Han Lingshi and Hao Ren sat across each other and the young man asked, "So, what do you have in mind regarding this whole thing?"
Han Lingshi said, "You are at World Human realm, and I am in the Dao World realm. This whole engagent could be a chance we need to get through the barriers and get stronger. However, the world does not work on that high level of optimism. We need to prepare for contingencies."
Hao Ren raised his brow and he thought, ’Damn it, I have never thought of back up plans. All this ti I have fought people with the go with the flow attitude. I guess I beca too reliant on the system store.’
Instantly, the system said, ’The wealth of a king got to your head, motherfucker.’
Hao Ren’s lips twitched and he asked, "What do you think we should do?"
Han Lingshi chuckled as she covered her mouth and said, "So, I was thinking..."
She communicated with Hao Ren using spiritual waves, and the young man was shocked as he shivered and replied, "They used to say that I am a demon, but you, you are the devil herself. How did you think about this?"
Han Lingshi chuckled and then she smugly said, "I read about this in a novel back on Blue Star, so right now, I have ten such items on ."
Hao Ren gulped and said, "Remind not to ss with you."
Han Lingshi chuckled and said, "Well, suit up honey, we are going to play."
Hao Ren nodded, and then he took out the Titan Armor and Chaos Sword. They may be old, but they were still strong. These equipnts have been upgrade by Hao Ren as refining projects.
Han Lingshi also took out her armor that Hao Ren had refined for her, and she tied her sword on her waist, before the two of them vanished from the spot, leaving behind a strong sonic boom and a fully functional killing array coupled with two defense arrays.
Xiao i was strong and could handle a few people that might try to co her way, but it was better to avoid such situations.

The couple waltzed around the void as they flew to the teor Fall City, it didn’t look like they were out to kill the people who had bad intentions towards their possessions, on the contrary, it appeared as if they have co over for as picnic. The distance between the two places was not much and at their speed, they covered ten thousand miles in a couple of hours.
They landed on the summit of the mountain outside the teor Fall City. The place could only be described by a word, tragic. The mountain was actually a peak of rock standing at the edge of a huge crater. The expanse of such craters had left the city to scatter around in small patches.
This was a way to minimize the losses. Hao Ren looked around and then said, "Shall we call them out?"
Han Lingshi nodded and said, "Would you do it?"
Hao Ren took out the Guqin from his space ring and then he began to play a song with hard strums and the shockwaves were sent towards the city at full intensity. However, this sound wave would not impact any of the normal citizen in the city, but the higher realm people would not be able to run away from the illusion that Hao Ren intended to cast.
After a few minutes, a loud roar echoed through the scene, "Who dares to disturb us?!"
Hao Ren stopped playing and chuckled loudly as he questioned in a loud tone as well, "So, you have finally decided to co out of your holes?"
A couple of more voices echoed in the surroundings, "Who are you? How dare you?"
Han Lingshi chuckled and said, "I thought that the people who were scheming to get their hands on our possessions would be a little different, but they are all the sa kind of dimwits. They even ask the sa useless questions."
Hao Ren laughed out loudly as he said, "Well, what else would you expect from petty cowards who wish to steal things in the shadows but act like bandits under the open skies. I really don’t understand what is wrong with these guys."
The people had detected Hao Ren and Han Lingshi’s presence and they rushed over to see who it was saying such things about them. Even the city lord of the Fallen teor City didn’t have this courage.
Seven n and two won stood in the void surrounding Han Lingshi and Hao Ren. One of these n said, "Oh, I didn’t expect it to be a beauty. Hahaha, welco to the Fallen teor City, I am the city lord of the Saffron Valley."
Han Lingshi didn’t bother to reply, instead Hao Ren asked, "So are you the people who wish to own a high level spiritual puppet?"
The people were surprised but then they all looked at Hao Ren carefully, after the prize distribution ceremony his portrait has been sent out to four directions so that people don’t disrespect him and invite the wrath of the Refiner council. The people exchanged gazes, they didn’t expect such a thing to happen.
The City Lord of the Saffron Valley snarled, "I told you all, that bitch was not to be trusted, now see, she has told them everything."
Han Lingshi frowned and Hao Ren vanished from his spot. The next ti he was standing before the Saffron City Lord, and his fingers were coiled around the neck of the man, as he said calmly, "Can you at least pretend to be civil in presence of won?"
The man glared at Hao Ren and threw a punch at him, the spiritual energy made the void to ripple, but as the punch landed on Hao Ren’s ribs it did him no damage at all. The young man sighed and said, "I gave you a warning, and now you have three strikes. Sorry, but that was it for you in life."
The people were still shocked, but the next mont they all saw a burst of orange flas erupt from Hao Ren’s arm and directly swallow the Saffron City Lord. The latter didn’t even had the ti to react before he was turned into ashes.
One lady yelled, "Senior Brother Kysar!!"
She looked at Hao Ren and said, "You bastard, I will turn you into a crippled sla..."
Before she could complete a blue fla surrounded her, and the people could only retreat half a step when they realized that the lady had been frozen into crystals, and as she fell from the void, as soon as her statue touched the ground it turned into fine crystal powder.
Han Lingshi said, "Ren, no need to give them three strikes, they are all the sa. Just kill them and be done with it. However, we are still to decide the winner. The ga is on."
The people heard this and were stunned, they could not understand how these two people were so confident, but out of nine, two were now dead and it has been only a few minutes. They didn’t even use any spiritual technique, just plain simple spiritual fla.
Hao Ren nodded and made a seal with his fingers, as he said, "Rise."
Four huge walls of spiritual energy appeared around the mountain, this entire place was sealed by him. Hao Ren was a master of arrays as well, the engraving technique used in refining had taught him a lot about the path of arrays as well.
The oldest of the survivors yelled, "Quick, they have used a barrier array to seal us here, lets kill them and break out of here."
At this mont, they heard a calm voice, "Devil Moon."
The sky turned red and a moon like object appeared in the sky above the barrier. The change was so abrupt that the survivors could not help but turn to look at the moon. This was an illusion technique that Han Lingshi had learned and it could trap soone in the world overlord realm with ease.
Hao Ren chuckled and saw that Han Lingshi was about to attack, so he said, "Kill Yourself."
His voice was loud, and it assaulted the minds of the illusion struck people in a blink. The maxed out skill basically could not be blocked, and so, the two people closest to Han Lingshi, turned around and stabbed each other with their swords, directly through the Dantian.
They destroyed each others cultivation base, and even if they managed to survive the physical move, and later on they would die from the ntal trauma of being a cripple. Han Lingshi glared at Hao Ren and then with a flick of her wrist a space ring flew out of her sleeve, and she vanished from the spot. Hao Ren saw this and yelled, "Cheater!"
However despite this, he also vanished from the spot and appeared outside the barrier only to strengthen it even more. The space ring began to emit a golden glow. After a few minutes, the space ring vanished, and instead of it appeared a golden lotus that was spinning in the void at a high speed.
The survivors all woke up from the illusion but by then it was very late. The golden lotus was the unstable combination of the two spiritual flas of different and polar opposite nature.
This was the thing that Han Lingshi told Hao Ren at him. This was her destructive card, and just as she had predicted, the golden lotus exploded, it emitted light so intense that it was akin to a small sun, and the space rippled so much that even the barrier cracked away, and the explosion shook the world.
The evil couple has taken nine lives in a span of few minutes.
