Getting the unbound teleportation scroll was one of the ways that the Primordial Beast of Greed thought of leaving. The people of this world might not know but the Primordial Beast of Greed thought of using the scroll for hopping into another plane of existence or world altogether. The control of the secret organization would surely vanish once it was already off world.
"It is because of that damn demon! It used my own greed against !" The Primordial Beast of Greed thought as it saw the sword of the Sword Saint Namgung Myeong burning bright like the sun.
"Wait! That demon has my own Greed inside of him! Why did I not think of this sooner! A young demon like that will definitely be unable to defend against !" The Primordial Beast of Greed suddenly thought as a last resort because the current body it has must be discarded.

The body of the Primordial Beast of Greed got sliced into thousands of pieces before burning up. The Sword Saint Namgung Myeong thought that everything has ended but he suddenly felt that sothing was amiss.

Everyone started to cheer when they suddenly saw the demon flying in the skies fall down. Kanlaon safely caught its master that was suddenly induced in a state of sleep. The soulbounds knew what happened to their master and tried to intervene but they were repelled when they wanted to enter the subconscious of their master.

Adrian did not expect that he would suddenly get possessed by the Primordial Beast of Greed. He did not think that this is possible as the primordial beasts are very proud of their body. The fact that the Primordial Beast of Greed had to discard its body like nothing and then possess the body of another ans it is incredibly desperate.
"It might have reacted to the skill that I have absorbed from eating its fragnt." Adrian muttered.
"You are correct, idiotic demon! Who told you to go around absorbing parts of soone's soul!? Even if you are the current diator of Death, a soul will still have their unique markers. The fact that the piece of my soul has already attached to you ans that I have already one! I will take over your body and use it to lay waste to all you hold dear! Now, co to my soul fragnt!" The Primordial Beast of Greed now in the size of a human sized toad shouted inside of Adrian's subconscious.
The Primordial Beast of Greed thought that the piece of its soul that has been absorbed by Adrian still has so form of autonomy and just sleeping. What it did not know is the fact that the part of its soul has already been a blank slate that has no ego whatsoever. The thing that the Primordial Beast of Greed felt inside of Adrian are just re lingering feelings that the erased ego possessed.
"What! What have you done to my soul fragnt?!" The Primordial Beast of Greed exclaid as it suddenly felt that the world is closing in on it.
"? I rely erased the ego that was in it and used the parts that are usable. Who told you to go inside my subconscious though? Did you not look around when you ca in here?" Adrian stated and the Primordial Beast of Greed suddenly noticed the area they are in, and it made the latter shudder.
The Primordial Beast of Greed finally saw the area around it and all of it represented the soul of the demon before him. The Primordial Beast of Greed thought that Adrian's soul was the small figure it t but that was just a small projection ant to represent the real soul. The real soul that was grasping at them with its two open palms that they are currently standing on.
