The Fallen God Sand Soldiers all turned against their creator as all of them charged towards the Corrupted Huanglong. They may have been revived thanks to its powers, but obedience is not sothing that they have promised. All five of them were gods of the eastern continent that wanted to return to their godlike status.
"Insolent!" The Corrupted Huanglong stated as all five of the beings that it revived suddenly crashed to the ground.
All five tried to attack the Corrupted Huanglong but all five failed despite having the strength of a lesser god. The bodies of the five started to show signs of cracking as the Corrupted Huanglong emitted the pressure of a ruler. The pressure that is pulling them down would also increase with greater resistance.
"I revived all of you and this is what you repay ? Is this not your wish? All of you have returned to the status of a god." The Corrupted Huanglong stated.
"A status of a god?! You call this weak body akin to a divine body?! Moreover, we are nothing but pawns to your selfish desires! Who would want to beco a god again when they will just beco servants of a corrupted being!" One of the revived fallen gods stated and he was imdiately made an example.
The Corrupted Huanglong looked at the being that dared to defile its na and imdiately pierced that being’s forehead with its hand. The revived fallen god did not die from having its head pierced as its body is no longer living or bends to the rules of those that are alive. The Corrupted Huanglong then pulled out its hand from the head of the one that dared to mock it. Along with its hand is the soul of that being that the Corrupted Huanglong destroyed to make an example.
"Does anyone else have anything else to say?" The Corrupted Huanglong stated as it looked at the four beings that trembled before it.
"No, your majesty." The four revived fallen gods stated as they could only bow down against the might of the Corrupted Huanglong. They could not afford to have their divine souls extinguished or else they would beco nothing. It was a fate that is worse than death itself.
"Good then. I wanted to use all five of you as my royal guard, but it seems that four is always the auspicious number. Just like the Four Cardinal Divine Beasts that once served , you shall be my Four Demonic Generals! You shall be my trusted servants and confidants for the war that is to co. We shall conquer the entirety of the eastern continent and gain the power of all the ley lines." The Corrupted Huanglong stated.
"As your majesty wishes! We shall be your sword that cuts down your enemies." The Four Demonic Generals stated as they vowed.
The Corrupted Huanglong smiled as it knows that only one of these four are truly loyal to it. The other three are still planning to escape from its control and it can sense it. The Corrupted Huanglong did not mind as it only created them to be its shield against other beings that can kill gods after all. The Corrupted Huanglong will make full use of the creations it has given life because it needs an entire continent to rule to activate the Emperor’s Decree.
"As I now have my generals! All of you soldiers that are bound to serve ! Rise!" The Corrupted Huanglong shouted as it released powerful miasma and created thousands of sand soldiers that are enhanced by it.
Unlike the Four Demonic Generals, the enhanced sand soldiers were not created using the miasma that the Corrupted Huanglong itself breathes. They were just created using miasma that it could corrupt from the mana in the area. The Corrupted Huanglong still placed the souls of the fallen gods that are bound to it in the sand soldiers. The only thing that is different from the Four Demonic Generals is the fact that all of them are demigod rank at the start.
"I trust that you four will lead my army. Scatter in the four directions and conquer all the lands around my palace!" The Corrupted Huanglong commanded as all of the revived beings can only succumb to their new fate.
The revived fallen gods could only lant that they have been tricked once again by the Corrupted Huanglong. They did not even suspect that they were all tricked into thinking that they could release themselves from the curse that was placed upon them by the powers of the eastern continent itself. Even when all of the Four Cardinal Divine Beasts were killed, the fallen gods did not ascend but were sent to their deaths at the hands of the Corrupted Huanglong.
The reason that the five attacked the Corrupted Huanglong when they revived is for a chance at being released from its control. They did not expect that the Corrupted Huanglong would actually use their souls to control sand puppets its created, but they wanted a chance. They knew that revival magic like what the Corrupted Huanglong used will have a delay once the creature or being is revived. The obedience seal has yet to be crafted at the first few seconds of their revival, but they were all wrong.
"I shall tend to my palace for now." The Corrupted Huanglong stated as it proceeded to enter its golden palace to fix the inside so that it is worthy of becoming a place fit for an emperor.
"To think that it would revive us like this, my dear." Izanami stated as she caressed the newly revived Izanagi.
"I thought that I have lost you forever, my love. We were suddenly killed by such a powerful beast that could warp reality and dinsions after all." Izanagi stated.
"All of you must conquer the lands that was designated by the emperor." Nuba stated.
Nuba is a Goddess of Drought of the Eastern Continent. She could be seen wearing a bright red long dress that hides her neck down to her supposed feet. The only thing that could be seen from her is her beautiful face and white jade arms that screams ethereal feminine goddess. Her dress would also randomly combust in flas just by her moving about as she released heat to all directions.
"You attacked the Yellow Emperor too despite being incredibly loyal to him back then. Have you truly submitted to him once again? You know that thing is not a being that rewards loyalty." Chiyou stated as he was also revived as well.
"Chiyou is right, Nuba. Are you actually going to be loyal to that thing? It is not the sa Huanglong that you once served. It even twisted you to beco a being that no longer embodies yourself. Have you forgotten what it did to you?" Izanami stated.
"The Yellow Emperor rely made into a being better than all of you which is why I beca a goddess that could rival the Vermillion Bird of the South. All of you are rely jealous that I was one of the first that have been blessed by his majesty. I was rely confused upon my early revival which is why I attacked. I rely replicated what all of you did." Nuba stated as she made an excuse on why she acted like that as if she knew that the Corrupted Huanglong was eavesdropping.
"You could kiss that being’s feet and be dragged to the mud by it, but it will never make you, its queen. The Huanglong that you know of is gone as the mind that runs it is that of the Distorted God that devoured the mind of the body." Izanagi stated.
"Hmmph! I do not care what all of you say when even your supposed plan failed because it was all part of his majesty’s sche. All of you were all idiots that were played by his majesty’s magnificent brain! Long live the Yellow Emperor!" Nuba shouted as she started to turn fanatic.
"That thing could have turned us into real gods, but it actually just used sand enhanced by its life-giving breath. It did not even use its full power to create these bodies for us or else we would really beco gods. To that thing, all of it is about control." Chiyou stated.
"Is that not rely the creed that you practice, Chiyou? You who thinks that those that are weak should obey the strong. Have you grown soft because you trained disciples?" Nuba stated but Izanagi and Izanami laughed.
"Disciples?! He did not train them to be disciples. He trained them to beco ergency vessels just in case sothing happened to us. In the end, we could not even utilize them because they were dead and Chiyou was not with us when he died. If he did then he might have transferred his soul to that ’disciple’ of his. He made the almost perfect vessel for him but could not even use it." Izanami stated with a laugh as Tai, Vixen, and Tama were all vessels ant for them.
