"Calm down, Professor!"
Naoki pondered carefully and then thought of another possibility.
He looked up at Professor Sada on the opposite side and said, "Is it possible that they’re not friends, but enemies who once fought?"
Upon hearing this, Professor Sada was slightly taken aback, and only after Naoki’s reminder did she manage to calm down a bit.
Due to the destructive and primal energy from ancient tis, these Paradox Pokemon from the past are mostly aggressive and battle-hungry, with a strong sense of territory.
Through her and Turo’s observations of the summoned Paradox Pokemon, they had never seen them coexist amicably.
Apart from hunting, most of the ti was spent in territorial disputes or patrolling their territory.
Thinking about this, Professor Sada couldn’t help but let out a slight sigh.
"I can’t rule out that possibility, but my intuition tells that Flutter Mane is different," she said. "In any case, I hope you and Koraidon can make a trip to the Area Zero Research Institute."
"I’ll first communicate with Koraidon," Naoki contemplated.
"Okay."
Without hanging up the call, Naoki turned and went to find Koraidon in the pasture.
Koraidon was sunbathing, lying on the grass, the warm sunlight shining on it, making Koraidon feel warm all over.
The scent of the grass floated in the air, mixed with a hint of the sweet sll of Poffins.
Naoki was at ho baking today’s Delicious Poffins for Dragonite and Dragonair.
The aroma of the Poffins drifted out through the cracks in the window, accompanied by a gentle, serene breeze that just reached where it lay.
This feeling made Koraidon feel peaceful inside, instinctively relaxing from inside out.
At this mont, Koraidon heard a familiar set of footsteps.
With its eyes half-open, half-closed, it turned to look at Naoki, who had co to its side.
"Ah ghiss?"
Naoki asked, "Did you have Pokemon friends in ancient tis?"
Hearing this, Koraidon was montarily stunned, then quickly realized, nodding its big head: "Ah ghiss!"
An image of a Pokemon levitating in mid-air appeared in its mind.
It was a Flutter Mane.
It t that fellow in that primitive and ancient era.
At that ti, it was traveling around, searching for Naoki and the pasture.
The path was not safe; the primitive world was full of wild aggressive Pokemon, including several powerful Koraidons.
Koraidon’s mind was filled with thoughts of Naoki. Because of this, it initially didn’t recognize that Flutter Mane.
It wasn’t until later that it recognized Flutter Mane and took it along on the search for Naoki.
No one knows how much ti passed, but after going through countless hardships, it felt as if sothing was guiding them in the mysterious realm.
After battling a powerful wild Koraidon, although Koraidon was injured, they finally reached their destination.
At that ti, Koraidon rembered sensing a dangerous aura below and said farewell to Flutter Mane, telling it to stay there.
Flutter Mane agreed.
Koraidon ventured alone, wounded, down to the depths of the Giant Pit and finally arrived at an underground cavern filled with glowing minerals.
There, it encountered a group of shining turtle Pokemon.
The Pokemon seed very curious about it, surrounding it and asking who it was, why it had co there.
Koraidon replied in distress, "I’m Cyclizar, looking for Naoki."
The little turtles curiously asked, "Who is Naoki?"
Koraidon answered sorrowfully, "He is soone very, very important to . I miss him so much, but I can’t find him."
Hearing this, the little turtles were touched by its emotions, and all lowered their heads, their spirits dampening.
Then a few of the little turtles looked at it and said they might be able to help.
Next, Koraidon saw this group of originally small turtle Pokemon light up with a brilliant glow.
In the glow, their appearances changed and beca larger turtles.
The big turtles activated their power, and the next mont, Koraidon saw the whole world enveloped in dazzling crystals.
A terrifying wave of Tera Energy distorted spaceti, and at that mont, Koraidon felt sothing was calling to it from the other end of spaceti.
Before it could react, the radiant light engulfed it.
When Koraidon erged from the light, it saw the excited faces of Professor Sada and Professor Turo.
They seed to want to capture it with a Poke Ball, but at that ti, Koraidon was desperate to see Naoki, so it slapped the Poke Ball away with a paw.
Then, it charged out of the research institute, flew out of Area Zero, flew out of Paldea Giant Pit, and flew towards ho in the direction it rembered.
When it finally returned to the pasture, it collapsed from severe injuries and fell unconscious.
Afterward, it was Naoki and the Cyclizar, who was its past self, that dragged it into the room and prepared a cooked at dish for it.
Initially, Koraidon was bewildered and confused by the events it had experienced, but when it saw its past self standing in front of it, everything suddenly beca clear to it.
