While the Murim Alliance were getting prepared for the battle against the Corrupted Huanglong, the Four Demonic Generals have already started the conquest that their master wanted. They have all started to raid the villages that they encountered in their respective directions. They did not spare any mortals that dared to fight against them. Even Immortals that tried to defend the mortals are all killed without any exception.
In the end, all of the mortals that had their villages and towns attacked have all been branded by the servants of the Corrupted Huanglong. The beings that submit to the Corrupted Huanglong were all given a black dragon tattoo that covered their wrist like chains. Each of them could feel their souls being tied to the Corrupted Huanglong as they submitted to its creed. Those that tried to refute the branding would have their minds destroyed and beco retarded.
The Four Demonic Generals of the Corrupted Huanglong moved quick, but this did not an that they can conquer everything in one go. For each village or town that they conquer, one of the revived fallen gods would have to stay and watch over it. In each of the conquered village or town, the Corrupted Huanglong ordered all of the people living in it to destroy the images of their protective deities which are mainly the Four Cardinal Divine Beasts.
Since each town and village would an lower army numbers, the Four Demonic Generals had to stop and wait for the others to be revived instead. The Corrupted Huanglong already knew of what is needed by it which is why it created more golden sand soldiers. The new ones are not like the others that had souls inserted in them as the Corrupted Huanglong only has a limited number of fallen god souls in its command.
The Corrupted Huanglong had to make do with splitting so of its own will into the created golden sand soldiers in order to monitor the vastness of its upcoming empire. This weakened the Corrupted Huanglong a bit, but its allies or enemies did not know of this. All they know is that there is now a new mindless battalion of sand soldiers that are under the command of the Corrupted Huanglong.
The exploits of the Four Demonic Generals are not kept quiet though as operatives from the Murim Alliance often hide in each of the smaller villages or towns. So even pass through them from ti to ti as they have jobs as informants. The Four Demonic Generals also knew of this which is why they would actively hunt down any mber they suspected to be a part of the Murim Alliance.
"Tch! They got blood on my robe." Izanami stated as she massacred an entire squad of Murim Alliance mbers.
"You will pay for this!" One of the dying squad mbers stated as he bled out from the slashed stomach and cut off limbs.
"Oh! Such robust vitality. You must be one of the Peng Clan’s Immortals." Izanami stated as she could recognize that martial prowess anywhere.
Kami has also deeply embedded themselves in the Murim Alliance which is why they know of the specialties of clans that are in there. They even invited so of the clans to their cause, but those clans were now wiped out by the Murim Alliance leader that they have tried to assassinate. They may no longer have any grasp on the current Murim Alliance, but they still know of the prominent families that are a part of it.
"Pitiful fallen gods that could care less of mortals. This is what you deserve as ones that do not know of humility!" The Peng Clan warrior stated with a mocking tone that deeply angered Izanami.
"Shut up!" Izanami shouted as she used her sickles to tear the remaining body of the warrior into pieces.
The Peng Clan warrior did not even bat an eye as his remaining body was shredded because he already knew he was dying. What he really ant to do was to give a chance to the Heihudie Clan that was in their group to deliver what happened to them to the Murim Alliance. The squad that Izanami attacked was not there to check on that town or village but to escort a mber of the Heihudie Clan back to the Murim Alliance.
Izanami did not notice a faint shadow moving away from her as all her anger burned and poured it directly to the Peng Clan warrior that dared to mock her. Izanami was the only one that did not clean up completely which is why the news of the Four Demonic Generals reached the Murim Alliance in such a quick fashion. The Heihudie Clan mber even used so of her life force to make sure she escapes and that she delivers this vital information to the Murim Alliance.

"That is all what she reported, Murim Alliance Leader and Grand Mistress Nu Wa. We would have wanted more information from her, but she passed out as she used all of her internal energy and even life energy to bring this information as soon as possible." A scholar looking gentleman reported to the Murim Alliance core mbers along with Grand Mistress Nu Wa.
Adrian, Levin Cloud, and Peridot were also present at this eting because they were dragged by Grand Mistress Nu Wa. They were not giving any opinions though as this was really a eting for the Murim Alliance. They only listened in on the conversation that is being given but they did notice that only two-thirds of the chairs were sat on, and the others were empty or vacant.
"Apparently, those are the seats of the clans that sided with Kami when they tried to do their hostile takeover of the Murim Alliance. Too bad for them... the Murim Alliance Leader is a total beast and killed all of them with ease." Peridot stated as she knew of what happened to the Murim Alliance.
"As it was reported to you, the Corrupted Huanglong has risen and even revived so of the fallen gods into its puppets. It seems that the Corrupted Huanglong has not yet gave up its dream of conquering the eastern continent. If we do not stop it, then we could all say goodbye to the current reality we have as all of us will be forced to submit to the Corrupted Huanglong." Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated.
"Will there be anything wrong if we submitted to it though? It seems those that submitted were not killed by them." One of the Clan Lord stated which actually shocked Adrian as it seems they do not understand what it ant to be under a being that is also considered as a distorted god.
"The Corrupted Huanglong might have the body of the true god of the eastern continent, but its mind is no longer that of the original. The mind of the Corrupted Huanglong is that of the distorted god that devoured its ego and soul. Distorted Gods do not follow the logic that is applied to this world. Do you wish to see what happened back then in the Era of War?" Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated as she extracted her mory from the deepest parts of her soul. Painful mories that she locked up deep within her.
Grand Mistress Nu Wa showed the images of her being tortured along with other gods back then. She was very loyal to the Yellow Emperor back then but that all changed when she learned of what it has beco. The Corrupted Huanglong actually toyed with the gods that were under it and changed them to monstrosities. They were still gods but gods that were broken to the point that one small thing could drive them into madness.
Gods that were strong enough and were stable did not beco broken, but their divine forms have beco altered. So turned into a pitiful shell that they were once were, but they did beco more powerful in the end. The horrifying experints that the Corrupted Huanglong did were all shown to the Murim Alliance mbers. So even gagged as they could not stomach what they have seen, and those sa people could massacre enemy armies.
"I have shown you what they could do. Do you truly believe that submission would save all of you from the fate that cos with it? The Corrupted Huanglong does not care of your well being or humanity because all it wants is to rule everything. It will not stop and would use any thods to create a powerful army that will help it achieve that goal." Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated.
"I suggest that all of you agree now because we no longer have any ti left. The Corrupted Huanglong must not conquer the eastern continent because it will gain absolute authority once more. It even created what it calls the Four Demonic Generals even though they were fallen gods." Grand Master Fu Xi added and all of the Murim Alliance mbers looked at each other.
