Before Nier, Ella staggered forward, cradling Alle's lifeless body in her trembling arms.
Her tear-streaked face was pale, her blood-soaked hands shaking as she laid her sister at Nier's feet, her voice now was hardly that of a whisper.
"You… you said you would bring her back right!? Please do... She is all I have."
Her eyes, red-rimd and desperate, flickered with a fragile hope, though fear lingered in her hunched shoulders, her gaze darting to the monstrous Flux looming above her.
Nier's gaze softened, an unfamiliar sensation stirring deep within him.
'What is this?'
He thought, his mind probing the feeling. It wasn't the intoxicating rush of negativity, nor the twisted urges that had nearly consud him.
It was sothing older, deeper, an echo of his eldritch soul, a vast, incomprehensible power that thrumd within his core.
He could feel its weight, its potential, a force so imnse it could shatter the fragile world around him. This warehouse, this city, this reality, they were glass beneath the might of his true nature, a gateway to a higher plane as potent as the stars above.
Acting on instinct, Nier extended a taloned claw, the air around him shimring with a dark aura. A flash of black light erupted, not destructive but radiant, pulsing with an otherworldly energy that seed to outwards blinding any on looker as they close their eyes due to the bright black.
Ella's wounds, her torn shoulder, pierced thigh, and ravaged kidney, knit together, the bloodstains fading as her skin smoothed, her malnourished fra filling out with a healthy glow.
Alle's body, still and pale, shuddered faintly, the gaping wound in her jugular sealing, her gaunt cheeks regaining a flush of life.
The air crackled, the warehouse's oppressive weight lifting for a mont, replaced by a fleeting warmth.
Ella gasped, stumbling back, her hands flying to her healed shoulder.
"What… what was that?"
Her voice trembled, torn between awe and terror, her wide eyes darting from Alle's stirring form to Nier's towering figure.
"You… you healed us?"
Amazent overshadowed her fear, her breath catching as she touched Alle's face, feeling the faint warmth returning to her sister's skin.
Alas she was still dead.
Nier tilted his head, his own surprise mirroring hers.
"That… felt oddly amazing."
He murmured, his voice a low rumble, tinged with wonder. That weird power he used it felt familiar. But it felt really good using it.
As such he turned inward, seeking answers.
'Silence...
He thought.
"...what was that?"
A voice answered, not the chanical tone he had grown accustod to, but a soft, feminine one, that echoed in his mind.
[That is Beacon Warping, Master. Your human body, is now a mini gateway bridging the higher plane to this lower one, as such you can reality warp, and manifested a fragnt of your true form. This happen by channeling the Negativity, of 380,704 units, you’ve transcended your prior limits, healing the girls as a byproduct of your vessel's evolution]
'So that is Beacon Warping?'
Nier echoed, his crimson eyes narrowing.
'When did I learn that?'
[When you absorbed the warehouse’s 350,938 units, adding to your 29,766, your vessel evolved to its next stage]
Silence replied, her voice calm yet tinged with a strange warmth.
[Like Hestas who progresses through stages of power before perfecting their body via the five-circles of evolution that is a structured tric, Apostle path of evolution is guided by insight alone. The Negativity pushed you forward, awakening this ability. And the more insight you get the stronger you beco]
Nier's wings twitched, a faint smile curling his lips.
"So insight for Apostle are akin to evolution for Hestas."
He mused.
[Yes that is the gist of it]
Silence's feminine voice echoed in Nier's mind, calm and nice on the ears.
"I see!! Shall we test the Soul Stay Spell then!?"
Nier's crimson eyes glinted, his massive form steady atop the rubble.
From there he turned his gaze to Alle's ghostly form, her silver eyes shimring with a mix of fear and resolve, then to her healed body, lying still but no longer bloodied, its wounds nded by his earlier Beacon Warping.
Following an instinct older than reason, he extended his serrated wings, their tallic edges glinting in the dim warehouse light. His feathers reached out, brushing against Alle's translucent soul.
And a strange power course through it.
