Galacta was born from a cosmic tapeworm within Galactus. Back when she was still inside Galactus, no matter how many planets Galactus ate or how much he consud, he was never full.
Later, he realized that whatever he ate was being devoured by the cosmic tapeworm inside him.
Initially, Galactus wanted to eliminate this cosmic tapeworm that was stealing his food, but he later discovered that after absorbing vast amounts of energy, it gradually grew. Galactus had a montary soft spot and removed this cosmic tapeworm from inside himself. He then raised it, and it beca the present-day Galacta.
After hearing Galacta's introduction of her father Galactus, all the group mbers were shocked.
Saeko: "Eating planets as food! Truly living up to the na 'Devourer of Worlds'!"
Seitenshi: "It kind of feels like a villain! Maybe Earth in Galacta-san's world has been targeted by him before."
Galacta: "Ha! That's true. Old man did have Earth in his sights a few tis. But he was always turned away by the heroes on Earth. (Sneaky laugh)"
Huaizhu: "(⊙o⊙)… Although it's fortunate Earth is okay, I kind of get the feeling Galacta-san seems a bit happy about her father's misfortune."
Galacta: "Hmm... well, maybe a little bit. But I get where Dad's coming from. Even I, his own daughter, can tell that from a purely nutritional standpoint, Earth's energy level clocks in at a whopping 97.5 trillion gacalories. It's enough to whet the appetite of a perpetually hungry, cosmic glutton like ! (mouth waters)"

Although she was the daughter of the Devourer of Worlds, Galacta refused to let a planet-sized hunger control her like it did her father. She decided to live peacefully on Earth in a human guise, adopting the na Gali.
Here, she secretly used her powers to protect Earth and humanity from non-native threats—alien viruses or extraterrestrial weaponry. Nearly every day, the planet faced about five potential extinction-level events, and humanity teetered on the brink of annihilation roughly twenty-five tis. Each crisis was quietly averted under her watchful protection.
For instance, when the Skrulls were accepted on Earth, humans overlooked the cosmic pathogens these alien visitors carried. Such viruses were harmless to their original hosts but proved devastatingly fatal to humans. This often resulted in hospitals being filled with patients suffering from illnesses utterly beyond human dical science.
Galacta would frequently appear at these hospitals, cleansing the afflicted of the cosmic viruses and converting the pathogens into sustenance for herself.
In the middle of her chat with the group, Galacta suddenly sensed sothing.
She quickly sent a ssage, and in an instant, her attire shifted into a sleek, purple high-tech suit. She jokingly referred to this as her "formal dining wear."
Hearing that Galacta was about to "eat," the other mbers grew curious about her food and asked her to start a live stream. Without overthinking it, Galacta promptly obliged.
As the mbers entered the stream, they were greeted by the sight of Galacta subrged in what appeared to be a sea of molten lava.
