The Electrode wasn't Lono's strongest Pokemon. She fielded it in the first match to gauge her opponent's strength.

On the battlefield.

With a round figure resembling a giant red and white ball, the Electrode faced off against the Pawmot wearing a red cloak and wielding a little hamr.

"Electrode, use Discharge!" Lono energetically issued the order.

In mid-air, Electrode suddenly erupted with a burst of intense electricity, enveloping it in a bright flash before the electricity shot out in all directions like striking lightning.

Naoki calmly watched the scene, silently observing Pawmot's performance in battle.

He didn't give any commands because his Pawmot's ability is Charge.

Charge: When hit by an Electric Type move, it doesn't take damage but instead recovers.

As an Electric Type Pokemon himself, Naoki could sense that the electricity on Pawmot was sowhat different from what Electrode was releasing.

For instance, Pawmot's current wasn't a pure yellow; it glead with a hint of lightning-like blue.

Faced with Electrode's attack, Pawmot didn't retreat; instead, it confidently charged forward into the electricity.

It swung its little hamr, its body bathed in Electrode's current, and then let out a loud shout.

"Pawmot!"

The next mont, the surrounding currents, as if drawn in, surged madly into Pawmot's body, and into the silver hamr.

In an instant, Pawmot's eyes turned blue, and the hamr in its hand was enveloped in a powerful current, as if the Thunder God had descended to the world.

Seeing this, Lono's eyes were filled with shock: "That ability... could it be Charge?"

No! It's not just Charge!

That Pawmot is using Electrode's electricity to power up!

Utilizing the opponent's current to charge itself, what kind of Pokemon is this!

Lono imdiately felt the challenge was thorny; this trial was too restricting for her as an Electric Type specialist.

Seeing Pawmot about to launch an attack, Lono quickly beca alert:

"Electrode! Be careful!"

In this state, Pawmot was extrely dangerous, and she couldn't allow Electrode to engage it head-on!

In this situation, the best strategy was to avoid Pawmot's attack and wait for its move, the charge state to disappear!

On the field, Electrode, hearing its Trainer's voice, also beca vigilant.

However, the charged-up Pawmot looked spiritedly at Electrode.

The next second, its red cloak fluttered behind it, and then it shot straight into the sky.

Lono, who was about to instruct Electrode to dodge, was slightly taken aback.

However, the next mont, a yellow lightning bolt descended from the sky, and Pawmot tightened its grip on the hamr, crashing down with a mighty current.

Lono was dumbfounded.

What kind of move is that?!

When the dust from the explosion settled.

A large pit appeared on the ground, and Electrode lay at the bottom, covered in wounds.

Yet, it hadn't lost its ability to battle, aning the duel wasn't over.

Electrode imdiately extricated itself, creating distance from Pawmot.

"Chase it!" Naoki wanted to end the battle here, "Use Quick Attack!"

Pawmot moved incredibly fast; just as Electrode made so distance, its body transford into a white light and caught up, slamming Electrode out.

Lono nervously called out, "Electrode!"

Electrode fell to the ground.

Just when Naoki thought it had lost its ability to fight, the resilient Electrode managed to force itself up and floated again.

Naoki showed surprise; this Electrode has incredible perseverance!

Seeing Electrode still standing, Lono breathed a sigh of relief.

She calmly analyzed and quickly thought.

Got it!

Facing the restraining Pawmot, Lono swiftly altered the strategy:

"Electrode, use Screech!"

With the command issued, Electrode's body trembled, and a strong current constantly collided within, creating a sharp screeching sound through friction.

Pawmot furrowed its brows, experiencing a headache and instinctively wanting to cover its ears with its pads.

"Don't show any openings!" Naoki frowned, reminding, "The hamr!"

Pawmot quickly reacted, covering its ears with one hand and hurling the Mjolnir toward Electrode with the other.

"Quick, dodge it!" Lono used a Divine Technique.

Electrode flashed upwards, narrowly dodging the hamr below.

The screeching reached its peak, and Pawmot's mind humd from the pain, quickly covering its other ear with the other paw.

At this mont, Pawmot shut its eyes, covered its ears with both hands, helplessly floating in the air, appearing wide open with vulnerabilities.

Seeing the opponent exposed, Lono felt joy in her heart, chuckling, "Hehe, Mr. Naoki, I'm getting serious now! Electrode, use Foul Play!"

As Screech stopped, a dark aura enveloped Electrode, its spherical body hurtling toward the pained Pawmot clutching its ears.

Foul Play: A Dark Type move that uses the opponent's strength to attack. The stronger the opponent, the more damage this move inflicts.