"Woah… it is so warm."
Alle whispered, her spectral voice trembling as her ghostly form relaxed under Nier's touch, her silver eyes fluttering shut.
The contact sent a ripple through the air, as Nier began casting Soul Stay on Alle's soul.
Nier's focus shifted to Alle's body.
His feathers hovered over her midsection, where life had once begun. A faint, intricate mark, etched in dark glowing red began shimring at her womb area. As a womb tattoo form on her skin, at this point Nier decided to use [Enchain] on Alle, after all she had offer herself to him, but unlike normal Enchain.
Her Enchain, fused with his Soul Stay Spell, as the Womb Tattoo for Alle at least, act as a sigil that bound body and soul, anchoring them eternally to the Immaterial Sphere.
This spell was no re revival; it was a heretical creation, ensuring that as long as one part, body or soul remained, death could not claim her fully.
Yet, there was a cost...the spell tethered Alle's soul to Nier, and he easily subjugated it too due to the power difference being too great, as such Nier bound Alle's to his will.
The air crackled with dark energy, the warehouse's oppressive weight shifting as the spell took hold.
Ella, kneeling beside Alle's body, couldn't see the ghostly exchange, but she felt the air grow heavy, charged with an unnatural presence.
Then, a miracle unfolded before her eyes. Alle's eyelids twitched, then opened, revealing eyes no longer silver but glowing with an ethereal, nocturnal and cold blue as if a bla fla spark new life in the window of her soul, like a cat's gaze in moonlight.
However she did not breathe it was as if Alle
"Ella…
Alle's voice was soft but steady, carrying a strange, unfamiliar edge.
Ella's breath however caught as she made a reveal face, tears spilling down her cheeks as she reached for her sister, her hands trembling.
"Alle… I thought I had lost you."
Her voice broke, a sob of relief and disbelief, as she pulled Alle into a tight embrace.
Alle returned the hug, but her touch felt different...cooler.
'Why is she so cold... I can't feel her heart beating at all.'
Ella said to herself then, began stamr her words in shock saying, no asking herself for answer she had no connection to.
'W-W-What is this!?'
Ella asked herself, as she pulled back, her blue eyes studying Ella with a faint, almost detached smile.
Then Ella began to speak in almost stoic manner.
"You are one to talk. How reckless were you, trying to trade your life for mine? If I hadn't made a deal with Lord Flux, I would have lost you on my way back here."
Ella froze, her hands still gripping Alle's shoulders.
"Wait… what? You saw that?"
Her voice wavered, confusion mingling with relief.
"How did you!?"
"When I died."
Alle interrupted, her tone calm, almost clinical.
"I beca… sothing like a wandering spirit. I don't know how, but I couldn't leave you behind. I saw you begging Lord Flux, offering your life. I couldn't let that happen, so I offered my soul instead. And he accepted."
Ella's eyes widened, her heart sinking.
"What did you do, Alle?"
Her voice rose, sharp with fear.
"What does that an?"
Alle stood, her movents fluid, almost unnaturally graceful, as if the timid girl she had previously been had been stripped away.
Her ethereal blue eyes locked onto Ella's, and her smile held a chilling edge.
"It is simple, dearest sister. I gave my soul to him to keep you alive. You didn't want to die for you, and I didn't want you to die for . We're twins selfish in the sa way, aren't we?"
"NOOOO!!"
Ella snapped, stepping closer, her hands clenched into fists.
"What about you? What happens to you now?"
Alle tilted her head, her expression cool, almost indifferent.
"What about ? I'm here, aren't I? I am alive, well not really, I am not even breathing right now but I am here again all thanks to Lord Flux. That is enough."
Alle's voice lacked the warmth Ella had always clung to, the gentle softness of her twin replaced by a cold, resolute edge that cut deeper than any blade.
Her glowing, ethereal blue eyes, once silver, once human, stared at Ella with an unsettling calm, as if the timid girl who had weathered years of abuse by her side had been hollowed out, leaving a stranger in her place.
