Hao Ren watched as the people left the Iron Mountain City and then he took a deep breath as he sensed the spirit phantom of the Refining Saint calm down. He looked around and found that almost all of the refiners were looking at him and Hao Ren cupped his fists as he said, "To all the people who are following the path of refining artifacts to seek the Dao. I wish you don’t ever co across a person who will wield your refined artifact against yourself."
His words caused the people to think for a mont, and one of the most opportunistic person replied, "Indeed, I understand what you an, Grandmaster Ren. You are the youngest of us all, and also have the potential to reach the apex of the path as an artifact refiner.
Your glory is the glory of all the artifact refiners, and similarly your humiliation is also ours to share. From today onwards, I will not be refining any artifact, weapon or even a simple tool for a cultivator who is affiliated with the Northern Holy-land."
These words were spoken by one of the Masters who worked in the western district of the Refiner Council, one of the slaves branded by Hao Ren when he was introduced to the people who worked for Samaira. His words caused the rest of the people to feel feel their blood boiling, and after that many of the Master Level Refiners stepped forward and they swore to never forge a weapon or an artifact for the people affiliated to the Northern Holy Land.
This display caused the Grandmasters to shiver, they felt ashad because if the lower level people can step up, then why can’t they? So, they also stepped up and made the sa oath before one of the Grandmasters, soone whom Hao Ren knew very well. Grandmaster
Hephi, stepped up and said, "I would like to request the council directors to step forward and propagate this incident to the other refining cities. These big forces all think that we refiners are competitive and petty minded, however, we never betray a client and we do our best to forge these things for them.
The world should now understand that we are not going to take such insults laying down. Only when the council speaks for us can we unite. Today it was Grandmaster Ren, tomorrow it could be any of us."
Hao Ren was stunned, he didn’t know that this situation would spark up a rebellion from the artifact refiner community. He was flabbergasted, and after so thought, he said, "Instructor Hephi, don’t worry, I am sure that the council will stand for the rights of the fellow refiners. They carry not only the responsibility but also they represent the will of the Refining Saint. If need be, I would go to the different Refining Councils and tell them myself."
The people nodded, but only Hao Ren knew what he was upto.
*Hohohoho, you cheeky bastard, you want to visit the various councils and then gain access to the treasures left behind the Refining Saint. You want the knowledge he left behind that is collecting dust under the gaze of these bums.*
Hao Ren replied, ’Don’t think so loud, keep so suspense.’
*Why? That shitty author cannot even write properly these days, his mind has finally lost so screws. He is the one doing all this from the shadows, you know.*
The young man sighed and said, ’If I ever get to break the 4th wall for real, I will beat the shit out of this mofo.’
*I’m with you, mate.*
...
Hao Ren returned to the pavilion in the courtyard after finishing the discussion with the other Grandmasters who were going to visit the council with the application to take an action.
He sat down next to Han Lingshi and looked at her, as he smiled, "Shall we cut the cake?"
Han Lingshi smiled and asked, "Are you not going to bla for ruining your plans?"
Hao Ren shook his head and replied, "No, it was Yue, who wanted to get sothing going. Now the people from the Demon Moon will co hunting , but I will get a proper reason to locate and kill them all before bringing the Demon Moon to the light."
Han Lingshi sighed and nodded, indeed, that would be the case. However, she asked, "Can I make it up to you? I really feel guilty by all this."
Hao Ren smiled and replied, "One kiss shall be sufficient, also call over the family, since we are celebrating my birthday, we should do it properly."
Han Lingshi chuckled and said, "Love, you never let make any big gestures."
The young man stood up from his chair and said, "I never stopped you."
Han Lingshi opened her mouth wide as she watched his back and she began to chase him around the house. Ye Yue took out her guqin and she saw an exhausted Xiao Yu in the corner. She smiled and said, "Xiao Yu, I heard that you are an apprentice refiner?"
Xiao Yu nodded and Ye Yue beckoned her to sit closer to her. Xiao Yu had no idea what Ye Yue was about to do, but she sat down, and the young lady began to play music on the Guqin. Gradually Xiao Yu fell asleep, and the family ca over from the teleportation array.
The party last an entire night before everyone left. Han Lingshi had even called Xiao i, and looking at the bot, Hao Ren thought that it was about ti for him to begin with the high level spiritual puppet body project.
...
The sun rose, and Samaira ca to find Hao Ren. The young man t her in the pavilion and they had a cup of tea before Samaira said, "The council has sent out a notice and a letter to the other five counter parts. They all have agreed that from now on the trade will be stopped with the northern holy-land but they have a condition."
Hao Ren nodded and said, "There is no free lunch in the world, so I am guessing that it has sothing to do with ?"
Samaira nodded and said, "They want you to visit their councils and try to perceive the treasures and invoke the spirit of the saint inside them."
Hao Ren sighed and said, "Fine, I will go, but those fools better not piss off the Saint Spirit."
Samaira nodded and said, "The last stop would be teor Star City. You should be careful there, the director is a half step heaven level cultivator and he is also close to achieving sainthood, that’s why he is suppressing his realm."
The young man nodded and said, "Fine. I will leave in the evening."
Samaira gave him a few details and she left the place quickly. The young man thought to himself, ’I wonder how strong this quasi saint would be.’
Then he closed his eyes and began to ld his comprehension through the saint halo on his back. The refining level was increasing and the aning of mountain in his heart was getting even richer in aning. Hao Ren was sitting on the ground, and if not for being able to see him with her eyes, Xiao Yu, who was standing on the side would have thought that the young man was a rock.
Hao Ren comprehended all the things that he had learned and ca upon many theories and he began to record them in a journal and gave the book to Xiao Yu as he said, "You have been serving well, and you hold no malice. This book of comprehension would allow you to increase your own level, as for how far you reach, that is your own fate."
Xiao Yu shivered and looking at the book in her hands, she asked, "Master, are you really leaving the city?"
Hao Ren looked around at the courtyard and said, "Yes, I have to continue traveling and learn more about refining artifacts. This house will be yours from now on, and if my people co through I hope you will give them shelter."
Xiao Yu bowed and said, "This life belongs to you master, and everything that is mine belongs to you."
Hao Ren smiled and replied, "That wasn’t your initial thought. Haha, good. See you around, Xiao Yu."
That said, he stepped out of the house, and then he walked out of the city while many people ca to wish him well on the way. The five cities on his list were distanced very far away from each other, spread over the five different parts of the Spirit Siphon Continent. There were four holy lands, five alchemy gates, six refining towers.
This was the power standing of the paths, followed by them were countless small and big families. Hao Ren was now crossing one of the most significant obstacles in his journey to beco the Omnipotent Husband.
