"I am not in any dealings with a witch! If you are looking for a witch, then that woman that you brought here was the witch! She tried to curse , but it backfired on her because I am protected by nature spirits!" Farr Vincent stated to prove his innocence.
"I believe you." The leader of the paladins stated.
"Really! Thank goodness." Farr Vincent stated but he noticed that the paladins were still gripping on their swords.
"If you believe then why are you still pointing your swords at !" Farr Vincent stated.
"I might believe you, but we must put that woman to trial to make sure. What if you are not telling the truth? We must detain you in order to make sure. Well, we might set you free if you pledge to the gods that your crops will solely belong to us." The leader of the paladins stated.
"You! I thought people of the church should not be greedy but all of you are like that pig of a noble!" Farr Vincent shouted.
"It seems that I need to cut your tongue in order to make you more subservient!" The paladin leader stated as he swung his sword toward Farr Vincent's chest in order to scare him.
The leader of the paladins knew that he can just heal the farr later, but he did not expect the sudden appearance of the barrier of vines. The leader of the paladins was shocked to the point that he was unable to control his strength. The force of the swing made the vines push Farr Vincent back which made him teeter towards the edge.
"No!" Farr Vincent stated as he started to feel weak as his mana was still used to create that vine barrier.
In the end, Farr Vincent was unable to push his body up. He fell down the cliff with his head full of remorse. Farr Vincent finally started to cry like a teenager as his bravado was all a front to make him look stronger. In the end, he can see the rocks below as his cause of death.
"I do not want to die! Quin… help !" Farr Vincent shouted with what he can muster as he was running out of breath.
"If you give permission to use your crops then I might help you." Adrian stated as he suddenly made ti stop with only him and Farr Vincent suspended in the air.
"Who? What are you?!" Farr Vincent suddenly blurted out as he was still in his falling position, but he can now easily speak.
"What I am is not important. What important is that you give the permission and I will help you. Or you can plunge to your death just like what happened or rather what is about to happen." Adrian stated.
"Fine! I will give you permission to use my crops! Just save !" Farr Vincent stated as he started to cry.

"Thank you. Dodu, please replace our custor." Adrian stated as he summoned Dodu.
Dodu appeared out from the magic circle in a smaller form and injected one tentacle into Farr Vincent's body. Dodu collected a few drops of blood from Farr Vincent and started to mimic his entire body and even his outer wear. Adrian casted an anti-gravity spell on Farr Vincent and also turned him into a spirit.
Dodu resud the position that Farr Vincent had and gave a thumbs up to his master. Farr Vincent did not know what is happening. Adrian also told Sirius to be ready as he is also part of the act.
"Now all you need to do is stay and watch what happens." Adrian stated as he resud ti.
Dodu shouted with the sa voice as Farr Vincent and made a splat sound when it fell on the ground. The paladins looked over the cliff and saw the 'dead body' of Farr Vincent. They wanted to retrieve his body which is why they are about to mount their horse, but Sirius howled.
"He died just like that. It seems that he is not a witch' helper." The leader of the paladins muttered.
The paladins suddenly saw a large wolf monster swallow the body of Farr Vincent before disappearing into the forest. The leader of the paladins can only lant that they cannot get evidence of a witch but rembered what Farr Vincent told them. They hurried to look for the cursed woman that led them to the farm as she was indeed a witch.

"Wow! They are gone. Thank you so much!" Farr Vincent stated but he saw that Adrian was incredibly serious.
"What are you planning to do now?" Adrian asked.
"I can just assu another identity and go to another territory to live quietly. Maybe even start a family." Farr Vincent stated.
"I am sorry, but you cannot do that because Ti Wraiths will kill you in an hour if you do sothing like that." Adrian stated.
"Ti Wraiths? What are those?" Farr Vincent asked with a worried expression.
"They are scraps of fallen ti gods that make sure that the tiline is preserved. I do not want to tell you this, but this is the past and I am a being from the future of this tiline. I can kill you myself but that would leave a bad taste in my mouth." Adrian stated.
"Kill ! You helped live and now you want to kill ? Are you a demon!?" Farr Vincent exclaid.
"Yes, I am a demon. And even if I do not kill you, the Ti Wraiths will. So, you should keep quiet while I think of a way." Adrian stated as Farr Vincent started crying again.