Ella's stomach churned, her heart twisting in her chest. This was Alle, her twin, her lifeline, the one constant in a world of pain, but sothing vital was gone.
The shy, emotional girl who had shared whispered dreams in their cramped, chained nights was no more, replaced by this… entity with glowing eyes and a detached deanor.
"You're not… you're not my sister."
Ella whispered, her voice trembling with grief and fear.
"What did he do to you?"
Alle's faint smile faded, her gaze softening just enough to hint at the sister she had been, but the chill remained.
"I am still , Ella. Just… stronger now. You don't have to protect anymore."
Her voice was steady, almost chanical, but it carried a strange intensity.
"I can feel your fragility, like a twig I could snap you in two so easily if I wanted. It is… strange feeling though. I've never felt this powerful before big sis."
She glanced at Nier, her eyes gleaming with awe, and fanatic love.
"Ahhh and glorious Lord Flux is a sun, Ella...his power is beyond anything we've ever known. I wonder… could I ever reach that? To him I might as well just be a single match stick."
Ella's breath hitched, tears welling as she shook her head.
"No, Alle... This isn't what I wanted. You're not my sister...not like this."
Her voice broke, raw with anguish, as she clutched her chest, trying to hold herself together.
Alle tilted her head, her expression unreadable.
"I'm sorry you feel that way."
She said softly, almost tenderly, before a glint of sothing darker flickered in her eyes.
"But I know how to show you."
She stepped closer, a loving yet unnerving smile spreading across her face.
"Join , sissy. Be part of this… sothing greater. You would be the perfect first host."
Ella's heart stopped.
"A what?"
She stamred, backing away as Alle approached, a crazed light in her glowing eyes that sent a shiver down Ella's spine.
"No, stay back!"
She spun toward Nier, her voice rising in desperation.
"You promised you would bring her back! What is this… this thing? This isn't Alle!"
Nier's massive form lood above, his crimson eyes glinting with cold amusent.
"I kept my promise, child."
He rumbled, his voice a low, but it echoes through the warehouse.
"The Soul Stay Spell binds body and soul, anchoring them as one. But my thods are not… conventional. Alle's soul is tethered to now, reshaped by my nature, a such anyone brought back with Soul Stay cos back corrupt and perverse, as such the vessel I bind the ressurected to will also be heavily corrupted, and will awaken new corrupt abilities at random. She is not human anymore, perhaps a new entity entirely. Better, in my view at least."
He tilted his head, his needle-like teeth flashing.
"You offered your life for her, and she offered her soul to spare you. I've honored both deals. What she does now… well, that is her choice. I am curious to see what happens next."
Ella's eyes widened, disbelief crashing over her like a wave.
'I am such a fool. To put my trust in a damn Flux of all things. He never ant to help us from the very beginning.'
The realization hit her like a blow to the gut.
Nier had used them, manipulated their desperation from the start. Her knees buckled, and she clutched her threadbare clothes, tears streaming down her face.
"I did this."
She whispered, her voice breaking.
"I failed you, Alle. I… I turned you into this."
A sudden, passionate embrace enveloped her from behind. Ella froze, horror flooding her as she looked up to see Alle's eyes...now pitch-black, like Nier's own when he uses Occultist Eyes, the entire eye look like twin voids that could swallowed light.
And then Alle began to speak.
"You have such a beautiful soul, sissy."
Alle murmured, her voice a chilling mix of affection and nace.
"You know I love you, right? But I am tired of suffering. Human life gave us nothing but chains. I can change that now."
Her lips parted, revealing monstrous, razor-sharp teeth, like a shark's. A long, prehensile black tongue snaked out, brushing Ella's cheek, cold and slick.
"These instincts… they're telling we can be more together. Let make you like ."
"No!"
Ella scread, wrenching free from Alle's grip and shoving her back. She stumbled toward the warehouse door, her heart pounding.
"You're not Alle, you are a monster born from her, get off !"
