This matter has a significant impact on Sophie Smith. Her new film was originally agreed upon, but recently the investors have been hesitant and unwilling to make an official announcent.
Ana Scott was all smug when she encountered Sophie in the lounge.
"Sophie, sorry, I also didn’t know that the matter would be portrayed like that by the dia. I clearly said soone else was involved, but sohow the dia pinned it on you..."
No matter how smug she was, Ana still pretended to be gentle and aloof in front of the company’s employees, acting as if the matter had nothing to do with her.
Eva Miller didn’t say a word and swung her hand across, Sophie didn’t have ti to stop her.
"You, are you crazy?" Ana held the reddened side of her face and glared at Eva viciously, almost wanting to swallow her whole.
"Ha, Ana, I just slapped you. If you have any issues, go ahead and complain to the dia about it. Rest assured, everyone’s going to feel real sorry for you."
Eva patted her hand, "Oh, if you feel you’re still not pitiful enough, should I slap you again?"
"Eva Miller, do you think I won’t dare to tell the dia about you hitting ?"
"Go ahead, I’m not afraid. Besides, I’ve got a whole bunch of allies behind , I don’t believe you can take down."
Eva exaggerated without even drafting her words.
Allies? Where did she get allies?
The most important contacts she probably knew were a few directors, nowhere comparable to Ana’s ’godfathers.’
However, co to think of it, there might be one person who could really be a reliable ally for her...
Luke Land, the second young master of the Golden Era Consortium.

Eva secretly calculated that if Ana, the little bitch, really targeted her, then she wouldn’t be blad. She’d go to Luke Land, and if Ana wasn’t blacklisted, Eva wouldn’t be called Eva Miller!
Eva looked smug, Sophie glanced at Ana’s livid face and tugged at Eva’s sleeve, signaling her to tone it down.
"Eva Miller, you just wait, I won’t let you get away with this. I have witnesses and evidence, you’ll regret what you did today!" Ana exclaid furiously.
"Hey, Ana, are you stupid?" Eva’s mocking gaze scanned her, "You’ve got witnesses and evidence, do you think I don’t? I can simply get so CCTV footage from the company and find evidence of you flaunting yourself and oppressing the staff assistants. Also, I can retrieve recordings of your argunt with Sophie that day and replay it to the dia, to let everyone see if Sophie really looks down on a background actor like you!"
"You!" Ana was caught off guard and fud with rage.
Eva genuinely felt that dealing with a big-chested, brainless woman like Ana lowered her standards, so she took a sip of coffee, not even giving Ana a single proper look.
"Eva Miller..." Ana wanted to go off but held back when she saw Sunny co over with a stern face.
"Ana, you went too far this ti." Sunny had already figured out the whole story from the company’s employees.
