"You’re injured, and you still want to do bad things to my mom..." Alexander muttered to himself, his voice muffled.
Asher Land didn’t plan to explain anything to his son anymore, he just went along with his son’s words, "You’re right, my hand is injured, not convenient to do anything bad to your mom."
He naturally headed towards their mother-son room.
"Mommy, are we all going to sleep together tonight?" Alexander asked softly, looking up.
"Yes." Sophie Smith patted Alexander’s little head, "You go in first and chat with uncle for a while, I’ll co over after my shower."
Sophie pushed Alexander into the room, Alexander leaned against the bed, not saying a word.
"Do you really like race cars?" Asher suddenly asked Alexander.
Alexander froze for a mont, then nodded.
"Since you like them so much, I’ll take you to watch a race car competition soday?"
"Really?" Alexander shouted excitedly, "That’s great, I’ve wanted to see it, Uncle, you promised , you must follow through, don’t break your word!"
"Do I look like soone who breaks their word?" Asher chuckled softly.
Alexander thought about it, he seed like he didn’t.
Never mind, just the thought of possibly seeing a real race car competition made him extrely excited.
He took a set of pajamas, ready to change and dive under the covers, but without Sophie’s help, Alexander struggled to change his pajamas alone.
Asher took Alexander’s pajamas into his own hands.
"Raise your arms." He ordered in a deep voice.
Fine, raising arms it is.
Although Asher was not very familiar with changing clothes for children, he managed to help him change his clothes.
When Sophie ca out of the bathroom, the father and son had already changed into pajamas and were lying down.
One big, one small, one occupied the left side, the other the right side, leaving Sophie no choice but to awkwardly crawl into the middle.
"Mommy." As soon as Sophie lay down, she heard Alexander calling her na.
"Alexander, what’s up?"
"Nothing..."
After hesitating for a long ti, Alexander still didn’t say what he wanted to say, he had planned to remind mommy to be careful of uncle, but today this uncle seed nice to him...
Three people sleeping on the sa bed clearly seed a bit cramped.
Yet, Sophie felt that even though the bed was cramped, as long as the three were together, it was the happiest thing.
Early morning.
Sophie sensed Asher’s departure.
"It’s still early, won’t you sleep a little longer?" Sophie tugged at the sleeve of his shirt, asking lazily.
"You sleep, my company has so things to take care of."
He gently removed her grasping hand, walked to the bathroom, finished washing up, changed clothes, and returned to the room.
"I’m leaving." He bent down, planted a kiss on her forehead, and smiled.
"Goodbye."
Early in the morning, that unexpected kiss made Sophie content.
He gently closed the door and drove straight to the office.

"Wow, so early, and already looking so well, looks like you’re cured." As soon as he stepped into the office, Luke Land followed in.
"Though you look fine, I’ve had it rough." Luke Land complained silently in his heart.
Yesterday, when Irene Morton returned to the villa, it was chaos without a mont of peace, turning the villa upside down.
