There’s just one more problem.

The Giant Dragonite and the normal Dragonite, though both Dragonite, are completely unlikely to be companions.

After all, they have never interacted before; their lives are like parallel lines that can never et.

The Giant Dragonite ca to the Paldea Region on a whim. If it realizes this, it might be quite disappointed, right?

But no matter what, a visit will reveal the truth.

Since the decision has been made, it’s ti to act and get busy.

Naoki inford all the Pokemon at the ranch about the trip he’s taking with Dragonite.

"...we might return later than usual. Koraidon, rember to take care of Cyclizar and everyone at the ranch."

The reason for not bringing Koraidon along is that Naoki isn’t keen on exposing everything to outsiders.

After all, the place would be swarming with reporters, the top Champion, Gym Leaders, police, and it might even hit TV.

It’s better to keep a low profile.

Upon hearing that it’s not going along, Koraidon appeared completely downcast, and the colorful feather on its head drooped.

Naoki raised a finger: "You’re allowed to sleep on the bed tonight."

Upon hearing this, Koraidon’s eyes lit up, and it let out a delighted growl: "Ah-gah-sis!"

Naoki smiled and patted its head, "But before that, you have to help take care of the ranch."

Koraidon patted its chest, assuring, "Ah-gah-sis! No problem!"

Naoki: "I’m counting on you then."

He turned back into the house, slung a backpack over his shoulder, and packed so ergency rations.

While doing this, Naoki began pondering the possible outcos of the eting between the two Dragonite.

The first possibility is that the Giant Dragonite doesn’t see Dragonite as a companion and leaves disappointed.

The second possibility is that the Giant Dragonite recognizes that Dragonite is not its companion but is happy to be friends with Dragonite.

The third possibility is that the Giant Dragonite realizes it’s been deceived and flies into a rage.

But on second thought, the Giant Dragonite was shown on TV calmly waiting at sea and capable of equal communication with humans, suggesting it has a gentle, non-volatile temperant.

Therefore, the third possibility can be disregarded.

The first possibility doesn’t matter much. If it’s the second possibility, and the Giant Dragonite accepts the modern Dragonite, Naoki plans on taking it to Dragonite Island.

Even though the Giant Dragonite is rare, he doesn’t intend to capture it since the ranch is too small and has no space for it.

The best solution is to send it to Dragonite Island, where there’s an ocean it can live in, possibly even becoming the Guardian God of the place.

Thinking about visiting Dragon Island, Naoki packed a lot of food and Berries into his backpack, as promised to the local Dragonite, Dragonair, and Dratini.

If visiting again, he must bring tasty treats.

Seeing everything in order, Naoki closed the fridge door and headed outside.

Dragonite was already waiting there. Naoki mounted its back, determined the direction of the Paldea West Coast, and had Dragonite head that way.

Everything below gradually got smaller, with a blue glow appearing in Dragonite’s eyes.

Agility activated, Dragonite’s speed sharply increased, shooting forward like a jet.

Paldea West Coast.

Geeta stood atop a cliff, gazing at the Giant Dragonite over the distant sea.

Tulip stood beside her, gazing along.

"It’s incredible that such gigantic Pokémon exist in this world."

Tulip couldn’t help but remind, "Don’t forget, the neighboring Galar Region also has gigantic Pokémon."

But Geeta shook her head. As the top Champion, she could tell the difference between the two.

"It’s different. Galar Region’s gigantic Pokémon rely on external forces. Once out of Galar, they can’t grow gigantic anymore."

As for this Giant Dragonite, judging by its displayed strength, it is clearly its own power.

The power exceeds Champion Level, and even she couldn’t guarantee dominance over this Dragonite.

Just then, Miss Jenny’s voice ca from behind:

"Leader! The companion the Giant Dragonite is looking for has arrived!"

On hearing this, Geeta’s heart stirred.

She turned around and saw a young man with black hair in casual clothes approaching with Miss Jenny.

Beside the young man stood a very robust Dragonite.

From its determined look and strong physique, it was evident that it had been superbly raised.

"This person is quite adept at raising Pokémon." was Geeta’s first impression of him.

As she was sizing up Naoki, Naoki was also observing the chief Champion.

"Her real age doesn’t seem to be over twenty; she might even be younger than I was before I transmigrated."

One must admit, Geeta’s accomplishnt of becoming chief Champion and president of the Pokemon League at such a young age is remarkable.

While pondering, Naoki heard the person in front introduce themselves.

"Hello, my na is Geeta, and I am the president of the Paldea League."

He also spoke, "My na is Naoki, and... I am a Rancher."

A Rancher? Geeta was montarily stunned. She had imagined many occupations for him but hadn’t expected this one.
