Adrian’s cocoon finally opened up to reveal that his body has healed quite a bit. Even the strain from his mana circuits was reduced to only three hours left instead of the full duration. It was not a full recovery, but it was enough to quicken the healing process. He wanted to thank Levin Cloud, but he suddenly saw the number of injured beings around him.
The ceremonial altar that is used to use a ritual is now converted to a a healing oasis. The entire area is now covered in vines and flowers that are not native to the eastern continent. The area is where Levin Cloud laid his roots as he himself transford to beco the healing oasis. This is one of the new skills he was boasting about that could create a powerful healing area for allies.
"The downside of this skill is that he would not be able to move from this location." Adrian muttered as he checked on the Four Cardinal Divine Beasts.
Adrian went to the center of the shrine where the shrine maidens were chanting a spell that creates another barrier that covered the Four Cardinal Divine Beasts. They were all in a ditative state in order to make sure that the barrier does not fall. Seeing that the Four Cardinal Divine Beasts were all safe, Adrian’s eyes turned sharp as he felt a powerful strike hit the dinsional barrier of the Dragon Lake Palace.
The entire Dragon Lake Palace shook from the attack as it was at the level of a divine beast. The grand masters and even Peridot are not in the actual Dragon Lake Palace which ant that they have been fighting for at least three hours outside. Adrian himself was out of commission for three hours, but it looked like the battle outside is not easy at all.
"Support should be the first thing to do." Adrian stated as he changed to his Aetheros form and summoned Saena as well.
Saena proceeded to create a powerful healing light that extended to all the beings that are currently being healed by Levin Cloud. Adrian even injected Aether energy into Saena to make sure that the healing light is not just effective but also have other effects. The injured mbers started to look better than before as the healing light with Aether energy restored their complexions.
The combination of Saena’s healing light, Adria’s aether energy, and Levin Cloud’s healing oasis could even restore missing limbs. Seeing that he could now focus on other things, Adrian left Saena to tend to the wounded for now. He then proceeded to get out of Dragon Lake Palace to check on what is happening outside.

A few hours earlier after Adrian fell asleep, nurous Ascendant Immortal level beings appeared before the Dragon Lake Palace. They were all greeted with the elental illusions that the grand masters created but that cannot delay them too long. The illusions only bought them about an hour of ti as there were also Array Masters present in the ones that arrived.
"Leave now and all of you will be spared. Find another way to ascend." Grand Master Fu Xi declared as he appeared before those that have broken through the illusion.
"Seeing as one such as yourself is protecting the Four Cardinal Divine Beasts, they must be incredibly weakened about now. Hand over the divine beasts and you shall not be hard, Grand Master Fu Xi." One of the Ascendant Immortals stated as he was in the generation where they know of Grand Master Fu Xi.
"Based on your way of tone, you know of my na and title. This ant that you have been alive ever since I first taught martial arts to the humans. If you have managed to live for this long, then turn away while I am still asking nicely." Grand Master Fu Xi stated.
"Even with your wife, you cannot defeat all of us." The Ascendant Immortal stated as a lot of beings suddenly appeared above the Dragon Lake Palace.
All of the beings that were hidden just now showed themselves and all of them had powerful breaths. They were all beings that is at the Ascendant Immortal Stage. They were not just random Immortals that wanted a chance to kill one of the Four Cardinal Divine Beasts. It was not just them that appeared though as powerful presences appeared like they were natural phenona.
The divine beasts that crave the position of the Four Cardinal Divine Beasts also appeared. So of these divine beasts had humanoid forms while others maintained their demonic beast forms. The sudden appearance of another group of enemies put the entire Dragon Lake Palace into high alert.
One good thing that happened is that the invading Ascendant Immortals were frozen as they did not want to make a move while there are divine beasts or powerful demonic beasts around them. The battlefield turned silent as each group were sizing each other up. One cannot move carelessly as there would be a bloodbath if they were not careful.
"I suggest a truce!" One of the Ascendant Immortals shouted towards the divine beast and demonic beasts.
"Speak, human." One of the most powerful divine beasts stated that takes the form of a Kirin stated.
"Until we destroy the barrier around the Dragon Lake Palace, we shall not attack each other. We start the fight for glory once we have defeated them." The Ascendant Immortal declared.
The Kirin thought for a while and sent telepathic ssages to the other divine and demonic beasts. The debate with the other divine and demonic beasts did not last long. All of them agreed to the proposal as they believe they can just kill the other group of human Ascendant Immortals. They are more powerful than them after all.
"All of us agree to the temporary alliance. You have my word that all of the divine and demonic beasts shall abide by the rules laid upon." The Kirin stated.
