It then thought to pick up the feather and ask Zapdos to send it as a gift to Naoki.
That night, a mysterious Pokemon with orange fur appeared before them.
It was a majestic Pokemon.
It wore iron rings on its sturdy limbs, bore red hexagram-shaped structures on its cheeks, had clover-like golden hair shells on its forehead, and had mane resembling flowing white smoke on its back.
The Pokemon looked at them, first showing an unexpected expression.
But soon, it introduced itself to the Heroic Expedition Team trio.
It said its na was Entei, the emissary of Ho-oh.
It also said the feather was Ho-oh's and guided them to Bell Tower in Ecruteak City, saying the feather could be used there.
Thus, after asking around, the Heroic Expedition Team arrived at this anciently styled town.
Teddiursa looked up at the tower's top: "One ..." (Seems the Pokemon said to take us to the top of the tower...)
w blinked and silently used Teleport to take Teddiursa outside to et up with Zapdos.
Upon hearing of their companions' discovery, Zapdos calmly nodded and let them sit on its body.
Both w and Teddiursa settled in, Zapdos flapped its wings and flew towards the tower's top.

Just then, one of the humans, an elderly woman with white hair, noticed the feather Teddiursa was holding.

"One ?" Teddiursa looked at the feather in its hand.
Judging by these humans, could they be planning to seize its feather?
Teddiursa imdiately showed vigilance, as the feather wasn't of use here. It still planned to give the feather to Naoki.
So, Teddiursa and w imdiately tried to depart with Zapdos.
But suddenly, the elderly woman stopped them.
"Please wait! I have no intention of seizing that feather!"
Upon hearing this, the three Pokemon looked at her.
The elderly woman continued: "That's Lord Ho-oh's Rainbow Feather. Since Lord Ho-oh has given its feather to you, it ans you've been chosen by it."
"Those guided by the Rainbow Feather and who encounter Ho-oh will beco the Rainbow Hero." The elderly woman muttered historical records.

"One ?"
Teddiursa and w quickly beca attracted to the term Rainbow Hero.
Not having t Ho-oh, the elderly woman showed a lost expression.
Now, Lord Ho-oh doesn't even grant humans the qualification of Rainbow Hero but chooses these three Pokemon.
Apparently, Lord Ho-oh still cares greatly about the incident from centuries ago...
At that ti, Lord Ho-oh and Lord Lugia resided in Bell Tower and Brass Tower.
