolan Davis’s scent and slowly closed her eyes.
Upon waking, Nolan Davis’s gaze fell on her face, his sowhat heated breath caressed her cheeks, causing an inexplicable tightening in her heart.
"Didn’t I say? I keep my promises." He curved his lips, speaking to her.
"I know, Mr. Davis, you, you’ve always been an upright gentleman..." Sophie offered a mont of flattery.
"But heaven knows how much I want to be unscrupulous with you." He chuckled lightly; it was a laughter that emanated genuinely from within.
