"If it is for my grandchildren then I am on it. I have already talked with the others, and they also wanted to know more about this ga. Most of the young ones want to try it as well and since you have co to now then I will make sure that the ga pods that you speak of shall be available by tomorrow." Grandpa Jose stated as he started to call soone.
"I cannot believe that worked." Adrian muttered.
"It seems that it was already in the bucket list. You just made it co faster than later." Clarissa stated.
"I bet we would have to wait for six months if you did not say anything now." Jamie stated.
"That is all that we need. Thanks, grandpa! You are the best." Adrian stated with a smile while the rest of them slipped away before the decision gets overturned.
"You just really accepted that? I guess you have beco soft." Maria stated in shock as sothing like that would have to be deliberated by his father for a month at least.
"It seems that this ga that my grandchildren are playing is also a form of sport. I am also quite intrigued by the combat system as I have seen videos of them having combat. I have also noticed that Jamie was a bit more responsive than before compared to when he was not playing the ga." Grandpa Jose stated.
"You an the ga has so effect on the human reaction speed which is why you are looking into it as well. I will believe you even though I know that you would have planned to have the ga pods be installed in a year or so." Maria stated as she calmly sipped her coffee as she did not want to fight with her father.
About an hour later, the sound of a helicopter stared to co from the outside which Adrian and the others noticed. The helicopter has the logo of Atlas Inc. imprinted on its body which ans that the ones leading the installation has arrived. About ten minutes later, five trucks started to enter the estate area as well.
"How many are they going to install?" Adrian asked in shock.
"We already saw them clear one of the guestrooms downstairs, but five trucks would be equivalent to fifteen ga pods. Five would be installed here at the one of the guestrooms then they might install the others in a separate building. It seems that grandfather was indeed serious when he said that he has it planned out already." Mina stated as she also knew the details of how the ga pods are delivered.
"It only takes about two hours to install one of the ga pods which ans we can really play after dinner already. I do not even need to return to my house to play when I can just log in with you guys." Jamie stated as he started to get excited.
"Are you there, children?" Lola rcy stated as she knocked on the door.
"We are here! You can co in." Princess replied enthusiastically.
"I am going in then. I have brought so refreshnts as you might be a bit hungry." Lola rcy stated as she ca inside the room with three trays of different food that she made.
Lola rcy brought out three different types of snacks that they can eat. One was a rice cake that was topped with cheese, the other was a bread that was filled with a coconut jam, and the last one was a banana fritter. She gave them refreshnts made from freshly squeezed sugar cane juice which quenched their thirst easily.
"Thanks, Lola rcy!" The cousins stated as they ate all of the snacks with smiles.
"No problem, children. Dinner would start in about four hours so make sure to work up an appetite as I have prepared a feast." Lola rcy stated as she left the cousins while they were eating as she also had to prepare so snacks for the workers that suddenly ca.
"She is the best around here as even Grandpa Jose would be scared if she gets angry. She was best friends with out late grandmother after all." Clarissa stated as the others started to chat about what happened to their grandmother who is Grandpa Jose' wife.
"What did happen to grandmother? All we know is that she died before our mother left this place." Mina asked as she wants to know a sensitive topic so that her curiosity could be sated. It would also have them know if there is sensitive topics for Grandpa Jose so that they do not use it when around him.
"Grandma Clara was such a sweetheart according to Grandpa Juan. Grandpa Jose and her were practically inseparable but she grew weak due to childbirth. Did you know that Uncle Mario and Aunt Maria was supposed to have a fourth sibling but sadly did not make it? It was a very sad ti for the family but that is also speculation on my part since I was yet to be born back then as well." Clarissa stated.
"I heard that Grandpa Jose beca so strict back then that other family mbers started to get worried that he might go mad. It was to the point that he started to beco angry much easily which is why so family mbers really abandoned the place. He finally recovered when Aunt Maria herself could no longer bear the sudden change and left. That is what Grandpa Juan said though, so it is a story from his perspective." Jamie added.
"Relationships are very difficult especially when a real close bond has been ford. Losing soone could also an losing a part of yourself when you have known soone for the rest of your life after all. All one can do is hope that everything would be in their favor." Mina stated as she smiled while looking at Adrian as she was almost close to that kind of situation as well.
"Do not look at with a pained smile or I might just cry." Adrian stated as he could feel the stare that he was getting from Mina.
"If you cried then I would have gotten a video of it and showed it to the others. I lost my precious chance!" Mina joked but she really ant what she said earlier.
All of the cousins started to chat with one another again as Adrian and Mina were curious on what Jamie and the others do here other than train. They even learned that there is a hot spring in the mountain that can be easily accessed just by walking for ten minutes from the estate. All of them decided to go there after having their snacks and the adults agreed to it.
Maria, Richard, and Grandpa Jose went down to the basent of the estate where a morial of all the family mbers were present. Maria could be seen stopping her tears as she did not want to look like a ss during dinner ti. Richard wanted to hug her, but her father was the one that comforted her as they looked at the smiling picture of her mother.
"Now I know why you were so hard on yourself that ti. I am sorry that I was not able to tell you that when you were still alive. Now that I am a mother, I can now fully understand you mom. I love you with all my heart and I hope that you are already in a happy place.
I will make sure to look after dad as he might go back to his old ways. I can even see a beer belly popping out from his stomach. I will make sure that he drinks moderately. I also wanted to you to et my husband. I love him with all my life just like you did with dad." Maria stated as tears started to fall from her face.
"I am sure that your heartfelt words are reaching her, my little daisy." Grandpa Jose stated as he comforted Maria.
Maria was always levelheaded and strong when appearing to her children. The only ti when she really broke down like this was when the tragic accident happened to Adrian. She always made sure that will never happen which is why she beca a bit more protective of her children ever since that day.
Richard then hugged Maria as all the bad impressions that she had with her father has been washed away that very day. The family enjoyed the feast that was prepared for them by Lola rcy with the cousins being refreshed from their hot spring bath. Smiles and laughter erupted at the table which made it look like mini festivity.
"Did we invite more people?" Adrian thought as he saw a beautiful lady with two children by the living room smiling.
"All of us are already here. The real feast will be in two days when the other family mbers co." Lola rcy stated as she placed more food on Adrian's table. When Adrian looked back the beautiful lady and two children that were smiling have vanished.
