"In the middle of the night, are you thinking about... my body?" He seed quite energetic, not even a hint of fatigue in his voice.
"I’m thinking about your body, so would you be willing to co over now?" Faced with his playful deanor, she had learned to handle it with ease.
"Of course, I’m at your service any ti."
"Alright, then I want you to get to my apartnt within thirty minutes." Sophie Smith said earnestly.
"Okay." It seed there was a slight sound near his ear, "Open the door, the elevator will be up in two minutes."

Sure enough, just two minutes later, the doorbell rang, and Sophie was genuinely surprised.
She stood on her tiptoes and saw that familiar face through the peephole.
The man stood in front of her door with a smile on his lips, causing a flutter in Sophie’s heart.
"Not opening the door?"
"..."
Sophie obediently opened the door.
"Hearing you say you miss my body, I rushed over imdiately to attend to you." He smiled innocently, lightly wrapping his arm around her waist.
In fact, he anticipated this would happen. He guessed that Ana would call Sophie and ask her to plead for her, and he was just cooperating. He hadn’t returned after finishing a dinner engagent and had driven directly to her apartnt building, waiting downstairs for more than four hours by now.
There was a faint scent of red wine on him, which made Sophie frown as she pushed him away.
"You haven’t cleaned up yet. I don’t need you to attend to ."

This woman, she was getting bolder, daring to disdain him like this?
But he didn’t care much about it, intentionally or not, sliding his hand over her soft body through the thin fabric of her nightgown.
"I have sothing serious to discuss," Sophie said, pushing against his chest, creating a fist-length gap between their bodies.
"Isn’t what we’re about to do serious business?"
"Of course not." She rolled her eyes at him in annoyance, "I don’t care what thod you use, but I want you to imdiately retract those pictures that Ana has circulating."
"Those pictures are already out there like spilled water. Do you think I’m Asher Land and have so divine power?"
"In my heart, you are a god."
She stared into his sharp eyes and said word by word.
Asher Land’s eyes showed evident surprise.
Undeniably, when a man with a strong ego hears these words, he feels a sense of pride inside.
He took out his phone and dialed his secretary.
"Cut off all channels circulating Ana’s scandal photos."
This simple sentence, delivered with decisive execution, was characteristic of Asher Land’s usual way of handling things.
Sophie looked up at him, a hint of gratitude in her gaze.
"Don’t thank with your eyes, be more practical. I prefer people of action," he said with aning.
"It’s too late." Sophie rubbed her sleepy eyes, "I just want to sleep."
With that, she didn’t bother with Asher Land and went straight to the bedroom.
Asher Land casually walked into the bathroom, took a shower, and ca out with just a towel around his waist.
He opened the bedroom door and thick-skinned, walked in.
"Keep it down, don’t wake the baby," Sophie whispered to him.
"Got it." He lifted the blanket and lay down beside her.
She lay in the middle, Alexander on the far left, and he on the right. The originally spacious bed felt a bit crowded with Asher Land’s presence.
