"Why didn’t he co to the press conference site?" Sophie Smith was bewildered, hadn’t he already arrived backstage?
"He’s settled into working behind the scenes now, perhaps he’s been avoiding appearing in front of the screen all this ti, and in recent years, news about him has been quite scarce."
Eva Miller spoke with a hint of regret for Wyatt Sterling, "Back in the day, he was the ’it boy’, and just like that, he retired..."
The press conference lasted for an hour, and as soon as it ended, Sophie Smith imdiately rushed backstage.

"Senior Brother." Seeing he didn’t respond, Sophie spoke again. She moved forward tentatively, and just as she was about to approach him, he suddenly stood up from the sofa and turned around.
He hadn’t changed much, still looking about the sa as four years ago. A white shirt, a pair of denim jeans, he seed quite casual. Underneath his clean and neat short hair, his clear eyes gave the sa impression, and the smile at the corner of his lips spread warmth as usual. Even after all these years, he still seed like a young boy, showing no signs of aging.
"Sophie, long ti no see."

This is truly a phrase that stirs up mixed feelings in one’s heart.
Long ti no see, it’s both nostalgia and a hint of helplessness.
"Senior Brother, thank you for coming especially today."
Although he didn’t attend the press conference to support her, Sophie understood Wyatt Sterling’s intentions.
"I think if you hadn’t made such a grand coback this ti, I still wouldn’t have known your whereabouts." As he said this, the disappointnt was clear in his eyes. During her ’disappearance,’ he had tried to find out about her whereabouts but to no avail.
It seems that not keeping in touch has beco a habit.
He thought she must have gotten used to it too, after not contacting him for four years.
But he knew how he felt about her, and even if she forgot, he couldn’t ’do unto others as you would have them do unto you.’
Sophie hadn’t thought of a reasonable explanation yet, and just as she was at a loss, Eva Miller walked over.
"Producer Sterling, will I be in your next film?" Eva Miller smiled ingratiatingly. The works produced by Wyatt Sterling had a great reputation in the industry; both his casting and script selection were well recognized. If she could be in one of his films, it would undoubtedly be a great opportunity, certainly better than playing one silly, sweet character after another.
"I have a few scripts in hand and am in the process of selecting them. If there is a suitable role, of course, I’m open to working with Miss Miller."
"Hmm." Eva Miller seed unimpressed with Wyatt Sterling’s answer, "Producer Sterling, I know now that Sophie is back, in your heart, you surely want her to be your leading lady."
Eva Miller’s words hit the nail on the head.
Wyatt Sterling felt a bit embarrassed. Indeed, the feeling of collaborating with Sophie would be the best, but being exposed so directly by Eva Miller, he still felt a bit awkward.
He feared those thoughts were just his own wishful thinking, and perhaps Sophie wasn’t interested in taking up his films.
"With around, Eva, your leading lady position might be in jeopardy," Sophie teased Eva Miller with ease, and Eva’s frustrated look made Sophie’s mood inexplicably better.
