"Unbelievable!"

Compared to the astonished crowd, Alder's expression was much more vibrant.

He clapped enthusiastically and praised, "What a spectacular match!"

At the edge of the arena, Professor Oak finally shifted his gaze from those unfamiliar Pokemon to the trainer.

As a native of Kanto, Professor Oak naturally knew Lance and was aware of his formidable prowess as a Pokemon Trainer.

Yet now, Lance used three Pokemon and only managed to defeat one of the opponent's Pokemon.

This trainer nad Naoki is sothing else!

I really want this match to end quickly; he wants to take a good look at those unfamiliar Pokemon!

On the second floor of the manor, Caitlin, Shauntal, and Cynthia leaned against the terrace, observing the lively scene below.

Seeing Pawmot defeat Aerodactyl, who held the advantage, Caitlin showed a look of surprise.

Beside her, Shauntal, holding a novel manuscript, felt a sudden burst of inspiration.

Perhaps she could write a novel about an originally unknown trainer defeating the strongest champion to beco a Pokemon Master!

"Cynthia, what do you think?" Shauntal instinctively asked Cynthia beside her.

Cynthia, gazing at the scene below, softly spoke, "Electric Type, Water Type, Dragon Type... Lance's Pokemon are completely at a disadvantage, but you can tell he hasn't gone all out yet."

After all, Lance's most prized Pokemon hasn't yet appeared.

But...

Cynthia's gaze shifted to the young man on the other side of the field and the mysterious Pokemon beside him, eyes showing a hint of hesitation.

The trainer nad Naoki also seems not to have given it his all.

"Giovanni? Giovanni? Are you listening?"

By the garden fountain, a stout, sowhat overweight middle-aged man looked at the cold-faced man before him and called out.

Upon hearing the voice, Giovanni turned his head and coldly nodded, "Hmm."

The middle-aged man smiled apologetically, "Oh, look at my mory, I almost forgot, you are also a powerful Pokemon Trainer; being a Gym Leader must be tiring, right?"

"When in position, fulfill your responsibilities; it's not tiring at all," Giovanni replied with calm confidence, "Only those lacking capability would find such work tiring."

"Oh, that's good, that's good," the middle-aged man quickly replied with a smile, "You truly are remarkable, Giovanni!"

On the battlefield, after waiting approximately thirty seconds, Nemona stepped forward to check on Aerodactyl's condition and then excitedly raised her hand to announce:

"Aerodactyl is unable to battle; this match is won by Pawmot!"

"Pawmo!"

Pawmot was ecstatic and imdiately flew back to high-five Naoki.

Across from him, Lance looked helpless.

He retrieved Aerodactyl into its Poke Ball, took a deep breath, and then said to Naoki, "Co on, there's one last battle!"

Naoki was slightly taken aback.

Lance's face broke into a smile, "I'm sorry, I didn't bring all my main Pokemon this ti; so far, I have only one Pokemon left that can fight."

Saying so, Lance took out his last Poke Ball.

"This Pokemon has been with from the start, pushing toward becoming the strongest trainer, and it is also my most powerful Pokemon."

"Never give up, that's the creed this Pokemon taught ."

"Naoki, you know this too, don't you?"

Naoki looked at Lance opposite him and suddenly had a revelation.

Lance is about to send out his ace!

No need to guess; it's Dragonite!

Knowing this...

Naoki nodded gently, "Yes, I know."

He let Pawmot rest aside and then took out a new Poke Ball from his waist.

"I've been eagerly awaiting this mont for a long ti," Naoki said, gripping the Dragonite's Poke Ball in his hand.

Seeing him opt to switch Pokemon again, Lance wasn't surprised; his gaze only beca more resolute.

He forcefully threw the final Poke Ball, and in that dazzling white light, a Dragonite with eyes as resolute and composed as its Trainer's appeared before Lance.

Lance's gaze passed over Dragonite's shoulder to the opposite side, then he spoke solemnly:

"Lance, the Dragon Master, is here!"
