"I, I didn’t do anything." Alexander feigned calmness, "I was just looking for my aunt’s car, I want to go ho now, let go."
"Oh, let you go?" Asher Land sneered, "Hand over your phone first."
"Uncle, is this robbery? Why should I give you my phone!" Alexander struggled a bit, but he couldn’t escape Asher Land’s grasp, "Let go, or I’ll call the police."
Call the police?
"Oh, in this way, you’re quite like your mom." An inexplicable smile appeared at the corner of Asher Land’s lips.
He rembered their first eting with Sophie Smith; he just wanted to ss around with her, but the woman kept yelling about calling the police.
"Of course, my mom taught to call the police when I et bad people, you bad guy, let go!"
"No manners at all." Asher Land snorted lightly, released Alexander, and reached over to grab his backpack, taking out the phone.
Opening the photo gallery, sure enough, there was sothing very unfavorable to him inside.
"Who told you to take these?" He looked coldly at the photos, including ones where he was dining with Irene Morton, and others in the car where she leaned against his shoulder...
He pressed the delete button without hesitation.
"Hmph, even if you delete them, it doesn’t matter, I’m still going to tell my mom. My mom knows I don’t lie, so she’ll definitely believe , you’ve been secretly dating the pretty aunt behind her back..."
Getting angrier as he spoke, Alexander pouted, puffing his cheeks and refusing to look at him.
"You’re a bad uncle..."
"Shut up!" Asher Land glared at Alexander fiercely. Damn it, where did this little brat learn this stuff?
"Why are you being so fierce? Clearly, you’re the one who’s wrong. You still scold ; next ti, don’t co to my house again, I hate you..."
Alexander felt a bit wronged inside, but no matter how he felt, he stood tall in front of Asher Land, refusing to bow down.
This little brat is indeed stubborn.
"I warn you, don’t do this again, and don’t go back and tell your mom, then I’ll forgive you, understand?"
Not tell his mom?
"Hmph, I won’t agree with you."
"..."
"Brother Asher, what’s going on?" Irene Morton had been watching from the car, looking at Asher Land talking to a child and seeming quite angry. Seeing he hadn’t gotten in the car for a while, she walked down with unsteady steps. From the car, she couldn’t clearly see the child’s appearance, but upon closer look...
The child in front of her was simply a replica of Asher Land.
"Brother Asher, this child, who is he..." Irene Morton asked probing.
"Pretty aunt, don’t be with this uncle, he’s not a good person. Last ti he was at my house, he bullied my mom. This ti he must want to bully you too, you..."
"Try saying that again!" Asher Land spoke sternly, and Alexander shuddered again.
"Hmph, what else can you do? Just know how to bully children..."
"Brother Asher, why are you quarreling with a child?"
Irene Morton couldn’t help but laugh aloud seeing Alexander’s adorable appearance.
Luckily, the child called Asher Land uncle; if he called him dad...
She really didn’t know whether she would be able to laugh.
Asher Land looked down; Alexander looked up. The two stared at each other, not knowing how long the stalemate lasted.