Ella shouted as she ran towards the exist, as mories of Alle flooded her mind, each one a knife to her chest.
"Sissy, try this!"
Alle's voice, bright and mischievous, echoed from years ago. She had held out a stolen kebab, her grin wide as Ella took a bite, savoring the rare treat.
"It's delicious."
Ella said with open eyes, as she laughed, her heart full despite their hunger.
Now, those monts felt like a lifeti ago.
"Because of ...
Ella gasped, tears blurring her vision as she ran.
"My selfishness turned her into a monster like that damned bird."
Another mory surfaced, sharp and painful.
"Hey, Sissy?"
Alle's timid voice, curled beside her on a cramped, filthy bed, chains rattling around them.
"Do you think we'll ever escape this place?"
"We will."
Ella had promised, her voice fierce.
"One day, we'll pay off Dad's debt, and we'll be free. We'll go to the beach, I rember you saying that was the first place you wanted to go when we get our freedom right, is that still th case!?"
"Yeah, I always wanted to see one, given only the richer sector have the truly beautiful shore lines."
"Then let's sneak there when we are free and enjoy ourselves...Alle. I swear it."
The mories can and go, but the last one hit Ella hard.
"The beach
Ella whispered, stopping just short of the warehouse door.
Freedom was within reach, the exit re steps away, but a crushing truth hit her.
"Alle is not here anymore... What is the point of the beach without her?"
Her knees gave out, and she sank to the floor, tears spilling as she stared at her trembling hands. As the eldest twin, she had sacrificed everything to protect Alle, to keep her safe. Without her other half, life had no aning.
"Why am I even running? My life has not a single aning anymore, I just want to die now. Ahh, thankfully death is all around , just make it quick."
She murmured, her voice hollow. She closed her eyes, stood, and turned back.
Alle hadn't chased her.
She stood calmly, her glowing blue eyes fixed on Ella, a faint smile on her lips.
"I knew you would stop."
She said, her voice soft but laced with an eerie certainty.
"You can't live without , to this human you I might as well be a lie, but that isn't the case, your just blind to things you can't understand, I can't live without you either sister, so let's us be together forever, Sissy. And tomorrow, we'll go to the beach, like we always dread."
Before Ella could respond, a massive black tendril erupted from Alle's back, tipped with a glistening stinger. It struck like lightning, piercing Ella's neck.
Cold, corrupted blood flooded her veins, a burning chill that made her gasp.
"With this, you'll feel the joy I feel."
Alle whispered, her voice stoic yet fervent.
"The joy Lord Flux awakened in . Now, we're truly free."
Ella's vision blurred, her body growing heavy as she swayed.
"Alle…
She choked, collapsing.
Alle caught her, holding her tightly, her monstrous form pale and unearthly, her razor teeth glinting in the dim light.
"I love you, Sissy."
Alle murmured, her voice a haunting blend of love and madness.
"It would be a sin to keep all this power to myself. So for now, sleep and soak in my blood, my cells will nourish you more. I don't know how long the infection takes to spread fully, given this is my first ti, and strange knowledge is flooding my mind right now. But my instincts are telling that together, we can beco sothing unimaginable, if we complete this journey and strengthen our bond, more and more."
Alle's flesh rippled, drawing Ella's body into her own, a grotesque rging that felt both intimate and profane.
"Happy birthday, big sis."
She whispered, a chilling laugh escaping her lips.
"Happy birthday to us both, and to our new life, from here on out, we will never be apart from one another, even in death."
Once the absorption was complete, Nier gazed at Alle and offered a faint, approving smile.
"Well, that was quite the spectacle."
He said, his voice filled with amusent.
Alle, however, turned to face her creator, her eyes gleaming with fervor.
"Ohhh dearest Father."
she said, her voice trembling with reverence. She extended her arms outward, a frenzied, obsessive smile spreading across her face.
"It is an honor to serve you in this world, in this new life. The voices in my head...they urge to worship you, to offer you eternal devotion. They say for to beg if I must to make you take us with you!"
Nier tilted his head, his expression unreadable.
"You want to co with ?"
"Yes!"
Alle's voice rose, fervent and desperate.
"The voices speak of another too, The Great Mother... The First, ahhh they said you are keeper of the promised land that is awaiting us. I...we... is want to be part of it. I long to see Mother, whoever she is. It is strange… I don't know her, yet I'm filled with both fear and ecstasy as if my soul had known her all it's life. Father, what should I do? Should I heed the voices in my head?"
Nier's lips curved into a sly grin, as he replied.
"The voices are always right, Alle. Follow them, unless they tell you to sleep with another man other , then ignore them outright. Never betray your nature. Like , I strive to shed the weakness of my humanity to achieve perfection. You should do the sa. What you did to your sister… it was beautiful. Essential for your growth, and that was instinct alone guiding you to the right path. I hope young Ella cos around to… whatever it is you're doing to her."
Alle's eyes sparkled with a mix of pride and madness as she spoke.
"I see I will do exactly that then Father... It is hard to explain my current condition Father. I can sense a lot of weird and new abilities, but my main power is heavily centered around sothing I call it the infection, this strange power of mine off an arrange of different capabilities like mind reading, cloning, control of organic matter, blood control, and the ability to be omnipresent within each host, even this body is no more than a stand if I infect more the stronger I beco it is like I am the infection itself. I can even create true or lesser clones of myself by injecting my blood into living creatures. It transforms them into sothing like , either perfect or lesser. But with Ella, it is different."
"I gave her half of my power. Now, it is as if I exist within her, and she within ...we are one, yet distinct. Her infection is also taking root as we speak. A new strand of power, born from her own unique corruption is forming slowly within her. I can sense it's potential, it is even stronger than mine, more volatile. As expected of my big sister, she is a remarkable host for the power of my infection."
Alle explain to Nier who gave her a curious look.
"How fascinating."
Nier said.
But quickly change the topic.
"But as much as I would like to study you further it looks like the human police are here, I can sense so Hestas too... We should leave child.... Co now, hop on my back, I shall take us ho."
"Ho."
"Yes, hurry up now."
"Ahh yes my bad Father."
With that Alle with superhuman strength run and jump high up on he sky doing a front flip, as such with graceful control her body landed on Nier back.
"I will soft the feather's a bit so you can hang on. And when we reach I will introduce you to our Great Mother, and also my mate. Like how I created you, she once did the sa to ."
"Really."
"Ironically I t her via dying as well... And Glorious Shub-Niggurath gave new purpose, I owe her everything I am today, so I expect you to show her the outmost respect when we reach child."
"Of course father."
With that Alle hugged her Father's black feathers, now soft to the touch where she sat, but extrely durable, vastly even more than her current body.
At the sa ti, the police alarms from outside beca more clear and prominent.
As people began to rush in.
"In there!"
A woman called out, as multiple people could be heard rushing inside.
A pink hair woman with breast, ca rushing in, her unfirom skin tight, as her single eye locked on the horrific sight.
"Oh my God."
She said.
And Nier eyes lock on to her, filling her with fear, but not for long because at the sa ti.
He flap his great wings, which cause a massive explosion.
Collapsing the entire house, however at the sa ti, a pink barrier of pure heat manifested around her protecting her from the worst of it.
As Nier fly skyward, and loud sonic boom was heard.
"Kourtney are you ok."
A brown hair man, with a four floating swords around his body ca, as he struggle to keep up with Kourtney.
"What the hell happened, and what the fuck is that thing that flew in the sky!?"
Kourtney was still flabbergasted at the sight, as she said with beads of sweath trickling down her forehead as she quiver in fear.
"Luke."
"Yes director."
"Call in the Head Sergeant and tell him we need Public Service to aid us in this investigation... Tell them it's a Class Black Threath."
"....Class Black....
Luke said in utter fear, and Kourtney nodded her head.
"My eyes saw it... The amount of power that thing had, it is on the sa Level as a newbie Level 4 Hesta bare minimum."
